    Bento box

I love me some good bento box and Mr T delivers. GREAT serving size for the price, great flavor and variety. Add in a few sushi roll options along with standard teriyaki options as well and its a win win. The sushi rolls are HUGE bites so go into snake mode and unhinge that jaw cause you are going to need it. Pretty quick service, prices a bit on the higher side but you do get alot of food for what you pay. Would be nice to have some of the condiment and sauces away from the front register where it gets a bit crowded, and would be nice to have a self service drink station but overall good time, good food and certainly will go back again, when that Bento craving hits again

We are so excited that there is a much closer Teriyaki spot to us now! This is a great spot. no kids menu but my kids still love to get the Bento boxes to try ALL the things every time we come. Definitely recommend stopping by and trying! They do get SUPER busy and the wait even for takeout can get long so if you are in a hurry maybe call ahead!

Wow! Now I see why so many people love the other spots. I was excited to hear we were getting a location close to our house. Loud and busy atmosphere as the kitchen opens up to the dining room. Our family ordered two chicken bento boxes which came with white or fried rice ($3.50 up charge for Lo mein), two gyozas, two fried egg rolls, salad and 4pc California tool sushi. We opted for the fried rice and wanted to try the lo mein which was excellent. We also opted for a shrimp plate with fried rice. It came with 12 large fresh shrimp on top that were cooked perfectly. Also tried a taro and pineapple smoothie. You can add Boba and it comes in pretty cool plastic cups that can be reused. Way cool concept. Overall, service was fast. Our food came out hot, fresh and in large portions. We ended up taking half home as leftovers. This place will for sure join our line up of local to go places.

Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Portions were huge and enough to share. Love the clean restaurant environment. Christian the cashier was very personable and inviting. Made our first experience great. Would come again! I loved the shrimp Bento. Fried rice was just okay not anything special but the egg roll and gypzas were flavorful. Even sushi impressed. We tried the dragon roll. Only complaint is one of the managers appeared to be speaking kind of harshly to a female employee as she was plating food when I went up for a refill. As someone who used to work in food service it was not good to see.

The chixken teriyaki here is great, gp for the plate with rice and veggies. This is like the mall chicken you know and love, but a heaping serving. The sushi is nothing great, but then again I wasnt expecting it to be sushi restaurant tier. Definitely ok though. The inside of this new location is spacious with plenty of room to move around and sit comfortably. The condiments and to go boxes are at their own station so you don't need to bother the staff or wait in line. Service here was amazing and everyone was nice and helpful.

The food was good everything else was bad. Very disappointed. We decided to try this spot out since it's new to our neighborhood and we have looked forward to them opening. We came and since it was pretty noisy decided to order to go. There are plenty of seats for small parties and groups. The cashier was friendly and offered only broccoli for my order when I was questioning no carrots. That part went well. After waiting 30 minutes I went up to the front to ask about our order. The lady said "we are busy". I said, "I know and I've been waiting for 30 minutes so can you give me an update. My ticket was placed in the section for orders already given out. She even asked if I had my order. Why would I want to know where my order is if I don't have it. Make it make sense. 15 minutes later and I had my food. We waited 45 minutes for teriyaki chicken. No apology. No offer for a gift card. Just we are busy. But yall gave my food away AND my buzzer never went off smh. On to the food, the food was good. Not worth the wait but we weren't disappointed in the taste of the food. The chicken and beef were very tender. The broccoli was a little crunchy but tasty. The fried rice was delicious. The last bad thing...what the heck is the yum yum sauce. Please throw that sauce in the trash and try again please. It is not yum yum sauce call it something else bc NO! If we go back we will def order online and check to make sure our food order is correct. But it will be a while. But if you have patience try them out bc the food is good. Nice option on this side of town.

Noodles and shrimp. both were nice but noodles were cutted like spaghetti

The food was exceptional, particularly the sides, which I unfortunately did not capture on camera. The service was somewhat confusing, as we were informed that our beverages would be delivered to us, but instead, we were required to retrieve them ourselves. The ambiance was pleasant, reminiscent of a typical local store. We were able to observe the chefs at work, but it is advisable to refrain from recording them, as they may become distracted. The establishment maintains cleanliness by cleaning its tables daily, although our table was unfortunately not spotless. Overall, JPot is better than this.

    Combo lo mein.

First time here but disappointing. I had the combo lo mein. Super salty, it was almost inedible. The shrimp was chewy and the beef was very tough. Would not get again. Was hoping this place would be good but in all honesty, Panda Express is better.

Atmosphere was nice very clean. Ordered shrimp fried rice and crab Rangoon. Food was burnt, the shrimp was tuff, and the crab Rangoons were over fried. I was very disappointed. I ordered to go so I could not return the food. The place was not busy so I was not sure why my food was burnt. Big waste of $25

Mediocre food at high costs. Worst part is the hour wait and the employees acting like they have no clue what is going on.

People there are totally consistent...consistently providing a horrible customer service experience. The young lady in the cash register was simply impersonal, dull, and snobbish. Again, we thought this was isolated but on all those several instances we visited this location, we have exactly the same sub par customer service experience. Anyway, this is just to commend the service staff here at Tealicious Potranco. This afternoon's visit is not an exemption. The staff at the Bandera location needs to learn from these excellent staff members at Potranco. No matter what time of day, or day of the week and no matter who's tending the store, the customer service at Tealicious Potranco is consistently stellar. My experience this afternoon at Tealicious Potranco made me finally decide to post my unacceptable customer service experience at Tealicious Badera. Never ever again visiting Tealicious at Badera, we'll always be loyal to our neighborhood Tealicious at Potranco! The best in customer service, consistent at all times!

She took all the orders in the line first then started making the drinks. In total it came to about an 18 minute wait for the drinks which I believe it's too long but she was the only one. The drinks were really good! My go to is a brown sugar milk tea, idk why this one is called black sugar milk tea but it tastes like just what I regularly order! Not too sweet either. My boyfriend got a strawberry cream blend which are essentially smoothies without tapioca but he believes it was too sweet. I do think it was on the sweeter side but typically boba smoothies are really sweet unless you order it otherwise. The place was really clean and inviting. I would come again.

Our server was amazing - authentic, honest, friendly, and answered all of my questions. The front of the menu had a large tea, smoothie, boba section which all sounded yummy, but I didn't want to fill up and not have room for my ramen. The menu had apps, ramen, bowls, and pho. Me, having a love relationship with tonkotsu, ordered the spicy Hakkasan ramen, their most popular dish. Beautiful! I have a high tolerance for spicy, and this was not spicy at all, I coulda added a little more kick, but this being my first time here, I wanted to enjoy the broth. Loved the soft cooked creamy yolk egg, seaweed, mushrooms, fish cake, pork, corn, shredded green onions; and the flavorful broth. Perfect.
