Placed a mobile order at this location. For some reason the location on Blanco/1604 isn't an option in the app. Went out of my to come here and use a coupon they had for the apple cold brew, since the coupon had to be used in app only. It tasted nothing like apple or caramel, just semi sweet watered down coffee and a lot of cream. This is the second time I have tried them. Wasn't great last time either. Probably won't come back, didn't even finish the drink. read more

Brevity Coffee - Caramel apple cold brew. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Brevity's 1604/Redland Rd. location has great coffee... the espresso is bright with citrus notes. The cold brew is nutty with a smooth finish. The team was friendly and helpful. I have a cinnamon allergy and the folks helped me sort the pastry situation. The "cafe" layout is odd, and as of this review, being renovated. You'll do best to utilize the drive thru. Recommend, and try the "pop tart"... cheers! read more

The people are very nice but the drink I got is one of the worst drinks I've ever consumed. I got the vanilla frozen matcha and it tasted like straight vanilla flavoring. It was so sweet and honestly a bit inedible. I also tried the blue raspberry lemonade which was okay. Seating area isn't the comfiest but I do like the location. read more

Their coffee is strong, has sugar free options, and they offer amazing cinnamon rolls in the early mornings they offer to have warmed up. I love how much the employees enjoy what they do here and I hope we the customers are also giving back in kindness. The service is quick and done with execution. read more

Wow. Just. Wow. My wife and I usually frequent this location via drive thru, but today I figured I'd go in as I had some extra time and it's the only location I know of with an indoor area. This place is just flat strange. Are you trying to make it a coffee shop or not? There are like...four chairs in here and one sofa...all strangely placed. There's also a completely empty room off to the side that appears as though it was an old office. It's probably the worst designed area I've ever seen, the whole design emanates afterthought. What exactly are you doing with this space ? As for service, the folks at brevity are usually spunky and kind, but the guy who waited on me today clearly hated his life. He was abrupt, unpleasant, and couldn't care less about conversing with me. Lastly, it was only after I got my coffee and pastry I noticed the health score of 84. EIGHTY. FOUR. How the hell do you do that? Your entire preparation area is like...20 sq ft.... No thanks. I'll stay with other brevity locations. read more

Been coming here since they opened up, I've enjoyed every single coffee that I've ordered here! The staff is nice and friendly. If you go inside there's comfortable places to sit and a decent area that's nice to enjoy your drinks! read more

Stopped here for an emergency catering size order of coffee and was VERY happy with the service I received. The inside is very cute, very clean, and very easy to order. I also order a hot Dubai chocolate coffee off their holiday menu. Topped it off with a chocolate hazelnut croissant and all, including the catering coffee I ordered were stupendous! Great staff. Great coffee! I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I needed a caffeine fix and I'm always looking for a Starbucks alternative. I won't say this is it but it was still great coffee. The baristas were polite and provided great service. I went through the drive through and she was helpful as I placed my order. I didn't go inside so I can't speak to the ambiance. Overall, I would try them again. I saw a few items I'd like to try. read more

Who doesn't like a great coffee first thing in the morning. Well, if you're looking for something, a little different a little off the beaten path great flavor and you've become your own barista. This is the place brevity coffee, I think this place is really great if they gave more options of different types of drinks or changed up their photo of which drinks are in season or what drinks are recommended it would probably be a little easier to order from them. However, if you like creating your own little thing, a splash of this dash of this a few pumps of this then this coffee place is the one for you. You legitimately are in the driver seat when you create the coffee that you're craving because even though they have probably about 6 to 10 options to decide from that are premade, you kinda have to come up with your own style of this is what I to drink today. If this is what I want to do like put together and that's not a bad thing like I said, it's just for me at like five or six in the morning. I don't feel like putting my barista hat on and figuring out how many pumps of mocha I want on top of my frappe mix to add to my whipped topping or so forth. However, all said and done, great coffee, good customer service and definitely a place where you can get a good cup of coffee. Please come check it out and put your review so you can give me your opinion of this place. I would love to hear what somebody else has come up with and maybe if you want to come up with a good recipe for a good morning, coffee and put it in your review so when I read your review, I can try it out next time. I'm here at the brevity coffee place. Finally the last thing I'd like to say is the ambience of energy you receive when you walk in this place is definitely great. I love the background music and I feel looking for a nice place to maybe sit back and enjoy some coffee and snacks or have a morning snack while drinking your coffee or maybe do some work inside this is definitely a great place as well. read more

Brevity Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

This is a local coffee shop in San Antonio, we visited when we first got there because of a recommendation of a friend. Each location is a little different. Some have a sitting area, and some only have a drive-through. They have multiple locations in San Antonio, and one of the cool things is that they donate back to the city. They have a huge drink selection, from hot drinks, frozen drinks, and tea. They also allow you to add multiple syrups, but they don't charge extra. The prices are also very reasonable, especially compared to some of their coffee competitors. They also have multiple sizes, small to x-large. The staff is amazing, everyone we dealt with was helpful and willing to answer our questions. My husband got an x-large caramel macchiato, I got a large cold brew w/ coconut milk, chocolate syrup and cinnamon syrup. It was sooooo good. We enjoyed it so much we went back two more times. On our way home our kid a lemonade and she loved it! We will definitely be back time we visit San Antonio. read more

Everything I get from Brevity is always delicious, and this location is always super fast and friendly! The brown sugar cinnamon is my favorite, such warm, homey flavors! But I've never had a bad drink from any Brevity location, ever. I love that they have a rewards program, and my whole family pretty much gets drinks from them, keep up the good work y'all! read more

This was a cute little coffee shop. When doing more research I see that it is a chain. However they still give that small homie coffee shop vibe. The baristas are very nice and knowledgeable on helping create a drink that is just for you. The inside is very clean with a colorful background. Also if you don't want to walk in they have drive-thru window as well. Go grab a cup of coffee and check it out for yourself. read more

Was craving an iced coffee and decided to check this place out. Glad I did!! Friendly service and reasonably priced. So many sugar free options! It was dark when I drove through early this am so I didn't get a picture of the menu board but I did get a picture of the list of flavors. My friend and I were very excited to try this place out, especially since there's so many high reviews across the board for this company. Unfortunately we were disappointed and that's me being polite because I don't like to give lower than three stars on my first try it a business just because it may be an off day. So I'm definitely going to try them again at some point but with so many coffee shops around, it may be a little while. Without getting long-winded, they pretty much had no idea what we ordered by the time we got to the receiving window, which there were only three cars in front of us when we arrived. We ordered two golden macchiatos and ended up, at the beginning, with one vanilla latte LOL the guy asked us if we had anything else to drink and we said we had ordered two of the macchiatos and he said to give him a minute. Waited and then he handed us one macchiato and we asked him if he wanted this other drink back because it was a vanilla latte, he actually took it back. Then he forgot we were even there still I guess, came back and asked if there was something else we needed??? We were like well we have one more macchiato? Couple minutes later we finally got it... I wish I could say I was super excited with the taste or some other silver lining to this but unfortunately it just tasted like an average coffee iced drink. It's also worth noting the drink itself, was a medium and hardly look the part... Honestly The only positive was the girl that originally took our order was super fun and spunky! Otherwise I think I may have dipped into the two star land or possibly one read more

Brevity Coffee - Golden Carmel macchiato - Coffee & Tea Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Well, my husband and I stopped in for some coffee to kill time before an appointment. This is a strange coffee shop. It looked like it was previously a bank with two drive through lanes, and they are using the inside lane for their drive through. When you enter, there are a couple of couches, some chairs and tables. There is a large projection screen on the wall. There is an empty office off of the lobby area. We ordered 2 iced mocha lattes at the counter. Barista was very nice and had our order done quickly. Also ordered blueberry muffin. Past the order/kitchen area, the rest of the location is walled off with a temporary sheet rock wall. It looks like they use the walled off part as a storage area. Restroom is past the storage area. This is not a location to sit and sip your coffee leisurely. I imagine most of their business is drive through. Coffee was great but the ambiance is non-existent . read more

Since Starbucks discontinued syrups, they've lost me as a customer. I was driving by this place and decided to stop by. They had all the Torani syrups and the dark chocolate syrup that makes a great mocha. And they were fast. And the raspberry mocha they made for me was great! read more

We actually have a love and hate relationship with this place! At a point we were going so much times because it was and is amazing. But after seeing our monthly coffee expense we saw we had wasted over $300 in a month on here! so we had to get a coffee maker. Just be warned this place is addicting especially with a extra shot of expresso. read more

Newer coffee shop in our area and it does not disappoint. Delicious flavors for a cut of the cost on Starbucks up the street. Only wish they had breakfast sandwiches we've had the coco loco which is delicious but only if not subbed with a different milk (I'm lactose and tried with soy milk and it wasn't the same) , hot dirty chai with soy, gold rush and the mudslide. All were delicious! Also like their rewards punch card and the friendly staff. Very quick drive through service as well. read more

I normally wouldn't go out of my way to leave a review, let alone one that tones as negative, but I can't help but detail my experience trying this place out for the first time. as an ex-barista of a drive thru small-owned coffee joint myself, I'd like to say I have a decent understanding and respect for the hustle and what it takes to provide quality service. Unfortunately, yesterday July 1st at about 6PM, I had a difficult time with the working employee. I made a request for my cold brew or americano to be blended with ice. Might I add I realize this is a ridiculous request I've loathed every time someone ordered something of this nature before. But to put it simply, I had my own reasons and I knew the coffee/espresso would separate with the ice. The current barista insisted it was "against company policy to serve something that would taste bad" when I knew for a fact it wouldn't affect taste, texture sure, it's literally just blending liquid and ice. And despite my efforts she insisted she physically was unable to do it. I realize this is an unorthodox, borderline annoying request and I've been there myself. What I would have liked to see is better effort on her part to offer the proper education/awareness as to why rather than it being from an excuse of "tasting bad" as if I wouldn't know better. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a busy afternoon and she's had a rough day or was working alone. I get it, but nonetheless it left a sour taste enough for me to not want to return, atleast not at this location. Additionally I asked for stevias on the side and she slapped on 2 Splendas. Hoping more effective training is instilled on how to differentiate sugar alternatives! read more
