This is a very large, well decorated, and cute coffee shop with tons of seating to study/work at. I ordered the iced chai and it was about $6.50. It was okay. Nothing special but also not bad. I saw a red velvet latte on their menu that I wanted to try but went with the chai instead. The service was normal here. It wasn't necessarily friendly but also not bad. I do like the vibe of the shop, but I would probably check out other coffee shops before coming back here.
Revolucion offers a good selection of coffee (lattes-matcha, ube, chai, cappuccino, cold brews, espresso), smoothies, a wide selection of cold pressed juices, hot & cold snacks & bites, and local merchandise (hats, candles, incense, shirts). Prices are mid, but I did see a breakfast taco + coffee deal for $5. Have to get that another time. Got their ube latte and chia seed cup. Ube latte, even though it's on the sweet side, was delish! Cute, spacious cafe, but with a cozy, intimate feel. Since it is located in a retail center, parking can be difficult depending on how busy the surrounding businesses are. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating.
Great service and great options! They have lots of drink options and substitutions. I got the ACA Blue which is matcha with blue milk? I already forgot what they said the blue milk was but I substituted it for oat milk. Really good drink, one of the decent matches in the area. They have lots of seating, very casual and relaxed. Good place to relax, do some homework, and just chill.
8/10 ACA Blue - It's a mix of blue majik, matcha, and milk, super pretty and totally aesthetic! It wasn't sweet enough for me, though, so I ended up adding some syrup to balance it out. 4/10 Cost - $7.04 in total. Dang! This is pricey for the size of the drink!
Cool spot to pop in and have a coffee. Various crafts from Americano to lattes. They also have a variety of fresh juices. Service is friendly. I appreciate the willingness to answer questions about their menu and preparation.

On my quest to find the best matcha in San Antonio and was recommended to try revolucion. Place was super packed, but I also came around lunch time so I had to put that into factor. The line moved quickly even though there was an obvious lunch rush which I appreciated. I ordered the ACA blue matcha (matcha and blue majik/spirulina) with oat milk. I LOVED this matcha, and possibly in my top 5 of best Matcha's in my opinion. Will be back for sure
I got the esquite bowl for breakfast so I didn't get to try their drinks. It was pretty good and had a pretty big portion but it was a bit pricey and the turkey was a bit dry. I got it to go so it might have been better if I ate it in store.

What a surprise, in a good way. Wasn't expecting to come across a coffee/brunch shop when most of the surrounding area has fast food. The location is in a small strip mall with a few other stores and lots of parking. Got the PBJ AÇAÍ bowl and although steep at $14, it was really good. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of open space to sit. Only thing I would say is that the bowl the açaí bowl was served on felt like a school cafeteria. Not a big deal but the metal spoon and composite bowl didn't match lol. All in all solid place and I'll be back.
Well, I'm a glutton for punishment because I came back and tried another tamale + a shake and was so disappointed in both. My friend ordered the açaí bowl and it was absolutely delicious, but I found the tamale to be both not filling and quite flavorless. Health food does not mean flavorless, but I feel like the drinks and food I've personally ordered here have failed to impress me. I would absolutely come back for an açaí bowl, but I probably wouldn't trust anything else on the menu. The restaurant features a walk-up bar to order (no table service!) and is very open air + the vibes and decor is very fun and cute. Seating is available inside and outside, so there was great options with long tables + bench seating, small tables, and outside seating. A lot of people seem to bring their laptops to study/work here and it does seem like a very relaxed place, plus they offer free fruit-infused water for guests.
The second worst matcha I've ever had. Former coffee shop and specialty tea shop barista here. We ran across Revolucion a couple days ago and decided to give it a try. This place is massive with an open urban warehouse feel. We chose to sit indoors after placing our order with the kind baristas at the counter. We'd ordered a couple of Matcha Lattes, one with Almond Milk and one with Whole Milk. I did not end up finishing mine as it was VILE. I do not know what happened in the creation of this poor latte, but it was sour and undrinkable. Two packages of Stevia really aided this thing, making it a little more tolerable, but even then it really just became a sweet grassy tasting beverage with a chalky Stevia aftertaste than a matcha. The Whole Milk version of this drink was at least creamy and had more of a sweetness than the sourness of the Almond Milk, and only needed one Stevia to help it out. Still, it was by no means good. I see all of these other amazing reviews and really want to believe that this first visit was a fluke. I think I'll go back to try another Matcha Latte but also grab a coffee and look at their food menu as well so I can get a more well rounded opinion of this place's menu. For this visit however, I give Revolucion a 2. I've personally made so many matcha lattes in my life that it baffles me how one can end up so atrocious.
Peaceful, beautiful place for such bright tasty colorful food! Indoor/outdoor available seating. Very open elevated cafeteria feel. If I remember correctly the utensils and plateware were compostable/eco friendly. This part of town seems to have a lot to offer.
This is one of my FAVORITE spots in San Antonio. It's health plus flavor and I'm so happy to have a spot I can go to and know I can eat clean but it will still taste delicious. The breakfast burrito is out of this world. They add a cashew cream that just ties everything together. The Oasis smoothing is amazing and perfect for lactose free people. Not too sweet but the perfect balance of strawberry and coconut. Grab one of the peanut butter protein bars to go! You will thank me later. The space is beautiful and perfect to come with friends, a pet, or even alone. Please note that this place is not friendly for people with nut allergies. I am so grateful I asked and they were honest. I brought my brother who has a severe allergy so we chose to go somewhere else. read more
I have been a few times and I must say this is a pretty solid spot. They have a ton of healthy choices for food . It is a bit on the pricey side but given that I can spend 2-3+ hours here working in the evenings or weekends, I think is worth the price. They have chagaccino which I've found difficult to find elsewhere but it's a great alternative to lattes, although this one does have a shot of espresso in it. Today I had their Mayan Mocha with Almond milk and only half sweetened. It was pretty delicious but I do wish I left it sweetened haha I wanted to taste more of the mocha. I also have had their burritos. They are delicious and they have vegan cheese which is a plus for me. I've been wanting to try their tamales and thats probably on my next visit. Plenty of parking available. Lots of sitting inside and outside. The inside is spacious and breathable with a ton of comfy spots to sit. The tables have enough space to set up the laptop and notebooks along with food and drinks haha. I totally recommend this spot. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. read more
Anytime I come to San Antonio, I always make a visit to Revolución. There is not a bad item on the menu there and I have tried it all at each of the 3 locations. I love the breakfast tacos and the açaí bowls the most food wise. I have ordered both the espresso lattes and matchas and each time was just as good as the last. I love the self serve coffee fixings area as I always can personalize my coffee to my fittings. read more

I was really in the mood for acai bowls so we decided to check this place out! When you walk in, the place is big and spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating. For drinks we got the Nube latte, which is an ube latte and the Mayan mocha (has a hint of cayenne pepper). For food we got the Rev acai bowl, pb & jelly acai bowl and the BST (bacon, spinach, tomato) toast. Both drinks were pretty good! The Nube latte had a good ube flavor and the Mayan mocha was sweet and creamy and I could feel the cayenne pepper kicking in. The acai bowls were refreshing and had a good texture. I liked the pb & jelly one more. I just wish there was more granola though because there was so little compared to how much acai there was. The BST toast was good and ok but nothing special. The food kinda took awhile to come out. Overall, I liked this spot and I think it's great for a healthy treat and snack. They offer a variety of drinks and food and it's a big quiet place to get some work done! read more

Checked out this place as I was in the area. Absolutely fell in love with the PB&J açaí bowl and the Revolucion latte (made with lavender and honey.) Prices are about the same as other local coffee places. You can tell they make their food and coffee with love. I look forward to returning to try other things on the menu. The cashier was polite and the place was busy for a late Friday morning. read more
I LOVE this place! Reminds me of the coffee shops with real room when I lived in San Diego. We were just waltzing with no real agenda and found this place while out and about. It was a very early weekend morning so pretty quiet. This place is so cute I could not contain myself. Kind of want to do my updated headshots here. That's how good it looks! Plus, they have every healthy option most anyone would want, sustainable goods, and a great menu selection. I got a hot tea (ginger), hubby got a couple shots over ice. No complaints there, we also took home some of their wellness shots, very good! read more

Why did it take me so long to visit Revolucion Coffee?! This place is freaking amazing. The coffeeshop is so beautiful with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. I am pretty sure no other coffee shop in San Antonio has the amount of space that they do, which makes it the perfect coworking space. You could tell most people were there working or meeting people for work. The only thing I did notices is that they did not have a lot of plugs, so if you are thinking about working from here make sure your laptop is fully charged. Their beverage menu has all the classic coffee drinks and some really yummy juices. For my first time I decided to go with their matcha and one of their juices. The matcha was not my favorite, but it was okay. The juice was so yummy and I could taste all the fresh ingredients. The also have a breakfast and lunch menu with multiple healthy options, which I hope to try on another visit. Revolucion Coffee + Juice is definitely a must for all the work from home folks out there! read more

As a lover of coffee but unfortunately can't be a drinker of it, this place is amazing! Lots of alternative drinks for coffee! The food chef kiss! Especially since I have a mega sensitive tummy due to allergies and intolerances so that's always a plus. And what makes it amazing is the fact that there is ALOT OF SPACE HERE! Most cute shops are tiny which means not much seating. But there was plenty of seats! Def recommend this place! read more
As someone who cannot drink coffee I was glad to find this place. Their functional drinks have actual benefits, and I had a hard time deciding what to get as all the drinks sounded good. I went with the ACA Blue. It was so good, not overly sweet, nice and balanced. I found out there's a location in Houston but don't see that drink on the menu, so assuming each location does different stuff. Nonetheless I would recommend trying. read more
Fabulous!!! Love the open, spacious interior with very calming colors, design, and decor. Love they use eco friendly products and their coffee did not disappoint. The pitaya bowl was so good!!! The food options were enough for a great place for a casual brunch. Service could be a little warmer but maybe it's just part of the area's vibes. All in all, 5/5! read more

I have only ever ordered delivery from Revolución and was really impressed going in person for the first time. This location is so cute, everything is pink, minimal, and very clean. I got the $5 coffee and taco combo and wow it was so good! For drip coffee I was impressed with the quality and the bacon egg and cheese taco and bean and cheese were 10/10. (rolled up tacos just don't look good in pictures ok.) The staff was super patient as I looked through the menu to order and very friendly getting me refills of coffee as I worked almost all Sunday afternoon from the coffee shop. read more

Absolutely loved this little coffee shop! It has a great southwestern vibe/decor and food. It got really busy around 9 am with people working fanning in. We tried: - juice flight (I loved most of them and it was a great way to figure out which ones we liked). - The Turkey chorizo taco - kinda basic in my opinion but still good - poblano tamale - the star of the show! read more

We usually enjoy this place a bit but we got a delivery order and it was one of the most terrible things I've had here. Portion size was maybe half the normal amount and it just looked like slop. They already charge a premium for delivery so getting this was not pleasant. Would not recommend delivery ever. They also didn't include the coffee for the coffee and taco order. read more

I love this spot!! When you walk in, you can feel good energy in this place. Love the tall ceilings and spacious layout. There's a sense of community here. They have great coffees, smoothies, juice, and food! The coffee is top tier. If you're in the mood for a smoothie, I implore you to try the Office Breakfast. It's amazingggggg, made with oats + coffee + maca + frozen banana + oat milk + almond butter + maple syrup. It's everything you want out of breakfast in one, ya gotta try!! Good service. read more
This location is 1000x better than the other one near the rim! The interior is an open-space layout with plenty of individual and shared tables for you to get some work done. There is free secured wifi for all your internet needs. There is also complimentary cucumber & lemon infused water. I ordered a chagaccino with almond milk and an immunity booster shot. The chagaccino was so delicious and is made from mushrooms! It's definitely going to be my go-to drink from now on if I need a caffeine boost. The immunity booster shot was also super yummy. I would describe it as a concentrated lemonade with a kick. It is a little pricey depending on what you order, but the vibes and the quality of the drinks/food more than make up for the cost! read more
Was driving through San Antonio & wanted something healthy ish while being on the road. This came up when I looked for smoothies. I had the revolucion coffee (had honey & lavender) and I had the tropical pitaya açaí bowl. Was impressed by the flavor of the bowl and loved all the toppings. If I wasn't on the road I would've loved to stay at the coffee shop, they had plenty of seating and the overall vibe was good to work in. read more

Only reason I'm asking is because I got food poisoning from the pb+j fruit bowl ? Does it have dairy in it?
Yes all fruit and vegetables are always washed before using in our smoothies, juices and food preparation.
