I was going to order to tofu chorizo wrap but then they told me that everything is cooked on the same grill with bacon...so that fully defeats the purpose of something being vegetarian or vegan. As someone who can't eat bacon religiously and a vegetarian I was annoyed at not being able to eat the vegan option they have... I appreciate them telling me this time as in the past I have ordered this multiple times without anyone ever telling me that it is cooked with bacon. read more

I came here after going to Sandbox VR for a quick snack/food. I didn't know that it had replaced Revolucion, but I was happy to see that it had similar menu items. I got the açaí bowl, which was a good portion of açaí that was topped with fresh fruit. For $12, it is on par with other açaí bowl offerings in SA. You're definitely getting the quality for the price. My only complaint is that there are no water stations, so you have to ask someone working at the counter for water/refills. The water cups are also tiny, maybe only 4 oz. I didn't try the coffee/drinks, but the prices are comparable to other coffee spots. read more

Super dirty café and average food. Former coffee shop and specialty tea shop barista here. I swung by Terra Cafe this afternoon for lunch and was pretty disappointed in my visit. Though the barista was very sweet, the cleanliness of the café as a whole was abysmal. The restroom was nasty, literally all of the vacant tables in the dining area were either covered in food crumbs or coffee rings, and there was stuff splattered on the walls. The food was also just mid at best. I ordered the Lavender Matcha Latte with oat milk and a Terra Burger. The Matcha Latte wasn't anything special. It was crafted decently, but entirely lacking in flavor. It didn't taste like grass fortunately enough, but the taste of the matcha itself was very weak and was nearly lost to the lavender and oat milk. As for the Terra Burger, I've simply had better vegan burgers. The patty itself was rather bland and seemed to rely far too heavily on the spicy mayo for flavor, but the sauce just didn't do the job. Texture-wise it was a pretty good burger, it just didn't have the flavor to hold it up. Between the filthiness of the bathroom, the dining area in need of cleaning, and food not good enough to offset the uncleanliness, I'm totally okay with not returning to Terra Cafe. If you give this place a try, I hope you at the very least have a cleaner experience. read more

The parking to this cafe is very challenging, best to plan on parking in the garage and walking over. Friendly staff but also they felt indifferent. Seating is limited inside and outside. I didn't order any food but I did order a smoothie which I did not feel was worth $13, it wasn't creamy and smooth it tasted more like it was whipped texture, fluffy like. I was meeting with a friend for coffee and I chose to check out @terracafe_satxrim. It was roughly midpoint for us. Considering it was still the holidays, parking wasn't too difficult. Both my friend and I had coffee drinks, mine was Cold Brew with oat milk. I also ordered a Berry Oats. It was a generous portion and very good. This cafe is a good place to work with many outlets all around the cafe. It has outdoor seating on the ground level and also has rooftop seating. It was sprinkling earlier so I didn't check out the rooftop area. Aside from coffee and tea, juices and many other breakfast food items are available. Terrible, I ordered a protein smoothie 30ish minutes before they closed. I got here and was greeted with rudeness and was immediately told that they were closed. I had to knock on the door because I already purchased online and paid in full. I was then told to wait outside (it's 101degreess ). Still waiting outside 10 minutes after I first arrived and just was told everyone left early and they never made my protein smoothie. Terrible service. The customer service was not there. The shop is very small with hardly any tables open because everyone is working at a table. The two ladies at the cash register were very sweet. The lady that is making everything/ the owner I'm assuming was not very kind. My friends bowl is a runny consistency and I asked to take out an ingredient after my smoothie was made, which I had no issue repaying because I had been informed after by my friend to check the ingredients that since I'm pregnant, I can't have a certain ingredient in it, which I didn't know until after it was made. Love this spot! They just changed from Revolución to Terra Cafe. I was excited that they kept a lot of my favorite items but added some good new items. I love that they have so many healthy items so I never feel guilty about coming here. My favorites: breakfast wrap, coffee, almond toast, margarita, bean and cheese tacos. The staff is pretty friendly and they bring out the food daily fast. I love that you can hang out here and work if needed. They have a rooftop area where you can also enjoy. read more

I placed a to-go order for an acai bowl. When I picked it up, I noticed it had no granola. I had to drive back only to be told that they didn't have granola when I arrived. I wish they had mentioned it earlier or when I picked it up. I'm very disappointed that my $15 acai bowl was missing the crunch from the granola without any prior notice. The worst service ever. What is this place? Took 30 minutes to get a breakfast burrito.

Rude staff. My husband and I were grabbing a snack and coffee. They called out name to the counter and we got our order. We were eating and a staff member walked over and said 'before you pick up and order make sure it's yours' What! She was ao rude and made it out to be our fault. It was two coffee and a breakfast wrap. Apparently someone else ordered a wrap and we got there but they called our name. They also got the milk order wrong in our coffee. Since Revolution Café became TERRA Café, the quality has really gone down. After a long time, I went back this morning. I placed my order, but they gave it to me in a to-go cup. I said, "I want it for here, please pour it into a mug." He tried to pour it back into the mug, and I told him not to do that because a cappuccino needs the foam on top for the taste. The barista was extremely rude. Also, their coffee is no longer freshly made -- it tastes like those machine-made coffees. Even McDonald's coffee is better. Everything looks mostly the same inside too and there's still the outdoor patio and rooftop terrace. I live in the area, so I've tried to give Terra Cafe several chances. To put it bluntly, everything is worse than when Revolucion was in this space. There's a smaller selection of fresh food and juices than before and none of it is up to the same standard. The coffee is nearly undrinkable. I threw out a Chai after one sip because it tasted like dish soap. Finally, I could look past a lot of problems if the service was good, but unfortunately that's not the case. The cashiers, baristas, and servers all give you a dirty look when you walk in and are completely unfriendly. I didn't even bother to complain about my food because I didn't want to deal with their consistently poor attitudes. The location is great, the concept is good, but the execution of Terra Cafe completely misses. read more

The chorizo breakfast taco is stellar and my go to when I want to indulge, but on the healthier side their bowls and vegan tacos are just as delicious! A lot of people hang around to get work done so it is typically crowded unless you get there super early, but I feel like that is anywhere these days. They carry a lot of trendy "health" items which may or may not appeal to you, but if you are intrigued to try things you've seen online without having to buy a 50 pound box of it, you can stop by and likely pick up a drink, food, or powder mix here with a single serving to test them out. So I really wanted a nice coffee to end the day with, and I noticed Terra Cafe on maps and I decided to try it. I never like going to places 30mins before they close because as someone who has worked at many restaurants and cafes before, I know it can be annoying for the employees. But I decided to anyways because I was planning to tip well. So i came in and I wish I remembered the cashier/barista's name because she was really really nice and welcoming. So I made sure I tipped her better. She then prepared my coffee and GOODNESS it was AMAZING! Gotta be close to the top of my list honestly. After I finished, I threw away my cup and wiped down my table, and began walking out, and the cashier/barista politely said "thank you, and have a nice day." Over all, I loved my first experience at Terra Cafe, and I will be coming back. It was nice and clean, I loved the environment, and the barista was great! I love the location of this place but the food is sub par. The avocado toast is $11 and the bread was soggy on one side and the avocado is a spread (not slices). The topping is clearly made in advance so why not improve the effort and at least make the components bite sized. The avocado was also a little brown...so good that it did not have additives but how about slicing it fresh? It just seems like the effort to be better is not there....like they do the bare minimum. Oh, and the Potato Ranchera taco ($4) is no bueno...soggy potato cubes and packaged tortilla and literally nothing else. Finally, the Terra Blue drink ($5.75) was super grainy and separated. Pros - Interesting menu. Had the Berry Toast. Really good. Cons- unclean dining area. We had to wipe down the table we selected. Tables on each side were dirty. During the entire time we were there, no one cleaned the tables. When you look at the bench area, it was obvious no one had cleaned them for some time and their were food stains and food bits. Hope the kitchen was more sanitary. read more
