I come pretty frequent to this Jamba and so I thought I would update my review! I normally get the pb+banana drink in medium size. For those who care about calorie count that's about 530 calories. I order it with soy protein ( instead of whey protein) I add almond milk instead of whole milk and for a boost I get 3G energy which equates to 5mg. The service is always the greatest! In the past it wasn't that great and now that I'm a frequent comer I noticed a different staff that is amazing! They are always quick with my drink and super friendly! If youre looking for a go to drink this is where it's at! I've been to several locations -- ordered the same drink and it's just not made the same as it is here! Go check it out! May 19th at 0942 A old dude took my order and said I couldn't substitute concentrate out of my drink, he forgot to add a supplement that I asked for to my drink and he knew he was in the wrong bc he came up to me and gave me a bogo coupon. I asked for an explanation as to why and the only reason he could give me is that he worked there for 8 months and that it's not possible. I worked as an employee for Jamba for 2 years from a regular worker to a lead. I know the limitations and I know how easy it is to substitute and then just charge for any change that might be needed and I was willing to pay for that up charge. This is our favorite Jamba Juice! The staff is quick and friendly and they always tell us about new flavors, as well as offer their opinions on different flavors when asked. When we order via the app, the order is ALWAYS available pretty quickly and the order is always accurate. When we order inside the store, the cashiers always let me know when I have rewards available and we seldom have to wait very long for our smoothies. Smoothie makers also offer suggestions when we cannot make up our minds on what to order. We purchased one of the Jamba tumblers and we now get 10% off our large smoothies when we take it with us. I loved Jamba Juice when I first started coming here , one day I tried their açaí bowl and fell in love . But sadly the past few times I have gone they seem to half a** the bowl . Literally . My bowls are never filled like they use to , your pay almost $10 just for them to put the smallest amount of smoothie into it . I will not be coming to this Jamba Juice anymore , very inconvenient since it's the closest to my house . You can't really mess up Jamba Juice. The oatmeal was good, and my Apple n Greens was great, too. This location got 2 Stars today because the gentleman who helped me seemed pretty annoyed that he had to take my order. I guess he was working on something in the back and had to stop what he was doing. Apparently, i wasn't ordering fast enough for his liking. Was quick, and short. Also seemed irritated when informing me that they were out of apple cinnamon. I'm just not accustomed to that kind of guest service. Obviously, it was spurred this review. I'm not trying to drill them or anything. But, it is what it is. That was my experience. Perception is reality. I wonder what most others have come across here. These are just my words and opinions. First time ever going to a Jamba Juice after people hyping it up all the time (ha...). It was only OK. It was nothing like people had made it out to be, but also wasn't bad. It was a good healthy treat that was rather inexpensive, probably going to look for another juice spot though. I got the Kale-ribbean Smoothie, which was tasty, but wasn't expecting the amount of chia seed in it. I give it a meh/10 Still! The drinks were fine but the attitudes of employees were disgusting. The cashier kept talking to a co worker who was sitting down at a table during our order. Pretty good location. Not a ton of seating so I wouldn't go here to hang out, but they're always quick with mixing up your drinks and every once in awhile they'll make a little too much and let you have the extra for free. Service is generally friendly and they have been very consistent in the way everything comes out. For a chain, you could definitely do worse than this location. Not sure if there's ever a "rush" time but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes when I've gone. read more

A local manager named Cindy will be the reason this store fails. She was rude, pushy and horrible to the staff. She berated a poor girl to tears in front of customers. i don't care what the girl did wrong, IF she even did anything wrong, (because the girl she made cry was actually very sweet and was my favorite worker there. Always had a smile on her face and always got my order right and got it to me in under 4 minutes) that manager obviously has no idea what she is doing. It made me very uncomfortable, i went there for a drink not to watch someone be a horrible human being and manager. She really needs more training. And my smoothie tasted off, like it had some bad fruit in it. The one on Alamo ranch is much better and worth the drive. I honestly hope that Cindy losses her job for being such a horrible person and a horrible manager. Alamo ranch is the one you want! it's ten times better. read more
