This restaurant is located near the food court of Ingram mall. I wanted a nice lunch so I opted to go to a restaurant that I haven't tried before. The girls at the counter were nice and very helpful and I appreciate the service. I ordered the beef ramen and the strawberry and mango ice blend (basically a smoothie). While the ramen broth itself had good flavor, the beef and noodles were lacking. The noodles stayed clumped together and the beef was tough and had no seasoning at all. I have been looking for a good onigiri place in San Antonio and if you want something without all the bells and whistles, this place is for you. Pleasantly surprised by the bubble tea! Saw this place opened in Ingram Mall, which I normally never visit (not my favorite mall...). I may be coming to this area more often now though! So far, I have tried their jasmine milk tea, earl grey mt, passion fruit guava ice blended, and the SA dirt mt. Everything has been delicious! They veer toward the extra sweet side for milk tea, so I would order it with less sugar if that is your preference. If you are not into milk tea, the passion fruit guava is sooo good and a perfect summer drink! They have a variety of toppings for their bubble tea. I like their honey boba (although it can be a little too soft sometimes) and their crystal boba. Be aware that the aloe jelly is not the sweet kind that some places have, but more of a pure bitter/alcohol taste. The pricing is fair for the area, and the drinks are pretty large. It's been good and consistent almost every time we come here. Generous portions for the lite and regular bowl. We've had the Hawaiian classic and the spicy salmon bowl. They're both very good! The brown rice was slightly dryer than I like but was still good. The staff is very nice, friendly and welcoming! The one thing we wish they would do is add a TV and possibly play some kpop! I ordered the pork belly ramen, which I expected to look a bit fatty given it was pork belly but it looked like boiled if that. The broth itself was okay, I've had more flavorful ramens in other places. My only issue is that I ended up getting food poisoning after eating here.
