Super cute gem of a shop! It's like fast food meets a market love the different option spam musabi and drinks they have. The service was amazing! They told us what some of the drinks would taste like and were pretty spot on!

I will be honest, the only thing stopping me from coming here for my lunch break every day is just that I don't always have enough time between meetings to leave my desk. I absolutely adore this spot and the concept! The onigiri and sandos are the perfect size and always hit the spot, and the price is extremely reasonable. My personal favorites are the chicken with spicy mayo onigiri and the tamago sando but literally everything I have tried is a winner. The Build Your Own Boba is worth coming for in and of itself and the boba selection is extensive. I love the mango stars and cherry blossom with ube. The casual self serve model works so well for the Medical Center area and it is so relaxed and perfect for coming in and out for lunch. They have an extensive snack selection with things like Pocky and takoyaki crisps. You bring the boba you built up to the cashier to seal, and it's a flat price, and whoever they have that day always makes a point to talk a little and connect, so the place feels like a nice, chill neighborhood shop where everybody knows your name.

I recently visited Ofuku, which just had its grand opening, and I was excited to check it out. I really liked was the self serving tea, something you don't come across often. It was a little confusing at first though since you have to pick your pearls before knowing all the tea options, it's tricky to decide, especially when there's a line. You don't really see the tea options until it's your turn to order. I tried the spam musubi, and while it was decent, I found the rice a bit too mushy for my liking, so I couldn't finish it. For the price it didn't feel worth it. On the other hand, the boba tea was delicious and really refreshing. One thing to note is that they don't seal your tea until after you pay, so be careful not to spill it, especially if you're shopping with kids.

Finally was able to check this store out. I keep seeing in on my fyp and it's so cool how we have this in San Antonio. I loved the make your own boba machine such a cool concept. Loved the snacks I had a few it was so good. My only complaint I wished they had more things. It's a very very small place so the selection is not as big as other places. Definitely cool to come at least once though!

Hidden gem found! I love this place staff is super friendly, it's very organized, certain food comes out fresh and super yummy. It's very clean inside and you can tell they really care.

Prices aren't bad! Won't buy the potato next time tho. Just wasn't my thing.

We decided to go check out what all the hype is about.. been seeing this place on Tik Tok. We got there about 2:45pm.. their hours are 2pm-8 pm Sunday to Thursday 2pm-9pm Friday and Saturday. Opened the door after fighting for parking (the parking lot is very small) to a completely filled store. To be fair the place is VERY SMALL. Max is probably 20 people. No tables it's grab and go. We decided to go grab food and try after we ate late lunch. So.. after a delicious meal at SA SEAFOOD (review coming next!!) we came back and luckily there were only a couple people. With it being so small I still really didn't get to see what all they had. I felt rushed by the other people because the set up in very tight. They do have a set up to make your own Boba cup. $5.99 (I didn't even see the sign or boba flavors until I had paid). They have warm foods - the curly garlic potato on a stick, curry croquettes, curry katsu and a few other items i again didn't really get to check out. I saw a lot of different unique flavors of chips, some candies, and gums. There is a cooler with the popular strawberry sandwich- the reason we were there! They had some other items in the cooler but again.. I had to grab and go (definitely were not people in there that had any patience to allow anyone to look around- the customers not the people working). In the middle they had spam musabi and some other grab and go items I didn't catch. We did come home with the last curly potato, 3 BBQ pork buns, a strawberry sandwich and bag some chips. The young lady and young man were very nice. Would definitely love to come back and take more than 3 minutes and get a Boba and see what other snacks I want to try! It is very small.. but packed with some amazing snacks. BY THE WAY... the strawberry sandwich... it's so good! It's light, fresh, not too sweet. The curly potato was good- just not my thing- maybe if there was a dip for it. Bbq pork buns- ehhh I get ones that taste the same at Sam's club freezer aisle. Definitely not terrible though.

This place has so many snacks and options to choose from! The shop is a little small but they have a lot of options and service was very quick and friendly. Their pizza bao was really good and egg Sando was one of the best I've had! Shrimp avacado spam masubi was delicious! I liked that they had a make your own boba bar with different drink flavors to try and different topping options as well! Will definitely be back again!

I've been big on rice balls and spam musubi over the last year, but the options in San Antonio have always been limited. When Ofuku Rice Ball announced they were offering them, I had to check it out right away and I was not disappointed. They have an incredible variety like spicy mayo salmon, crispy chicken, tuna mayo, dumplings, and the classic spam musubi. They also rotate in specials such as eel and shrimp tempura. Everything is made fresh daily and they are always restocking with new items. My personal favorite is the Teriyaki Crispy Chicken rice ball, which is easily one of the best things I have had in San Antonio. They also carry a great selection of Asian snacks at reasonable prices, which can be hard to find in this area. I have been going for months now and every visit has been consistently great. I recently tried their fruit Japanese sando and it was just as impressive, with the same level of quality and flavor they are known for. The coolest part of all is their build-your-own boba section. You can sample flavors and mix in your own toppings to create a drink exactly how you like it. It is such a fun and unique experience, whether you are grabbing a quick snack or hanging out with friends. On top of everything, the owner and all of the employees are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They never fail to treat everyone like family, which makes every visit even better.

Picked up these sweet treats. Fruit sandos and sago pudding are homemade. Other treats are rare to find in SA!

I found Ofuku by chance and I'm so happy they are here in San Antonio! Come for their freshly made on the go Japanese Hawaiian snacks. Their onigiris and musibis are so good and they come in a variety of toppings. Their bao offerings consist of sweet and savory options. They also have Japanese fruit sandos, which you can't find anywhere in San Antonio. Their food is amazing and the young owners are very friendly. Highly recommended!

The staff here was so sweet and nice! Absolutely got so excited when walking in here, there's so many great treats. I could go over all the things I got excited to see but I'll just let you see for yourself! If you're in the area check it out! It's worth it! The hot snacks were kept warm which if you're on the go it's perfect. The space is small but mighty.

Cute concept! Love the Japanese convenience store vibe and the self serve Boba. This place has been around for about 2 months. Service was great. The onigiri was still slightly warm. Was so stuffed, but I bought some for breakfast. I'll have to warm back up in the morning.

Very cool spot with great onigiri, musubi, snacks and build-your-own boba. I love the selection of toppings! The staff is super sweet. Definitely worth checking out!

I can't believe this place has been open for two months, and I'm only just now discovering it--I've been missing out on so many snacks! This shop is a dream for snack lovers. Shelves packed with all kinds of goodies, a build-your-own boba station, and freshly made treats like strawberry sandos, steamed buns, onigiri, and musubi--it's impossible to leave empty-handed. I do wish there were a few seats to chill with friends, but given the limited space, I get why they don't. That said, it won't stop me from coming back again and again! Every single thing I've tried has been a hit. One of the coolest parts? You can sample the teas at the boba station, so you can experiment with different combos. I'd love to see them add "recipe" suggestions for flavor pairings--because, let's be honest, not all of us are master mixologists. If you love snacks and boba, this place is a must-visit. Don't make the same mistake I did--go ASAP!

The service has always been great and the atmosphere is very welcoming, which is why my family and I kept coming back. However, I recently came back yesterday and was honestly really heartbroken to find out that my favorite items are no longer being served. The pozole ramen and the chicharrón ramen are gone, and to top it off, the pork bellies are gone too. Those dishes were the main reason we would come here in the first place. I had actually been looking forward to them because I was having a really rough day, so finding out they were all gone was really disappointing. No offense to the restaurant, but without those items on the menu anymore, there's really no reason for us to return. It's a shame because those dishes were what made this place special for us.

But still, whatever you order here, you're in for something truly special. Despite the sad news of the closing, service was always given with a smile. Our waitress was attentive, helpful, and sweet. I ordered the Hakata Ramen and a Dr Pepper (after my friend and I had coffee at Indy next door). The six minute egg is probably my favorite part. No wait, it's the broth. Or is it the noodles? Ugh, it's all great. The egg was delicious. Jammy yolk. The noodles were springy and chewy. The broth was rich and unctuous. The pork was soft and flavorful. Even when I took the leftovers home, it was still fantastic. The steam facial I received provided much relief from my mountain cedar allergies. There will be a huge ramen-bowl shaped hole in my heart and San Antonio's heart once Noodle Tree closes. They have the best ramen in the city and ramen shops have some incredibly large shoes to fill.
