Huge difference from a year ago! They had a makeover and the place is huge now! Compare my previous pics! We had matcha non dairy and it was delish! It wasn't a ceremonial matcha but it wasn't the overrated trendy sweet ones either so that was great! We had pistachio crepe and we finished it in one sitting! They have gelato choice as well!!! Service---Anushka was such a kind, service oriented staff she made a whole difference on the vibe of the place! Place redeemed!
Had a late afternoon dessert/Matcha break after shopping in the area. My friend wanted Matcha so I remembered this place expanded and would be a nice respite. I'd never been to this location, only the Blanco/1604 location. We were seated by Anushka, a really sweet waitress. We were surprised because you were supposed to order from the counter, pay and you'd pick up your order once it was completed. Now you're served your orders. Our Matchas came first and were packaged in a clear, hard plastic cup with a pull tab top!! How cute is that?!! Anushka said the Matcha powder is slightly sweetened and isn't Ceremonial Grade so we didn't have high hopes but it turned out it was a nice balance of sweetness, creamy even though mine had Oatmilk and was not cloyingly sweet. We also ordered a Pistachio Crepe with a side of fresh, large blueberries. That was a nice balance to the sweetness of the crepe and Pistachio(?) Ice Cream. The crepe had a Dubai chocolate flavor, not that there was any milk chocolate but it may have been the combo of the white chocolate, Pistachio drizzle and chopped Pistachios. In any case, we gobbled that up with the blueberries that countered the sweetness. Anushka said we don't have to rush and we had a nice catching up as well as 2 other sets of people who stayed inside, socializing. The decor is super cute with 2 lush, pink cherry blossom faux trees and lavender/pink flower walls which set the dainty/girly ambiance. Lots of seating and there are 2 bathrooms that are away from each other. One is around the corner of the counter area. I would like to try their other crepes and drinks. FYI, the Taro drink is under the "Matcha" category but isn't a "Matcha Taro Latte", just a Taro drink.
Really good Turkish coffee!! Kids also got the smores crepe and fruit waffle. Both were really good.
I stand 10 toes down by the place lol. My very time was an amazing. Upon arriving, the staff was so welcoming and helpful. My food was so delicious and they were even gentle when they came by to get my dishes. I wet during the day on a weekday and it was pretty chill and quiet. This is not a large place so I would not recommend it for large groups. My husband and I Kaffeinated Crepes and Coffee for lunch. The decor was the first thing that I noticed. It is decorated nicely and there are a lot of decorations! We had a chocolate dip plate platter of melted chocolate and assorted fruits and marshmallows. The fruit was fresh and the chocolate was amazing. We also had their smoked salmon crepe. The crepe was fantastic. The capers helped bring out the flavor of the salmon and the basil in the crepe. I'd love to come back and try more of their delicious food.

Cortado was good, and I appreciate the sizing. Served in kind of a double shot glass with just enough cream to do it right. Both coffees were tasty, though I think some dried lavender might elevate the cup. The crepe was on the thicc side making it 3 portions worth of food, but well worth the cost. It was a bit salty and more of a pancake, but delicious enough to finish over a few meals. Theres not much in the way of table space for a small group having brunch. It's 2-person brunch/3-person coffee kind of place, unless you're going to split seating. Oh! Hot drinks served in real mugs! Big win in my book.
We came here on a Saturday for brunch after our short trip to the Enchanted Rock . It was very busy and there were so many people we could hardly get any table . My husband ordered the Spicy Southwest omelette and he loved it so much . He says it was filling with some small bits of steak in the omelette while I order the Salmon Crepes , it was good and filling . I had the hazelnut ice coffee which is average . The place is so cute and I love the decor . We definitely would like to come back when it's a little bit quiet .

I found my new favorite crepe place! Former coffee shop and specialty tea shop barista here! I went with a couple of friends to Kaffeinated a few days ago and we were all floored by how delicious this café was. The place was super clean and I really loved the floral ceiling and sleek vibe. Despite there only being one staff member to take and prepare orders, he was very quick and everything came out perfectly. I ordered the Apple Cinnamon Crepe and a Matcha Latte with Almond Milk. The Matcha Latte was ABSOLUTELY delicious. It was super smooth to drink with lovely floral notes to it, had a delicious foamy layer on top, and was crafted beautifully overall. It also paired wonderfully with the Apple Cinnamon Crepe which tasted just like an apple pie. The apple slices were so tender and held all of the cinnamony goodness so well, the crepe was so soft it melted in my mouth, and the caramel drizzle on top enhanced the overall dish. I was also able to try a bit of the Caramel Waffle as well and it was easily the lightest waffle I've ever had. We're already planning a return trip to try out the savory and breakfast menus. It's just too good not to! I highly recommend Kaffeinated if you're looking for delicious crepes!

It had a nice balance of brie with tiny cubes of turkey. I also ordered a iced latte which was good. The service was friendly. The place doesn't have a lot of sitting so can get crowded.
Loved this fun and flirty cafe with gelato offerings. Could not resist their delicious mango gelato on a hot day in San Antonio. We came for the farmers market and stumbled upon this very interesting cafe. Decorated with pink flowers throughout the shop and even stumbled upon someone getting engaged here. This restaurant is aesthetically pleasing. A good place to have brunch with your girlfriends. I had the avo toast for my meal and shared the lemon crêpe for our dessert. The avocado toast comes with two poached eggs. The poached eggs were overdone. The avocado toast was good, but that's spectacular. It came with breakfast potatoes. The breakfast potatoes were a little spicy. The lemon crêpe was delicious. It doesn't look like much, but the flavor is there. My friends all agreed that this place is good for desserts. I had the Matcha. They charge two dollars for cold foam. It was a little sweet, but I like my matcha pretty plain. Parking is available throughout the rim to include a parking garage. You will probably have to walk a bit to get to the restaurant from your parking spot. read more
The entrance to the store is kind of confusing. I see an exit sign but entrance need a bit more flair to indicate an entrance. But maybe they're deciding what to do? When we walked in we were immediately greeted and was seated. We were immediately given water and our server then took our order. I had the Spanish latte and my wife had the cafe mocha. Both were super smooth and tasty. The decor inside is actually bright and very flowery. A definite Instagramable place to at least have a good cup of coffee. We decided on our breakfast as well. My wife chose the chicken and spinach savory crepe and I just had a simple breakfast sandwich with turkey, scrambled eggs, and avocado with a little spicy spread on an artisan poppy seed bun. This sandwich was the softest sandwich I've had in a while and it was very well done. I did ask to hold off the cheese that normally comes with the sandwich. My wife had the chicken and spinach crepes and it was a nice huge portion and very savory. The chicken has nice flavor to it and we were expecting shredded chicken but was very surprised by very moist chunks of chicken. Overall a very nice place to have a bite to eat. read more

I was in the area and stumbled across this place and I'm so glad that I did. I was looking to grab a quick bite to eat and this place definitely offers a wide selection from drinks to food. I opted for the iced caramel coffee with the avocado egg toast. The food portion was definitely worth my money spent! I will say if you're planning on getting some work done while you eat, bring your own hotspot as they do not have WiFi and they also have a sign encouraging customers to have actual conversations opposed to being on their phones. read more

The crepes were so yummy and dense. I got the lotus spread crepe and it was really cute and had a cookie on top. It didn't look like a lot at first but it was really filling. The crepe was made pretty quickly and the workers were really nice. The inside is very cute and I thought it would be a nice place to study but the tables are a bit small and it is a bit small inside. So I think it would be a cute hangout spot. read more

A cute place for brunch! We all got something different, but we were not disappointed with our choices. * Iced Spanish Latte - this was my coffee order, and it was perfect! It wasn't too sweet, and the packaging was adorable! * Caramel Macchiato - my husband's go to coffee order anywhere we go, and he really liked this too. I think the only this was ours tasted a little similar so we were confused which was was which for a second, so definitely having them label would help a little. * Taro Latte - my sibling got this and enjoyed it so much! I had a little taste, and it was delicious, and not too sweet. * Smoked Salmon Crepe - smoked salmon, sour cream, tomatoes, dill, capers, pickled onion. * Turkey & Brie Crepe - chunks of turkey, grapes, brie, spring mix, rotated pecans and drizzled with a raspberry sauce. This was mine, and I was caught off guard with how thick it was! But everything was so good, I also appreciate that it was thick chunks of turkey. They didn't skimp out of this one. * Egg Sandwich - scrambled eggs, think sliced turkey, smashed avocado, cheese, and chipotle sauce. My husband ordered this and he loved it! read more
Finally made it this Saturday afternoon to the new location of Kaffeinated Crepes and Coffee on 1604, and let me just say, it was worth the wait! We've been craving their crepes for a while, and it didn't disappoint. After a late lunch, it was the perfect cheat weekend treat. I indulged in half of the Triple Chocolate Crepe, which didn't spike pd my sugar levels as much as I expected--a pleasant surprise! The crepe wasn't overly sweet, likely because they used a higher ratio of dark chocolate. Next time, I'll ask to have the white chocolate on the side, or skip it altogether. Still, it hit the spot without being overwhelming. This new location is much bigger, and we were lucky to arrive just after the brunch crowd had cleared out (around 3:30 PM). However, more people started coming in as we were leaving, so it's clear this spot is becoming a popular destination. The ambiance here is charming. There's a huge artificial cherry blossom tree (I think that's what it is!) and giant butterflies in a lighted glass display--it all adds to the cozy, welcoming vibe. The warm and friendly staff rounded out yet another wonderful experience for us. Same delicious crepes, waffles, and coffee, but with a fresh new location to enjoy. Definitely love it here! read more

Found this place by chance on Yelp. I waited to go when my Sister was visiting SATX for for the 1st time. She loves the color purple and we both were absolutely stunned by the beautiful (everything purple) aesthetic! They have a very extensive drink menu as well as food options! Coffee and crepes seem to be their specialty! Because I was invested in the all purple aesthetic, I ordered a taro matcha drink that is purple! It was absolutely delicious! Service was great too! I'm actually surprised this place wasn't busier when I came in. The Frappuccino was one of the best I've had in a while!! It was sweet but not overly sweet. But made me excited to come back and try more of the coffee options. I was little surprised my crepe was quite literally just Nutella on a crepe, but the presentation was rly cute. But the VENUE! It's so cute! A big fake blossom tree stands in the middle with branches spreading across the entire café. Flowers adorned the walls creating a rly cute atmosphere. Both came with cream and a nice level of sweetness right when they gave it to us. We didn't have to add a thing! Both tasted toasty and nutty. So I really love the vibe in here visually but there are a few places for improvement. I wanted to bypass the reviews that complained about the service but they're not wrong. The service could definitely be better. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, and when I was finally acknowledged the staff member was very dry and gave me very vague answers to my questions about the drinks and I had to keep asking for more detail. This is not the first time I've been in here, just the first time I got something because the previous time it was taking so long I left. I ended up ordering the Turkish Coffee which is made by placing a little brass pitcher in the hot sand pit then adding a powdered mixture to it and placing it back into the hot sand pit. Though my eyes literally watched it boiling in the sand pit when I poured it to drink, it wasn't as hot as I expected which was weird. It was also strange to me that the Turkish Coffee is supposed to be their strongest coffee drink (according to the young lady helping me) but it was a powdered mixture, not brewed . . . The overall taste was not bad but when I poured out the rest of the coffee into my cup it was very thick and tasted a bit gritty as if a bit of sand got in it. (Or course pieces of the mixture that didn't dissolve, not sure.) I didn't try any of the crepes but I'm willing to go back and try them again, maybe a different coffee drink and a crepe. Overall it is a very cute place, great for pictures or to just sit and relax with a friend over a coffee or tea. read more

When biking through the Rim with my friend on a Saturday morning, we decided to park the bikes and go in for coffee. Once inside, I was very impressed with the instagrammable décor and the delicious looking crepes that were being brought out. There was no one in line so we both went to order but it took so long for us to even be acknowledged or to place our order. We almost left as we got tired of waiting to order a simple drink. Once we were helped, we a classic cold brew w/ sugar-free syrup and a passion fruit tea. Both drinks were made and put into these can style cups which was fun. I did think the can was a bit impractical although it was aesthetically pleasing because it made it difficult to add creamer and sweetener into it. Additionally, it was hard to get out the last sips. Overall, I thought everything here looked great and am glad I tried it but think its a bit overpriced for what you actually get (and the service provided). read more

Like the name says, "crepes and coffee" so stick to that. The coffee and crepes we tried were delicious. We did also try the avocado toast and did not like them at all. The avocado is not fresh cut. The place is clean and the service was great! High chairs are available. You walk in and place your order at the counter then take a number. I would recommend going early on a weekday. read more
I've died and gone to a sugary Kaffeinated heaven! So far I've tried both their cold and hot coffees and can't go wrong with either. I fell in love with their lavender latte and have often started my day with this warm tummy hug. The chocolate fountains are beautiful and can't wait to come try some strawberries dipped in this yumminess. Today I'm doing a mocha Frappuccino and they have got me sold. Several of the coffee spots around here have a problem with consistency, but not these guys! The customer service and quality continues to astound me. When I have more time I love to sit inside their beautifully decorated seating area. The flowers coming from the ceiling and walls make me feel like I'm in a beautiful dream I never want to wake up from. What more can a girl ask for?! "Valentine's Visit" Because I was flying out of town on Valentine's Day for a mini-Vacation, my friend and I decided to have a quick treat at Kaffeinated Crepes and Coffee. After a successful "5 Star Visit" before, I passed at the option to try another local restaurant as I wanted something light and sweet. The Meal: My date ordered a simple milkshake and I decided to order the chicken alfredo crepe with a small side salad. While the pictures pull you in, the dry, hard morsels of meat within the crepe made we wish I had run to the other way to the other establishment. The crepe was made well, but the meat and mushrooms seemed like they came directly out of the freezer. It was tasteless. And to make it worse, the dry meat was also accompanied by an almost as unappetizing alfredo sauce. I was literally perplexed at the inconsistency of the non-homogenous ingredients. On my last visit, I enjoyed a warm chocolate/marshmellow waffle with a delicious shake and this time, I was pushing hard meat from side to side on my plate (photos attached). This meal was a "Fail". Even the salad dressing was off putting. Normally, I quickly get up to return food that taste bad or is underwhelming, but my date seemed to be enjoying his shake and I didn't want to destroy the Valentine's vibe. I was highly dissatisfied and saw so many opportunities for improvement. Obviously, I'm sure they aren't grilling chicken in the back, but some shredded chicken (dark or light meat) could have been so much better. While replacing the meat morsels could have moved the Star power in the right direction, the off-putting Alfredo that the crepe soaked up like a sponge moved it right back in the LEFT direction. I don't know who accepts responsibility, but hopefully this review is read, and a possible change made in the preparation of this dish. Perhaps savory is a hard pass and chocolate, and waffles may be the only route going forward for me. I did enjoy my date, the ambience and photo wall and will try again in the distant future...
