I ordered an oat milk hot latte with Ube flavored syrup. (Usually comes with 4 pumps but I always cut into half because I don't like my lattes super sweet). I've never had that flavor before so I took a chance. It isn't too strong, and it has a little bit of an earthy flavor. I'm glad I tried it and I like my latte. I witnessed an elderly man and his wife seat themselves right next to us without prior check in with the waitstaff. I saw the staff notice and the hostess or possibly manager on duty then approached them. The kindness and courtesy she displayed when handling the situation was exceptional. Not only was she hospitable to them but ensured they received menus while explaining to them that check in at the host stand was required on weekends.
