This was the perfect place to stop and grab a delicious drink before entering Six Flags. My family had come in from Austin to enjoy the day at the park, but we arrived a bit early, so we stopped here. We're originally from Cali, so for other Californians reading this, it is quite similar to Jamba Juice. There are a variety of fruity offerings and you can get mix-ins of various proteins and the like. The only difference is this place also does quesadillas, randomly, LOL. While I didn't try one on this occasion, I may next time, because the drink I got was really good! Pricing is a bit high, $6.50 for a medium-sized beverage, but it was also very filling, and way cheaper than a drink would've been at the theme park, LOL. This location is always well staffed and folks are very friendly. I use their app almost exclusively to order ahead and food/smoothies are always ready and well prepared. The only thing I would change in the app is the ability to add extra sauce. I typically like extra sauce on my wraps so when I order a wrap usually do in the store but wait is minimal. Food is very tasty. I have really grown fond of the Kiwi Quencher and the Sunrise Sunset smoothies. Love the bowls and the wraps. The quesadillas are a little small but still quite tasty. Smoothie was just ok, but what really concerned me was the fact that all the lettuce was rotten, I took 2 bites of the wrap before I realized a foul taste. Thought it might of just been a bad leaf that made its way inside my wrap but it turned out everything was rotten. How long do you hold on to your produce before you decide to finally throw it out. I ordered the strawberry banana pineapple smoothie, and it was okay. I couldn't really taste any fruit but strawberry, and it felt super watered down. Crazy expensive for a smoothie that didn't really taste like anything. I went with a friend that had the mocha smoothie and she said it was awful. Love the detox smoothie! I usually order thru mobile app and usually have to wait a bit for my smoothie but it's worth the wait.

Tried this location today and it was horrible. I ordered two smoothies and had to wait 30 minutes to get our smoothies. It should never take 30 minutes to make a smoothie. And on top of me waiting forever, I noticed they were pumping WATER in EVERY blender because none of them were blending as they should. What happens when you pour 1 cup of water into the blender....it dilutes the smoothie. So as suspected we were handed two smoothies that tasted like mild fruit water. I have never been to a smoothie place that does that. I will stick to Jamba Juice from now on. read more

I've been to tropical smoothie cafes all over Texas and Arkansas, I LOVE this company and their food/smoothies. But, this location is the worst location I've ever been to. The customer service here SUCKS. I've visited this location 3 times in the last 2 weeks, and every employee that took my order would just walk up to the register and stare at me weirdly without a greeting like "hey what can I get for you?" Does management not teach people to greet people anymore? Everything you ask them for is just an inconvenience to them. The sandwiches at this particular location are lacking, with little toppings and barely any meat. It is a noticeable difference from all other locations I've been to. I've have been coming to this location since it opened. Loved it. Unfortunately, there has been noticeable changes in management. The turn over of employees is crazy. I have never seen the same person twice. I would go 3 times a week. A couple weeks ago I had to work threw lunch. I ordered to be delivered. I only got half my order. Just the smoothie. I ask where's my sandwich and the delivery guy said it's not my problem. The store just gave me your drink. He left. I was upset that I didn't get my sandwich. I called the store and the guy that answered said. I'm holding your sandwich. Ok. How is it getting to me. He told me I had to come and get it. I told him No. Someone needs to bring it. I paid for delivery. He said the manager would call me. We got busy at work. 2 hours later no call or sandwich. I left my job and arrived at Tropical to find the manager sitting and talking to a friend. My sandwich was on the counter. I was insulted and disgusted with the lack of empathy he had.
