After spending the morning focused on personal finance planning without grabbing a drink, I decided to make a spontaneous stop. I ordered a large iced Hazelnut Latte with an extra shot of espresso. The execution was flawless - the balance of whole milk, rich espresso, and hazelnut flavor was absolute perfection, making it one of the best lattes I've had in the city. The baristas, who provided what felt like signature family-owned warmth, were exceptionally attentive and welcoming. A few practical notes for future visitors: Indoor Space: The interior is cozy and intimate, so seating opens up and fills quickly. Patio Area: They offer a lovely outdoor patio that will be a fantastic spot once the weather cools down. Sip & Sit has officially earned a spot on my morning coffee rotation for non-office days. Highly recommended!

An employee ran past me and said I could sit at the bar but after a few minutes I realized no one was working there. There was only one server working and I could tell she was doing the best she could. Overall, the food was decent but I probably would not go during the lunch rush again. They are definitely understaffed.

I really liked the place. It was very laid back and comfortable with a bit of a dive bar atmosphere. The seating included sofa areas, small table, and larger tables. It was not brightly lit, and the music was nice. We went to the counter to place our orders. They had sandwiches already made in an icebox. When ordered, the guy put them in a waffle iron before serving. I had the Cubano, and let me tell you- it was the best one I have ever had. It was so crispy and delicious. My only comment is that it could have used a bit more mustard. I also had an iced Americano with Como La Flor syrup. That was a blend of lavender and blueberry and was house-made. It sounded awesome and delivered awesomeness in every sip. I will definitely be back. I have to try the waffle pressed peanut butter and jelly!

Disappointed by the Krispy Kreme Too Good To Go experience…read more I used the Too Good To Go app to grab a surprise dozen from Krispy Kreme, hoping to try a fun mix of donuts. When I arrived, the guy at the register didn't say a single word to us--his coworker was the one who acknowledged us and brought up an assorted box of donuts (which looked great). But then the guy at the register, without saying anything, took the assorted donuts out of the box and put them on the counter, then turned around and handed me a plain dozen glazed. Not only was it super awkward, but it felt kind of shady. If you're going to input "assorted dozen" into the system, bring out the assorted box, then hand me glazed while the better donuts are sitting right there... I'm sorry, but that's not okay. I didn't come in expecting to pick and choose, but don't bait me with the box I thought I was getting just to hand me something totally different. Either communicate clearly or don't leave the better box in my line of sight like that. I'd honestly like a refund or at least an explanation. This felt misleading and uncomfortable. Update: We ended up going to the other Krispy Kreme location that manages this store, and the manager there was amazing. He confirmed we should've received an assorted dozen (not plain glazed), and said the employee here shouldn't have rung anything up at all. He personally gave us the correct box and apologized for the experience--even though it wasn't his fault. Huge shoutout to that manager for stepping up. This store, on the other hand, still hasn't made things right or even acknowledged the issue.
