If you're going to input "assorted dozen" into the system, bring out the assorted box, then hand me glazed while the better donuts are sitting right there... I'm sorry, but that's not okay. I didn't come in expecting to pick and choose, but don't bait me with the box I thought I was getting just to hand me something totally different. Either communicate clearly or don't leave the better box in my line of sight like that. I'd honestly like a refund or at least an explanation. This felt misleading and uncomfortable. Update: We ended up going to the other Krispy Kreme location that manages this store, and the manager there was amazing. He confirmed we should've received an assorted dozen (not plain glazed), and said the employee here shouldn't have rung anything up at all.
