    Matcha latte
    Christina L.

It is a peaceful environment with friendly faces. The matcha latte and the Americano is the best we had ever had that we had to order a second cup! We had the avocado toast and sausage croissant that was decent. Did I mention how much we enjoyed the drinks! Definitely going to come back for the drinks!

came on a sunday, there was a collab happening! delicious el paso style burritos and then went inside for a coffee. i had a coconut vanilla oatmilk latte, it was absolutely delicious! i love how strong the coconut flavor was, very natural tasting and was not sweet at all. limited seating but its a small coffee shop so of course i sat outside with the beautiful weather we've been having. great service as well!

Their cups and inside are so cute! They have a rotating cereal milk latte with different cereal and this time they had strawberry frosted flakes which was so good in the latte! The drinks weren't too too sweet and I also got to try the cookie. I had better cookies before but I would go back for the latte. There is limited seating inside and the tables are quite small so it might not be the best place if you are looking to work with a lot of room. But it's great for hanging out and the workers are friendly.

Love this little coffee shop. Nice aesthetic and such friendly people. Good menu selection and a sweet little collection of things to purchase too. I've been crushing on hojicha lately so ordered it as an iced latte with almond milk. Delicious!

One of my top 5 coffee shops is SATX. Great coffee, great location, great food, great atmosphere. I give it a high recommend and love coming here.

Ordered ahead online since I was next-door eating breakfast. This was my first time ordering from this place. Since the order information said, I was going to get text updates, I waited until the estimated time to go check on my order. I walk over and don't see any cups that look ready for a to go order. Eventually, I ask them about it since it's been quite a while and they say that they don't finish the order until you arrive for it. I wish I would have known that because I did wait a long time and even finished my breakfast before I could get my order. Otherwise, everyone was nice and my drink was good. I tried the hojicha latte. It is an urn roasted green tea. I have never had it. It was pretty good. It wasn't overly sweet. You can customize your order. The coffee shop is cute and has seating inside and outside. There's parking available for free behind the coffee shop in the parking garage. They also sell food, but I didn't get to try it

Great atmosphere inside the shop. They have so many cute items for sale. The latte was delicious and well prepared! Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Earlier today, I visited @indycoffeeclub for coffee and more before I went to Costco for gas. I had the Vanilla Cold Brew with lactose free milk. There were several breakfast options. I bought a strawberry and a blueberry cake donuts, and a ham and cheese croissant all to go. It was all very good. @indycoffeeclub is a participating business with the AAPI Month Passport. Check out @satx.aapi to download the passport.

I got the hojicha latte($6)! It had a really nice earthy, roasted flavor. It is comparable to the hojicha lattes I tried in Japan! There are a few high table top seating and some couches in the back. I think if you go during peak study hours, it would be hard to find a seat! You can buy the Matcha that they use in the store, but they do not sell the hojicha powder.

This is an updated review. *Post covid era* Yhis place has seemed to slow down and with that has perfected its signature lattes like the cereal ones. They have also seemed to change up their beans however this is only based on what I remember how hardcore it used to taste. They seem to have adapted to the college students taste here next to UTSA. The insides of the same as it was back in 2018 or so but the flavors are more fun now while still having coffee good enough for their original clientele. Over a good balance of niche and mainstream flavors profiles. Would give it a 4.5 now however since no .5 can be added I'll update it to 4 start from a 3 (3.5).

Somewhat busy on a Sunday at 9 am. I was promptly attended to, when I got there. I ordered a mocha and an oatmeal. My friend got some kind of black tea and avocado toast. It should be mentioned that their toast comes with an egg. The latte was very good and so was the oatmeal, the portion of the latter was pretty large (somewhat justified its price). Nice ambiance, not too noisy. Good spot for studying or working.

small but very cozy! such a vibey place !! across from UTSA which is a plus when you need a study break (they do close at 3pm though) I had a latte with their fruity pebbles milk and it was unexpectedly Amazing ! Well balanced between sweetness and coffee taste ! Also had their matcha and it was a little too powdery but good! The guy who helped & recommended me the fruity pebbles milk latte was such a cool & nice guy! The parking was not the best and it was kind of hard. Great little study/coffee place ! And I love all the green plants they have too !

I arrived to Indy coffee right as they opened (8AM) so I could start my morning off with their iced vanilla cold brew. They do not have dedicated parking so I parked on the side street which is only allowed until 10AM on weekdays. As soon as I got in, the women behind the counter greeted me and asked me what I'd like. Since it was my first time visiting, the woman explained that they used house made vanilla and a dairy free milk in the cold brew so that I knew. My drink was ready to go in just a couple of minutes! I loved how quickly the whole process with. The cold brew itself was delicious! I added a couple of sweeteners to get it to my desired sweetness level and then it was perfect. Inside was a cute and casual vibe - it was well decorated! Overall, this was a place I'd like to visit again but wish they opened a bit earlier (like 6AM), that they had dedicated parking and the prices were a tad lower (they're a bit high).

Despite me SHOWING them where the egg was NOT FULLY COOKED THROUGH. I cook eggs for myself everyday. And being pregnant the egg must fully be cooked through. They were telling me it's bc of the cheese melted on top. Which has nothing to do with the egg. You could see the clear distinction between the cheese and egg. I wish I had taken a photo to share. They would not take it back to be remade. So I just said forget it and we ate them anyway. Since I'm in my third trimester I figured I should be fine. However a great manager would have made sure they were remade. I use to work in the restaurant biz and the customer is always right. And I was showing them their error and they were working to convince me it was cooked all the way, again when you could clearly see it wasn't. Also my hubs strawberry lemonade was not even filled up all the way in the cup. I would expect if we are paying for something that doesn't have a refill, at least fill it up all the way. Oh and my BIGGEST disappointment is that there is NO BURRITO!! We actually came here for that specifically, only to find out that it has not been on the menu for over a year, yet that is the one review and promotion that pops up when you look at this establishment. So it's false advertising and should be taken down since they no longer make the burrito. Also if you're coming here to work, it's super small and cramped. I did see a ton of people sitting with laptops and having meetings. However I wouldn't come to this place to work, unless it's the only option in your area. Overall, next time I'm in town, we won't coming back here, primarily bc it's close to the Eilan hotel we stayed at and we definitely won't be staying there again. Already wrote my review about that place, and I don't recommend it.

Last weekend, I decided to wait in the line and it went by much faster than I thought it would. We ordered the iced cookie butter matcha with an almond croissant. This might've been one of the best almond croissants I've had too, it was flaky on the outside and soft, sweet. I'm for all things cookie butter and this one did NOT disappoint. It was a perfect balance of sweet with still that lovely matcha flavor. I went with a friend who doesn't like matcha and even he was enjoying it. The second time I went is when they were running a matcha promo that they announced on their instagram (definitely follow the there!) and so I went for my midday pickup and there was a small line of about 7 people. It went by pretty fast. We were intrigued by the horchata milk and the employee let us try a bit and we were convinced that was the one. We got the horchata matcha and the banana matcha with banana cream. I definitely loved both of them but if I had to pick a favorite, it would def be that banana matcha. Perfect balance of that real tasting banana flavor (I dislike any of the artificial fruit flavorings) with the well-balanced matcha. The employees were all super friendly as they even encouraged us to ask for modifications after we got our drinks. Overall, i'll definitely be back and I 1000% get the hype now!!

Though the barista was very sweet, the cleanliness of the café as a whole was abysmal. The restroom was nasty, literally all of the vacant tables in the dining area were either covered in food crumbs or coffee rings, and there was stuff splattered on the walls. The food was also just mid at best. I ordered the Lavender Matcha Latte with oat milk and a Terra Burger. The Matcha Latte wasn't anything special. It was crafted decently, but entirely lacking in flavor. It didn't taste like grass fortunately enough, but the taste of the matcha itself was very weak and was nearly lost to the lavender and oat milk. As for the Terra Burger, I've simply had better vegan burgers. The patty itself was rather bland and seemed to rely far too heavily on the spicy mayo for flavor, but the sauce just didn't do the job. Texture-wise it was a pretty good burger, it just didn't have the flavor to hold it up. Between the filthiness of the bathroom, the dining area in need of cleaning, and food not good enough to offset the uncleanliness, I'm totally okay with not returning to Terra Cafe. If you give this place a try, I hope you at the very least have a cleaner experience.
