I really liked the place. It was very laid back and comfortable with a bit of a dive bar atmosphere. The seating included sofa areas, small table, and larger tables. It was not brightly lit, and the music was nice. We went to the counter to place our orders. They had sandwiches already made in an icebox. When ordered, the guy put them in a waffle iron before serving. I had the Cubano, and let me tell you- it was the best one I have ever had. It was so crispy and delicious. My only comment is that it could have used a bit more mustard. I also had an iced Americano with Como La Flor syrup. That was a blend of lavender and blueberry and was house-made. It sounded awesome and delivered awesomeness in every sip. I will definitely be back. I have to try the waffle pressed peanut butter and jelly!

They had a great cinnamon flavor to it.. I also had the Matcha. It's not sweetened. You can add sweetener or flavor as you like. The matcha flavor wasn't as strong as I like, but overall good. They have inside and outside seating. Wi-Fi is available and I saw a lot of people on thier laptops. It is dog friendly inside and outside. Staff was very nice.

Nothing I Can't Handle Coffee - Seating area near window

Nothing I Can't Handle Coffee (abbreviated to NICH Coffee, not to be confused with Niche Coffee, which recently closed) is next to a pottery class in a hip side of S Presa. The shop is small but cozy, with a smattering of outdoor seats to compensate for the scant seating inside (though no less cozy, I really enjoyed my cushy window seat). I ordered a pistachio lemon bar, a cortado, and asked for a recommendation for a second drink. Angela, who took my order, said the South-EE is their most popular beverage, so I opted for that, hot. The lemon bar was very sweet with a puckering tartness in the frosting, but it paired beautifully with my cortado. The cortado was a little foamy but the flavor was robust and comforting, like being hugged by a lumberjack. The South-EE (espresso, brown sugar, cinnamon) - it took everything in me to not immediately chug this down. It was the perfect temperature by the time I was ready to drink it, and it was overall a yummy treat. The two staff holding down the fort that day were incredibly nice. Good folks, great drinks. I'll be coming back.

I met a friend here and she got a latte and said it was very good also. I most definitely will be back to try the new menu roll out for winter.

I got the breakfast croissant with eggs, cheese, chorizo and spinach and it was soo good. The chorizo wasn't too oily and the entire mixture felt well balanced. It was one of the most buttery croissants I've had in a while. I also had the muddy pumpkin, it was perfectly sweet and not too pumpkin flavored. If I lived there it'd be a regular stop of mine.

For two iced lattes, a kid's French toast with berries and an avocado toast with an egg we paid $40. The avocado toast was nothing to rave about. It lacked flavor.. The coffee was good but not the best I've had in San Antonio. The French toast was the best thing we had during the visit. The location itself is what brought us to this location as we wanted to have a morning coffee and allow our little one to have fun at the park next to the business. You do have to park in the garage as it is almost impossible to find street parking. But that's common in this area. They also will not validate your parking so be prepared to pay for your expected time here.
