    Coconut milk tea with boba

The drinks are really tasty and the guy who I always see working there is chill and friendly. I just get the same thing each time but I'm sure the other stuff is solid. The place is kind of small and the furniture is not very comfortable but it doesn't see like people usually hang out inside the store for very long. But anyways whenever I'm in the area I like to stop in here.

Today's boba! I had the Super Saiyan with mango and lychee popping boba and babe got the Hello Kitty with mango and lychee popping boba

I've been going here 2 years, going on 3 now. This is the spot my fiancee and I went for our first date and we just can't stop coming back. Not a single time have we ever left unhappy. There's also always something new to try, games to play as well. I remember our first time there we had a competitive Jenga game while we waited for our boba. It remains affordable even if you decide to add popping boba or jellies!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted w/a friendly welcome & told the yummy available options. The tea was brewed fresh which is awesome but I would suggest you request extra ice if you want it colder (the ice melted so quick). Taro was tasty--just a little too sweet for me--(would recommend blended over iced for sure) but I would def be open to trying something completely different next visit. We enjoyed looking at all the boba art work on the walls, while we waited. Wait time was almost non-existent.

Every drink is awesome! If you haven't gone here your seriously missing out. This year makes 20 years of this place being in business and you can sooooo tell. I have nothing but good to say. Other Boba shops can't even compare when you taste the flavors and experience poured into each cup. If your on the fence of going just do it-you won't be disappointed!

Thai tea was watery and bland. No creaminess. Guy at the register was nice. There are board games in the seating area.

Great drinks with a variety of flavors. My personal fave is "Water-Lemon". One man working and he does great.

Filipino owned - nice people. But bubbletea is average-ish. I still prefer Tong's Thai.

Eyeround, shank, flank, brisket, tendon, tripe, meatball. He said it was very good, but wished it had just a few more meat pieces. I had B16, grilled pork egg roll and steamed pork skin over vermicelli. It was the first time for me to try a vermicelli bowl. I really liked it. All the ingredients were so fresh and tasty. We also had some grilled pork summer rolls. They were nice and tight and had a really good flavor. The server was very friendly. The only negative, which we can look past, is that the floor on the one side of the building is not in good shape. Some of the tiles are coming loose where the foundation seems to be sinking a bit. But, since we didn't go there to eat the floor, we didn't care that much. This place will definitely be on our pho rotation in the future.

The drinking water tasted like dirty water, and the veggies were old and not well washed. This was my 1st time eating hard tendon that tasted gamey(?) and like dirty water too. It was an empty restaurant at 11:30am on a Saturday, and I could understand why after our meal. It was an unfortunate, because the older gentleman serving us seemed nice.

Alas, was really craving some 蔥油餅, and this was the only place that offered delivery with them! I am sad to report that @ the very premium price of $5 for a single pancake, it would have been a far more worthwhile choice to take an Uber to the Asian grocery store to buy an entire package of 8 to 10 frozen ones for practically the same price! Same goes for pretty much everything else. Buying the frozen versions would have been not only me expensive, but the tasteful pleasure would have been on par if not better. Bibigo, I Mei, Wei Chan are a few recommended frozen food companies that would serve you better! Taste profile for all items were mediocre at best. $6 Takoyoki Balls were probably the best, but even then, I have had far better for less dinero. The supposedly main course sized Donburi Gyudon was nowhere with the price, but it was at least pretty good. The 75 percent rice was good but obviously more meat would have been nice for $12. Not to be boringly dissimilar in my assessment, but the soups also are not recommended when they are so pricey. TLDR, eat here expecting average but overpriced food. When you consider value, this place is highly recommended- to avoid!
