Food - well it's a coffee place so they have a good selection of drinks to choose from, and you don't have to get what they list, customize your own drink if you like. I've never been disappointed with this place, my favorite is the Golden Eagle with Almond Milk. Service - Dutch Bros is known for it's service so if you haven't been, this place is where you get a friendly staff with a smile and just genuinely chill people. Ambiance - It's a small drive thru place so you just wait your turn and go in a circle, never had a long wait time, but it is just a few people working there so don't expect rocket speed service if you're in a rush. read more

I've tried it and may come back, but this can't be my favorite coffee bar for to many reasons. Calories being the most important of these. I stopped going to Starbucks because I felt their menu tricked to many people into hyperglycemia but this place is worse. Dutch Bros makes on the best Americanos I've ever tried and the price of their Americanos are compared if not cheaper than the competition. It's a drive thru chain for the most part but you can get down and order at the window. Staff in my experience have always been friendly, responsive, quick and willing to give recommendations. My first visit ever...I drink a hot chai tea latte....but it had major problems. The people were very nice and friendly. The cup needs to be a little stiffer, when stopped at a light I reached down for it and the top popped off causing a slight spill. So I left the top off and kept drinking but never got any tea! Like the other SA locations, the Dutch Bros on Potranco serves up tasty drinks with a smile! Love the staff here and the consistent quality of my drinks. I don't experiment much with my order (I'm a diehard fan of the Annihilator), but when I come to this location, my family tries different soda combos and all rave about 'em. And those sodas--they're beautiful to look at. This particular Dutch Bros sees a ton of customers on a given day. Finally after all the hype went down I made my trip to the new Dutch Bros Coffee! The drive thru line wasn't too long around 9am on a Saturday morning. We waited about 15 minutes until we were up to order prior to pulling up to the window. I ordered the Golden Eagle which lacked a bit of sweetness mostly caramel chunks and creamer maybe should have added some sugar. You can customize every drink- change the milk and sweetness. I have tried this iced and hot - they also have blended (which I need to try!) My husband loves the classics - he's into black coffee with milk or most of the time just the coffee. He said he prefers this caffe latte over the Starbucks one (and he loves his Starbucks) My toddler enjoyed her not so hot - hot coco. It comes in a cute kids cup. I really don't get the hype about this place. For context, I have a few years of barista experience and I'm a coffee snob... So maybe it's just me but Dutch Bros was really underwhelming. I've tried it multiple times (to give it the benefit of the doubt and explore the menu a little) and each time I am more disappointed than the last. First of all the espresso hardly has any flavor and the little flavor that it does have tastes burnt. This was especially disappointing because I've always heard that their "coffee is so good!" but that didn't seem to be the case. Secondly every drink I've ordered has been so bland it's like drinking really, really lightly coffee-flavored milk with large amounts of sugary syrups to make up for it. Lastly I would give this place zero stars if I could but because the workers are usually pretty nice I think it deserves one. They stand out there in the heat and they always seem to be pretty knowledgeable of the menu considering how big it is, so that's impressive. It's unfortunate to leave such a negative review because this place seems like it could really thrive if they didn't pack their menu with every combination of drinks they could make using their syrups, and instead tried a more sophisticated approach. Anyway, if you like expensive and milky coffee that's been dressed up with syrups and whipped cream and sprinkles, then this might just be right up your alley. I've been seeing the pandemonium for the last 2 months at Dutch Bros. I was like what is this place with a line wrapped around the building?! As I got off the phone I was excited I was finally about try the Dutch Bros phenomenon. Once she arrived she gave me my drink and let me tell you it was refreshing!!! I was pleasantly surprised because I'm not a huge green tea drinker but it definitely exceeded my expectations! I thought yummy I definitely need to try their coffee as I enjoyed my drink. The next day my niece and her boyfriend came to take me on a Dutch bros late night run. Dutch bros Two days in a row to what do I owe this pleasure?! Yes please?! Plus he was treating so score!!! We drove to Dutch bros and guess what NO LINE!! We went around 9:15pm FYI if your looking to go without a line Go at night! We all ordered and I took the Vampire Slayer, there was three options A tea, lemonade, or a Red Bull. I took the lemonade. Can you say bomb! It was refreshing and delicious! My two drink experiences were pretty on point from Dutch Bros. Next time I definitely have to try the coffee, I'm a avid coffee drinker but I can only drink it in the morning soooooo hopefully I can catch a no line day we shall see. In the meantime the 2 drinks I had were extremely tasty! I would definitely recommend Dutch Bros if your looking for a tasty refreshing tea or lemonade or if you drink coffee. They literally have something for everyone on the menu. I rate my Dutch Bros experience a 4 out of 5 stars because I still need to try their coveted coffee.
