Awsome experience the baristas all greated me as I walked in and said if I needed anything because I started looking at the cups. They started to explain that what they had on the shelf was all they had. They were kind and helpful and lobby was very clean and organized. I will be going back. I appreciate the attention and kindness towards me. Now that's a starstarbucks. Thank you for reading.
I believe her name was Kay (she had a coffee master apron on) but she was a huge help and I really appreciate her so much. Usually everyone messes up my drink when I ask for this many complications but she nailed it! Thank you so much to her, you made my day!
This is my neighborhood Starbucks and they never disappoint! I always go through the drive thru and have never spent long waiting. The baristas always give great recommendations and the food and drinks are always hot and tasty!
I consider this my Starbucks since I work right across the street. I have frequented it since it opened. They are quick and have never gotten my order wrong. I have gone through the drive through many of times, but I prefer going in. The inside is big enough and they have some outside seating. It's always clean. The staff is always friendly. Parking is available on site, but shared with the other businesses. Some of the parking spots do say that they are only for the other businesses, so keep an eye out on that.
DO NOT ORDER FOOD! Don't order anything here. Walked into order coffee and hopefully some breakfast. The food case was filled with flies and gnats, swarming around and crawling over the food. Employees well aware of them as I pointed them out and they stated "We've reported it weeks ago".
Love me some Starbucks, and I visit too regularly. I order the strawberry açaí refresher & the sausage biscuit + sometimes the chocolate chip cookie :) staff are always friendly, and remember your name which is a nice touch. Store is well kept and nicely decorated. My pup loves stopping by as well!
Came around 2:30 PM on a Saturday day and it was so easy and fast to order / get our drinks! The guy at the register was very nice too. The place is very clean and I loved this board they have by the door where you can write a thoughtful message and post it to " Share the Positivity" Very Cool !
Ordered a VENTI white mocha with EXTRA whipped cream...this is what my coffee looked like when I took the lid off. Mind you my Hubby's grande latte was almost to the rim. And then our red velvet & lemon cakes slices were ICE COLD, and when asked if it could be warmed just a little, we were told "we're not allowed to warm it up bc the icing will just melt off". That should honestly be the customer's decision after that information if provided. Oh, after I had already drove off I had to make a u-turn, go back to the store & return the coffee bc it was NOT a white mocha; idkwth it was but the second picture is what it looked like after the EXTRA whipped cream melted. And, the third picture is AFTER it was remade! Night & day difference! I could've complained to whoever was in charge, bc this is the SECOND store we had to go to bc the first location was out of lemon cake, but the young lady who took our order just just shy of impatient, and ppl like aren't worth the extra aggravation. Oh and FYI there was another customer who ordered one of the sandwiches that's served hot, but when the customer asked another employee to take it out of the plastic wrapping to warm it up, she too was told "we aren't allowed to remove the wrapping". I don't know what the issue is with this particular location but we will not be back!
Walked in and there was an employee meeting. Waited minutes with nobody in line for anyone to take our order. Only one employee hustling everyone else just absorbed in their own importance. Possibly the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. Suggest an employee Eating on how important customers are, because there is a lot of choices for coffee.
It's a Starbucks. There's not much more to say. Mediocre coffee, diabetes in a cup, & other high calorie pastries. But it's ubiquitous with decent, free WiFi. I was getting around 30 MBps when I checked. I like this particular one because it has the latest hours in the city--or at least on this side of town. It closes at 1am. Not 24hrs which is a shame but good enough if you want to get out of your house for coffee & a late night writing/study session. It's location in he medical center means that a lot of med student types--mostly undergrad by the looks--come here to study, so it can get crowded. Seating is limited as it's not the biggest Starbucks. Premium seating is near the wall because of the access to outlets. There's also a long table in the middle so you can make friends. It has a drive thru if you just want coffee. I suspect it gets busy during peak hours.
Idk what happened but there was a coffee bean in my drink and no ice in my supposed to be iced drink.
Ordered inside, waited 15 minutes for other people that ordered inside after me to get their drinks. Then to have to go up to the counter to ask them where my drink was, then pulled my ticket and simply said "i'll get to that". Pretty sure they also put regular espresso instead of blonde in my brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. Rushed an already late drink which doesn't make sense to me. Rather get coffee at the hospital at that point. read more

I'll admit that I'm not a fan of Starbucks or any other mass-produced overly popular thing. Having said that, this specific location is pretty darned good for mass produced. The place is always packed. The staff are always friendly. Service is always prompt. The cappuccinos, iced lattes, and pastries are consistently good (not great or excellent) and hit the spot. read more

The servers at this Starbucks seem a little uppity to me. I prefer the Babcock location. This last trip, I received a real sloppy frappuccino that left my hands and car a sticky mess. Thanks Starbucks for not giving me a napkin. read more

I always come to this location when I have appointments in the medical center. It's busy so coffee is fresh and staff is used to working at a fast pace. The usual Starbucks menu. I love the breakfast sandwiches, not too crazy about the wrap though. sandwiches include chicken salad with bacon, egg salad,, turkey and harvarti. All great tasting. Get the Starbucks app and you'll get occasional coupons for discounted items... Got $1 off breakfast sandwich, and sometimes specials after 2pm. Also free app downloads of games, music. Starbucks is pricey if you come several times a week, but tell friends and family to give you gift cards for your birthday Overall I love Starbucks !!! read more

Great Starbucks location in the busy medical center area of San Antonio. I have found the location to be clean and neat considering the amount of traffic it has; and, quick and accurate with my beverage orders even though it does get very busy throughout the day. I normally go inside Starbucks just in case I want to change my drink order and then prep it with additional half and half and Splenda. The drive thru at this location does back up during its peak times, so be careful when exiting the parking lot. read more
Great location. As is often the case the employees are spot on with service. Coffee is great and the sitting area is a nice welcome. A great thing about this place is a couple of the baristas actually remembered our names. It's a great thing to walk in to. Great pwople keep me coming back. read more

'80s Music was playing as I entered this Starbucks and I took that as an excellent sign! The barista made me an Iced Chai Tea, even though it wasn't on the menu and it was DELICIOUS!! I noticed quick service throughout my visit and appreciated using a clean restroom before I left. read more

I Miss the days of 24/7 Starbucks love when it made sa feel one step closer to becoming a mini Austin. But you can't blame the staff for the business so in that regard my experience do vary from drive thru to walk in this place never seems empty long and while I don't always get a smile from my barista they hold true to service and in some cases go above & beyond. Today for instance a gentleman I assume to be manager level or somewhere in that realm gave me a free pumpkin muffin after raving it me as I stared hungrily at the offerings like a lion to lamb... No breakfast does funny things to be. When I professed a hesitation towards pumpkin "flavoured" items and offered to trust his word on its yummy level he decidedly charged me for just my expensive customized espresso drink and gifted me a taste test of an item without the regret of spending on an unknown flavor. Im glad as I wasn't as fond of it as he seems to be but I acknowledged long ago my palette to be far more snobbish than most. The cream cheese isn't all the way down so it really is best eaten in large bites from the middle so each bit has all the textures together every time. Since I dissected mine the cream cheese "muffin top" was OK but I didn't like the textured (pumpkin seeds?) on top and the overall flavor was sweet but the bottom was spiced pumpkin and with my drink it didn't sit well as I would have liked. The (manager?) Made sure to inquire about my experience and though I gave him "bad news" about our compatibility (the muffin and I, not the manager), he was still smiles and personality. Exactly who should be supervising a "upbeat" coffee house with a reputation to protect/maintain. While I wish they had more floor walkers to clean up, I honestly place the blame on the customers to lazy to throw away their trash, conveniently located on each side of the main entrance (recycle next to the patio entrance is nice but I bet they get more trash then recyclables in that container). Overall yeah my experience city's have been better but the combination of my choices and others disrespect for public areas is more to blame than the Starbucks itself. read more
