Trenta black tea (no water, no ice) just straight tea lol
    Donna B.

I go here to get my tea, I don't live close but I think it's worth the drive, I'm greeted with such friendly and welcoming vibes when I come in! The baristas are so sweet and nice, they also are the only Starbucks around to use glass pitchers for their teas. (Which is extremely important since the plastic pitchers seem to carry the other tea flavors no matter how hard you wash them.) It's been HELL going to other locations and they argue that the pitchers are washed and that's just how it's supposed to taste. Which is wildly infuriating, tea isn't supposed to taste like FRUIT when it's just black tea I get black tea without any water or ice so I can heavily taste if it has "passion tea" in it at all, which happens when the other flavors of tea leech to the pitcher during the steeping process or it just isn't rinsed out when emptied before brewing another tea bag. That doesn't happen with glass pitchers though. Other Starbucks need to step up to the plate and change their pitcher systems lol. Anisa is a great manager and that's a hill I'll die on lmao. She makes sure her location is running smoothly and that the customers are taken care of! I've had ZERO issues coming here and I come almost every day at different times of the day too, I'll be coming back same as usual tomorrow probably lmao

This is Nolan, the friendliest and BEST shift manager at the Starbucks at The Quarry in San Antonio!
    Terri N.

My fav Starbucks! I am a former long-time regular but I haven't been by in a while. Nolan, the shift manager, saw me walking getting my steps in and he came to the door and wave me inside. I was as ecstatic to see him as he was I. If you're ever in the area, he's worth stopping by to say hi! The entire crew is super friendly! Oh....and don't forget your salted caramel coldfoam coldbrew!

Had coffee and latte here multiple times, they always do a great job. The patio's nice even though it near an entrance to the Quarry markets. There's no blaring music or hipster coffee house characters. Just people looking to relax.

When you order a grande but only get a tall amount in the cup...
    Allison P.

Baristas here seem to be trained to short pour. It is frustrating to pay almost $6 for a grande, but to have your cup not even 3/4 full, possibly the amount a tall would hold. Not the first time we experienced this at this location. Oh, and the picture was taken 1 minute after picking up the coffee, so even though there was whipped cream, it still wasn't even close to a full cup. Boo.

More like Below-Parbucks. So we were just at this Market which is an amazing mall by the way - about 6 weeks ago, and we got a meh Starbucks, no idea why. Ask her. If a girl in those heels wanted Starbucks would you say no? No. Ok. We shared a caramel brulee latte and it wasn't too bad. Slightly less lukewarm than usual, thank goodness. They served it hot and I appreciated that. Still very expensive and not anywhere near worth the hype. Six dollars for a motherf***ing large. Wow. If only there was a boba shop at this mall. Now that, I do not mind paying six dollars for. What's wrong with American tastes. Jeez McGeez.

Came here to catch up with a good friend. Every Starbucks is designed uniquely and the location, in the Wuarry, is always a nice spot. I only knew about this Starbucks because I was actively looking for it to catch with my friend. If not for that, I would have never noticed it just casually driving by on Jones Maltsburger. Aside from that, I ordered a grande hot chocolate with praline syrup I believe, they didn't have hazelnut because Starbucks discontinued it. I also ordered a tasty cake pop. Everything was good. Interior was nice. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a Starbucks.

I honestly don't recommend coming here because I literally do an online order and they never get it right how hard is it to read the online order when it's already right there.. they never put whipped cream on my hot chocolate

A very busy Starbucks located in the Quarry. Always filled with thirsty shopper. Most of the time there is a line but they service is very quick They can know t6hose beverages out like there is no tomorrow. The patio area is very nice but as it is located by an entrance off of Jones-Maltsburger so there is traffic noise. Then you have those special people who drive by with their car stereos as loud as they can get them and they are always nice enough to have their windows down to share their noise with anyone within a mile. This Starbucks is open until 1 am and that is nice if you need a late night coffee. I like stopping in here before or after a movie. For me this is not a destination coffee shop but a get a coffee while I'm here kind of place.

I've just picked up my mobile order. Dash out to my hoopty (vehicle) and notice an extra sticker/note on my drink. "ODD". I ordered my drink w/ Soy out of preference, not dietary restrictions. The note #handwritten " The cold foam is made w/ non-fat milk btw :) thanks Have a great day!". How rad is that? My husband has #celiac so we keep close tabs on everything we order. Seeing this as a simple courtesy that could keep someone from being sick if not immediately but a good while. Vaeda was the barista on bar. I didn't have contact w/ whom was on register. These two handled Shop like they owned and loved the place. I appreciate that. Keep it up!!! Ryan

When you first walk in, the space feels open with a variety of seating options, which makes it great whether you're stopping by briefly or planning to stay awhile.
