The berries were fresh, though the pineapple tasted like it might have come from a can. My main takeaway matches what another reviewer said: the base portion is quite small. As someone who eats a lot of açaí and pitaya bowls, the 16 oz portion had significantly less base than I've received anywhere else. This place could use a grown up. The young blonde girl at the front cash register, was unfriendly the moment I walked in. I asked for recommendations given my first time visiting and she shrugged. She did though focus on calling out a straw wrapper I left bc of their lack of trash can available and she had the gall to make it my problem for their lack in planning. Comical! You want the trash to be taken, set out a trash bin, simple. I regretted leaving a tip on an over priced smoothie that was made begrudgingly by this unhappy human. This place offers a huge, overwhelming selection of different frozen fruit concoctions. They're the healthier alternative to that nitrogen ice cream spot a few doors down. The spot is super insta-worthy! It's got a fun decor with lots of cute places to sit and relax. The staff was nice and efficient. They made great recommendations about what to try, and were enthusiastic about the entire experience. Their suggestions were spot on! I ended up with a tropical smoothie, with coconut milk, pineapple, and kiwi. It was amazing. It hit the spot! I wish it'd had bobas in it though. The drink cost as much as a meal elsewhere. Great place to stop in for an Acai bowl! Of course you can also find freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. Seating area is limited but very welcoming! Perfectly located in the nook of a shopping center. It's bright, clean and the staff is always warm and friendly. The place it self is cute. Very nice decorated and super clean! It's very bright and open. There is inside and outside seats. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom are clean too. It's around a shopping center so there's alot of parking space. The acai bowls are okay, I don't know why but the acai tasted like it was expired in a way or too old but when combined with the fruit and toppings you could barley taste it. He ordered a Feeling Peachy with OJ and goji berries and I ordered a Pitaya Passion with coconut milk and goji berries. I thought the Feeling Peachy was really sweet (probably from the OJ) and had a tart, acidic flavor to it. The Pitaya Passion was more creamy and less overwhelmingly sweet; I preferred the Pitaya Passion. Both smoothies were very fresh tasting and not artificial at all. I really enjoyed the smoothie, but wish they were a bit bigger for the price (~$7.) I guess the freshness comes at a cost. I would come here all the time if I had the paycheck to support it!
