Usually I'll do drive thru & only go if there's no other cars... they are soooo slow even with no cars ahead of me. Smoothies are good. Once they did make one very liquidy... I parked, went inside to get another made & had to wait another 10 mins. One of the girls always looks annoyed. The others have been fine. read more

Y'all suck!!! I have been coming here for a long time. You were supposed to be open until 9 and I pulled in after work around 7:30pm and you just randomly decided to close. I won't be coming back. If you are running a legit business you should honor your hours regardless of how busy it is. read more

We like Smoothie King, we just know that if we go there we better carve out about 20 minutes to sit and wait for our order. This time we went inside and there were three people working but only one seemed professional and moving trying to get orders done and interacting with the customers. The smoothie was good, my bowl was good but thought it could have had more stuff in it to go with all of the "yogurt" (I guess?). read more

Drive-thru excellence at its finest! I went through the drive-thru at Smoothie King on Potranco and was immediately greeted with voices so warm and cheerful, you could hear the smiles. That kind of energy is rare--and so appreciated, especially in a fast-paced job like this. Shanez and Takira welcomed my daughter and me with genuine enthusiasm and kindness. I asked about the PB Swizzle, and they both lit up, saying it was a great choice. Shanez made it look so good, I couldn't wait--I tasted it right there in the drive-thru and WOW. It was bomb! While I was still enjoying mine, Takira whipped up my daughter's mango smoothie and even asked her to taste it to make sure it was just right. It was delicious! This kind of service deserves recognition. We'll definitely be back--and Smoothie King, if you're reading this: give those girls a raise. They're the reason we'll keep coming back. read more

Last minute visit on Veterans Day and this place was hoppin. They even have a drive thru and online order pick up. Menu is large containing all kinds of smoothies and bowls. Thank you for the generous free 20 ounce drink! I chose the immune builder -mixed berry. Loved it! I could taste all the fresh berries and banana. Huge variety of menu items catering to all levels for health and fitness. This place is way better than Jamba Juice. Friendly service , received a welcome greeting when I entered the establishment. Check out and download their app for special offers. I will be back , thank you! read more

I've been meaning to come try Smoothie King, and I'm so happy I started my Friday morning off with a delicious smoothie! I got the Immune Booster Mixed Berry, and it was so yummy! Reward members also get a free upgrade to 32oz from 20oz on Fridays, so make sure you sign up via their app. The smoothie itself was full of flavor and had a nice balanced ratio of ingredients. The employees were also super friendly and helpful. There are a couple tables inside, for enjoying your smoothie on site. The interior is also very clean and kept spotless. I believe they also have a drive-thru window, if you want to stay in your car to order. I'll definitely be back in the future to try the other menu options! read more

My granddaughter loves this place very friendly five stars plus. Great drinks great service.!

Caitlyn helped me out at the front register and she was amazing! I got the mango strawberry pure recharge and it was just right!!!! I also barely even had to wait for my drink to be ready, quick and fast service. read more

I had an interaction with a young lady in the drive-thru window. Instead of apologizing for being rude and disrespectful, and having a nasty attitude towards me, the young lady decided to continue to run her mouth to me, about me two other customers, and to her coworkers. I asked for a the general managers contact. Paid for my drink. And waited for her and her coworkers to scribble wrong information on the receipt and handed over to me. I called the number and it went directly to the store itself where I then asked for the manager and the kids hung up once they realized it was me. The employees at this location are preventing me from contacting a general manager or manager. I'm requesting that a manager or general manager please reach out to me with your contact information. I have the receipt and some photos of the employee.. read more

Terrible service. These two girls were very rude and gave me an ugly look. I've never felt more out of place and uncomfortable.

Finally was able to make time to try this place! Ordered a Purple Delight smoothie bowl so good! There was not a kids menu posted via drive thru but the gentleman provided the flavors (5). Ordered a Strawberry and Chocolate. read more

Smoothie King - Making my smoothie bowl incorrectly I am allergic to bananas said no bananas yet there they are - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I have had several disappointing experiences here, a couple days ago I went in to get two smoothie bowls and usually my total is 24 with some change but all of a sudden the total was 32 dollars at first I didn't question it and then when I asked she said it was a tip a 5 dollar tip to be exact, she never showed me an option to tip. She then said I can refund it but I had already been waiting 20 minutes in line. She also threw away my receipt. Then I come in again another time with an online order and I'm waiting at the pick up sign and the worker says " are you going to order something or what " if you aren't going to be professional don't have a job ! read more

I try to give this business on Potranco a chance and they disappoint. I go for my regular today at 1:00 strawberry kiwi breeze. Being this is the only one I get with vegan. Today it was so runny!! I call the manager and she tries to say it was because of the fruits addedsorry but NO! I know how the texture suppose to be. So I had to bring it home and put in freezer. Disappointed! I guess my time here is done! So sad read more

It's Currently 8:00 PM on a Saturday and the hours state 8AM-9 PM. This location has a habit of closing too early and refusing customers. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the third time it has happened. This is a recurring thing and I am so disappointed. The service is EXTREMELY SLOW as it is and I'm no longer giving them the benefit of the doubt. Last time they refused to take my order through the drive thru even though I had been waiting!! Told me they are closing... 30 minutes prior to closing! read more

Love love love smoothie king! So delicious and refreshing every time I go. I was greeted once I came in and received my drink within a good time. I didn't even realize they had a drive through! I would have stopped there instead of going inside had I known. It's a huge convenience for this toddler mom, and now I know for future reference. read more

Terrible customer service, no welcome or acknowledgment. I said hello at the register and still no response from the cashier, just ready to take my order and get on with it. RIDICULOUS read more

My pregnant wife ordered a smoothie and said specifically she didn't want protein and they just went ahead and added extra making it very undrinkable. I went inside to politely let them know and got completely ignored and just looked at from some older gentleman. I had to buy a whole new item when they messed it up . This was horrible service and needs to be fixed immediately: read more

My husband and I came yesterday on a Saturday around 1pm and the store was packed! We went to the drive through and felt like it was a bit narrow so couldn't really see the menu that well. However we knew exactly what we wanted. The staff kept apologizing because they were super busy so we waited a little while for our drinks. We completely understood as we could see from inside the store had a lot of customers too. I ordered the daily warrior and my husband got a berry treat. It was delicious and we are excited to go back again. read more

Horrible service. For some reason I keep coming back to this place because it's across the street from planet fitness. As I look in the window of the drive thru , the inside isn't too packed. Maybe 1 other customer. I've been sitting in the drive thru waiting on my order for going on 12 minutes. Two different employees came the window , one asked "what did you order again " the other asked "are you here for an online order" when I literally ordered two things 5 minutes ago. the smoothie king needs to be dethroned!! Do better read more

Smoothie King Chocolate Peanut Power Plus is so good! I've been there a couple times a week this summer!

We went to this Smoothie King on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered on the app and were given a wait time of 22-27 minutes-- for smoothies. It took 35 minutes. I've waited less time for my meal at a fine dining establishment. One of the employees acted confused about what type of smoothies were ordered when they were all the same. We were very close to asking for a refund and leaving. Just ridiculous to have to wait that long and the cost is out of control too. Honestly makes you wonder how they stay in business. The smoothies taste good, but aren't worth all of that. read more

I'm not sure how this location has continued to do so poorly since opening, we've been gracious and tried to wait patiently but the service here is absolutely terrible and the wait time is beyond ludicrous. What makes it worse is the fact that you scroll through a bunch of reviews stating the exact same thing & the business owner slaps a quick apology underneath but not a single thing has changed. This lack of execution goes to show terrible initiative behind the company. Do better. read more

Just had a smoothie from there it was good !! The drinks are very good I will be going back .

Smoothie king as a whole is great. However, this location (potranco rd) has the slowest service I've dealt with in the past 3 decades of life across, 8 different states. When they first opened I thought it was growing pains, but a year later, wait times in the drive through exceed 10 minutes. And that's 10 minutes of absolutely no movement, except when cars leave the line without even ordering. read more

I am so grateful that there is a Smoothie King so close by! I used to have smoothie king almost everyday at the Rivercenter Mall when I lived and worked downtown. Looks like I'm going to start my daily Smoothie King routine again!!! read more
