She immediately prep the drink and then told me there were no lids, which I have no issue with if they ran out. However, I then overheard another staff telling her where they are. You would think she would've come back and be like "ma'am, here is a lid apologies for the confusion". Noup, I could hear her just saying "oh! I didn't know". Similar to my case, I overheard more silly and ridiculous issues with orders that could've been fixed if those two staff members would just give a little more care.
