I used to be a regular here all the time, smoothies were made pretty good and I'd always go try the new monthly flavors. Recently though every time I go in I'll ask for the monthly or something else and the employees look at me like I'm an idiot, they have no idea the smoothies they're making and i don't even go here anymore now because 99% of the time the employees don't know how to make the smoothie that's listed in their damn APP. read more

I come pretty frequent to this Jamba and so I thought I would update my review! I normally get the pb+banana drink in medium size. For those who care about calorie count that's about 530 calories. I order it with soy protein ( instead of whey protein) I add almond milk instead of whole milk and for a boost I get 3G energy which equates to 5mg. The service is always the greatest! In the past it wasn't that great and now that I'm a frequent comer I noticed a different staff that is amazing! They are always quick with my drink and super friendly! If youre looking for a go to drink this is where it's at! I've been to several locations -- ordered the same drink and it's just not made the same as it is here! Go check it out! The inside is always clean and upkept you don't have to worry about a dirty store here! read more

Placed a pickup order for 10 minutes before close (I worked until 7:15 or i wouldn't have!) so I felt bad but the workers were soooo nice about it! Had my smoothie ready as soon as I walked in! Got a large, and didn't realize how big it was going to be! Little expensive but that's not their fault. I'd go again! read more

May 19th at 0942 A old dude took my order and said I couldn't substitute concentrate out of my drink, he forgot to add a supplement that I asked for to my drink and he knew he was in the wrong bc he came up to me and gave me a bogo coupon. I asked for an explanation as to why and the only reason he could give me is that he worked there for 8 months and that it's not possible. I worked as an employee for Jamba for 2 years from a regular worker to a lead. I know the limitations and I know how easy it is to substitute and then just charge for any change that might be needed and I was willing to pay for that up charge. The lack of care shouldn't be associated with a company that is built on starting, aiding and ending someone's day with nutrition. read more

Jamba - Proof of this sorry for excuse for the lack of effort - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

This is our favorite Jamba Juice! The staff is quick and friendly and they always tell us about new flavors, as well as offer their opinions on different flavors when asked. When we order via the app, the order is ALWAYS available pretty quickly and the order is always accurate. When we order inside the store, the cashiers always let me know when I have rewards available and we seldom have to wait very long for our smoothies. Smoothie makers also offer suggestions when we cannot make up our minds on what to order. We purchased one of the Jamba tumblers and we now get 10% off our large smoothies when we take it with us. Parking is abundant and convenient and the location is right off the freeway so it's easy to get to. read more

Came by yesterday morning. Not busy at all, very clean atmosphere. Large amount of items to chose from and contently inexpensive with a large variety of smoothies, bowls, and breakfast items. The staff were friendly, the gentleman behind the counter was nice, not pushy on the rewards program which was appreciated. Has some great tasting carrot juice samples, and the speed of getting my order was excellent. Def going to be joining the rewards program and coming back after this experience. read more

Every time I use the order ahead option on the app it's ready!! Love these smoothies and the service is so good!

Came in for a quick smoothie. Didn't have anything in mind off the top of my head. After perusing the menu for a quick second, I settled on the 22 oz. (medium sized) Smooth Talkin Mango. It was busy inside so it didn't take too long at all for my smoothie to come out. It was mixed with some mango (obviously), pineapple, and some other stuff. Not bad. Very tangy. Went down smooth. read more

The drink tasted fine but what shocked me the most was that the people making it did NOT wear gloves. That is unsanitary and unsafe, with flues and bacteria I'm starting to wonder if I should even drink it. read more

I loved Jamba Juice when I first started coming here , one day I tried their açaí bowl and fell in love . But sadly the past few times I have gone they seem to half a** the bowl . Literally . My bowls are never filled like they use to , your pay almost $10 just for them to put the smallest amount of smoothie into it . I will not be coming to this Jamba Juice anymore , very inconvenient since it's the closest to my house . One of the workers also tried explaining that this is how it comes and they fill it to a certain line when the smoothie part doesn't even meet that line . read more

You can't really mess up Jamba Juice. The oatmeal was good, and my Apple n Greens was great, too. This location got 2 Stars today because the gentleman who helped me seemed pretty annoyed that he had to take my order. I guess he was working on something in the back and had to stop what he was doing. Apparently, i wasn't ordering fast enough for his liking. Was quick, and short. Also seemed irritated when informing me that they were out of apple cinnamon. I'm just not accustomed to that kind of guest service. Obviously, it was spurred this review. I'm not trying to drill them or anything. But, it is what it is. That was my experience. Perception is reality. I wonder what most others have come across here. These are just my words and opinions. They can be worth whatever you want them to be. Food for thought. Whether the leadership team or that gentleman hear/apply them, or whether they fall on deaf ears, the choice is theirs. Jambs Juice, you're delicious. You'll probably see me again, regardless. read more

Great experience!! My family and I love Jamba Juice. When we can patronize a Jamba Juice we will.

It was my first time going to Jamba Juice, I never been to one before, but some bright yellow person in a banana suit caught my attention on the side of the street and I decided to get something since I felt parched anyway. I did not know what to expect, but a friend of mine told me about a white gummy bear smoothie, which is one of their drinks that isn't on the menu and it actually tasted like a gaint white gummy. So, yummy yummy, and packed with good stuff for your tummy. Okay, that was great place, can't wait to come back and try something else... like Mango a Go Go... wow, what a name. The service was awesome too. read more

First time ever going to a Jamba Juice after people hyping it up all the time (ha...). It was only OK. It was nothing like people had made it out to be, but also wasn't bad. It was a good healthy treat that was rather inexpensive, probably going to look for another juice spot though. I got the Kale-ribbean Smoothie, which was tasty, but wasn't expecting the amount of chia seed in it. I give it a meh/10 Still! If you are parched and looking for juice/smoothies, then head on down, maybe you will get a better item then I got. read more

Awful service. Took 45 minutes for two smoothies. Ran by a bunch of unorganized teenagers.

The cleanliness behind the counter was atrocious. Drinks were made wrong the first time after repeating the drink order twice. Unfriendly and unknowledable staff, overall a poor example of the Jamba Juice brand I have come to know and love for a good midday treat. read more

The drinks were fine but the attitudes of employees were disgusting. The cashier kept talking to a co worker who was sitting down at a table during our order. They were discussing vulgar things and cussing. I ordered a 16 oz drink and received a large. Maybe if she was paying attention rather then holding a conversation she would of got my order correct. I have two small children so I took them outside while my husband grabbed the drinks. He said they were talking badly about another co worker. This was very unprofessional. Will not be back!!!! read more

Pretty good location. Not a ton of seating so I wouldn't go here to hang out, but they're always quick with mixing up your drinks and every once in awhile they'll make a little too much and let you have the extra for free. Service is generally friendly and they have been very consistent in the way everything comes out. For a chain, you could definitely do worse than this location. Not sure if there's ever a "rush" time but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes when I've gone. read more

I come to this location almost every morning. My drinks are always delicious. Mary is very nice and greets me by name . :)

Always clean and pretty friendly staff. The oatmeal is real good and the secret menu items are always a hit.

The cashier really needs to get a job that does NOT require customer service...what a grumpy bear...he was there a month ago the se way...thought he was having a bad day but apparently he is always mad! He had a hat on and different colored hair...darn wish I got his name!! Both boys working had saggy pants...yuck so gross!! Drinks at all others in town amazing...this one they always leaves chunks and today was think juice not a smoothie...girl obviously training so it's cool but could see oon guy training hers eyes he knew it was wrong but still had her give it to me...wasn't even a full cup!! Arghhhh read more

This review is solely on the shake that I had and not the service. The service was great. The Peanut butter and banana shake that I had was horrific. It tasted as if the company went to the local hospital, found the oldest, sickest person, took him/her to a dungeon, tortured said person and right at the height of their pain and suffering, murdered them, blended the remains and served it as the "Peanut butter and Banana protein Smoothie". read more

A local manager named Cindy will be the reason this store fails. She was rude, pushy and horrible to the staff. She berated a poor girl to tears in front of customers. i don't care what the girl did wrong, IF she even did anything wrong, (because the girl she made cry was actually very sweet and was my favorite worker there. Always had a smile on her face and always got my order right and got it to me in under 4 minutes) that manager obviously has no idea what she is doing. It made me very uncomfortable, i went there for a drink not to watch someone be a horrible human being and manager. She really needs more training. And my smoothie tasted off, like it had some bad fruit in it. The one on Alamo ranch is much better and worth the drive. I honestly hope that Cindy losses her job for being such a horrible person and a horrible manager. Alamo ranch is the one you want! it's ten times better. read more
