I have a cinnamon allergy and the folks helped me sort the pastry situation. The "cafe" layout is odd, and as of this review, being renovated. You'll do best to utilize the drive thru. Wow. Just. Wow. My wife and I usually frequent this location via drive thru, but today I figured I'd go in as I had some extra time and it's the only location I know of with an indoor area. This place is just flat strange. Are you trying to make it a coffee shop or not? There are like...four chairs in here and one sofa...all strangely placed. There's also a completely empty room off to the side that appears as though it was an old office. It's probably the worst designed area I've ever seen, the whole design emanates afterthought. What exactly are you doing with this space ? As for service, the folks at brevity are usually spunky and kind, but the guy who waited on me today clearly hated his life. He was abrupt, unpleasant, and couldn't care less about conversing with me. Lastly, it was only after I got my coffee and pastry I noticed the health score of 84. EIGHTY. FOUR. Stopped here for an emergency catering size order of coffee and was VERY happy with the service I received. The inside is very cute, very clean, and very easy to order. This is the place brevity coffee, I think this place is really great if they gave more options of different types of drinks or changed up their photo of which drinks are in season or what drinks are recommended it would probably be a little easier to order from them. However, if you like creating your own little thing, a splash of this dash of this a few pumps of this then this coffee place is the one for you. You legitimately are in the driver seat when you create the coffee that you're craving because even though they have probably about 6 to 10 options to decide from that are premade, you kinda have to come up with your own style of this is what I to drink today. If this is what I want to do like put together and that's not a bad thing like I said, it's just for me at like five or six in the morning. I don't feel like putting my barista hat on and figuring out how many pumps of mocha I want on top of my frappe mix to add to my whipped topping or so forth. However, all said and done, great coffee, good customer service and definitely a place where you can get a good cup of coffee. This is a local coffee shop in San Antonio, we visited when we first got there because of a recommendation of a friend. Each location is a little different. Some have a sitting area, and some only have a drive-through. They have multiple locations in San Antonio, and one of the cool things is that they donate back to the city. They have a huge drink selection, from hot drinks, frozen drinks, and tea. They also allow you to add multiple syrups, but they don't charge extra. The prices are also very reasonable, especially compared to some of their coffee competitors. They also have multiple sizes, small to x-large. The staff is amazing, everyone we dealt with was helpful and willing to answer our questions. My husband got an x-large caramel macchiato, I got a large cold brew w/ coconut milk, chocolate syrup and cinnamon syrup. It was sooooo good. We enjoyed it so much we went back two more times. On our way home our kid a lemonade and she loved it! We will definitely be back time we visit San Antonio. read more

Everything I get from Brevity is always delicious, and this location is always super fast and friendly! The brown sugar cinnamon is my favorite, such warm, homey flavors! This was a cute little coffee shop. When doing more research I see that it is a chain. However they still give that small homie coffee shop vibe. The baristas are very nice and knowledgeable on helping create a drink that is just for you. The inside is very clean with a colorful background. Was craving an iced coffee and decided to check this place out. Glad I did!! Friendly service and reasonably priced. Well, my husband and I stopped in for some coffee to kill time before an appointment. This is a strange coffee shop. It looked like it was previously a bank with two drive through lanes, and they are using the inside lane for their drive through. When you enter, there are a couple of couches, some chairs and tables. There is a large projection screen on the wall. There is an empty office off of the lobby area. We ordered 2 iced mocha lattes at the counter. Barista was very nice and had our order done quickly. Also ordered blueberry muffin. Past the order/kitchen area, the rest of the location is walled off with a temporary sheet rock wall. It looks like they use the walled off part as a storage area. Restroom is past the storage area. This is not a location to sit and sip your coffee leisurely. I imagine most of their business is drive through. Coffee was great but the ambiance is non-existent . read more

So many sugar free options! It was dark when I drove through early this am so I didn't get a picture of the menu board but I did get a picture of the list of flavors. A medium sugar free, fat free latte was only $4.50. My friend and I were very excited to try this place out, especially since there's so many high reviews across the board for this company. Unfortunately we were disappointed and that's me being polite because I don't like to give lower than three stars on my first try it a business just because it may be an off day. So I'm definitely going to try them again at some point but with so many coffee shops around, it may be a little while. Without getting long-winded, they pretty much had no idea what we ordered by the time we got to the receiving window, which there were only three cars in front of us when we arrived. We ordered two golden macchiatos and ended up, at the beginning, with one vanilla latte LOL the guy asked us if we had anything else to drink and we said we had ordered two of the macchiatos and he said to give him a minute. Waited and then he handed us one macchiato and we asked him if he wanted this other drink back because it was a vanilla latte, he actually took it back. Then he forgot we were even there still I guess, came back and asked if there was something else we needed??? We were like well we have one more macchiato? Couple minutes later we finally got it... I wish I could say I was super excited with the taste or some other silver lining to this but unfortunately it just tasted like an average coffee iced drink. Newer coffee shop in our area and it does not disappoint. Delicious flavors for a cut of the cost on Starbucks up the street. Only wish they had breakfast sandwiches we've had the coco loco which is delicious but only if not subbed with a different milk (I'm lactose and tried with soy milk and it wasn't the same) , hot dirty chai with soy, gold rush and the mudslide. This is the fastest coffee shop in town. Prices are also low and they offer military discount. The staff are super friendly. I usually get the americano since they do not serve drip coffee. The caramel macchiato and caramel frappe. The frappe actually tastes like coffee. I visit at least 3 times per week. Try the change, it will not disappoint. read more

I normally wouldn't go out of my way to leave a review, let alone one that tones as negative, but I can't help but detail my experience trying this place out for the first time. as an ex-barista of a drive thru small-owned coffee joint myself, I'd like to say I have a decent understanding and respect for the hustle and what it takes to provide quality service. Unfortunately, yesterday July 1st at about 6PM, I had a difficult time with the working employee. I made a request for my cold brew or americano to be blended with ice. Might I add I realize this is a ridiculous request I've loathed every time someone ordered something of this nature before. But to put it simply, I had my own reasons and I knew the coffee/espresso would separate with the ice. The current barista insisted it was "against company policy to serve something that would taste bad" when I knew for a fact it wouldn't affect taste, texture sure, it's literally just blending liquid and ice. And despite my efforts she insisted she physically was unable to do it. I realize this is an unorthodox, borderline annoying request and I've been there myself. What I would have liked to see is better effort on her part to offer the proper education/awareness as to why rather than it being from an excuse of "tasting bad" as if I wouldn't know better. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a busy afternoon and she's had a rough day or was working alone. I get it, but nonetheless it left a sour taste enough for me to not want to return, atleast not at this location. Additionally I asked for stevias on the side and she slapped on 2 Splendas.
