I know a Jimmy Dean sandwich when I have one! I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese slider plus a picture perfect blended freeze (I know it's cold outside). Lol but I really just don't like hot drinks ... Nothing to write home about on the sandwich but the drink hit the spot! Espresso with a blend of mocha and caramel, topped with whipped cream. I ordered via the app and walked up to the pick up window. I was greeted immediately, my order was ready and I was on my way. I go to this parking lot to charge my car so there's not much of an ambiance but they could have a restroom. read more

Consistently great service with a fun atmosphere, great coffee, and our dog loves it too!

It's late and had to charge my car. And we stopped by and got birthday cake and cotton candy shakes. Pleased they're open this late. I forgot the staff's name but she was sweet, it was late and the sizes of the shakes got switched but she realized and immediately made the correct sizes! I don't expect things perfect but always appreciate service recoveries with a smile! Still clean even when it's late! Perfect location! read more

California transplant here....first time at Dutch Brothers...mmmmmmm soooooo good! I approve! We tried the viral Strawberry Chai Horchata and it was sooooo good you'll never drink regular horchata- everrrrrrr I had to get my go to Green Tea and everyone kept telling me to try it with "soft top." Not sure what it is, maybe heavy whipping cream? Well it doesn't matter...because it was soooo gooooood! Definitely try it or ask them what they recommend and you won't be disappointed!! read more

So happy to have Dutch Bros Coffee in San Antonio! We were introduced to the hip coffee shop in Colorado where our family lives. We always indulge when we travel home. We were excited to see that San Antonio was getting a location; since that one opened, many more have popped up. This location is not far from our house, so we will frequent it often. On our first visit to this location, we came in the evening over a weekend, and there was a very short line. Outside in the drive-thru line, two young staff members took orders on their remote system. They greeted us very kindly and were able to answer all of our questions. I ordered a sugar-free Hazelnut Truffle Mocha, which is one of their seasonal drinks, and my husband ordered a Candy Cane Mocha, another seasonal drink. The staff member informed us that the Candy Cane can also be made sugar-free. I was thrilled as I am watching my sugar intake, and I feel like I can indulge here since many of their syrups are available in a sugar-free offering. I don't taste a difference, so I'll go sugar-free when I can. The line move quickly, and we were soon at the pick-up window. The staff member at the window greeted us enthusiastically, as Dutch Bros. members do. We had a short wait, so the staff member kept us busy with many questions and comments about our holidays. I appreciate the positive attitude, but we're also okay with silence. :-) Just know that Dutch Bros is known for their bright smiles, chatty commentary, and laid-back vibe. We like it, usually. Soon we had our cups of mocha and were on our way. Delicious drinks and happy attitudes. Who could complain about that? We'll be back...a lot. read more

Update! It appears like they have new staff here. I'm a frequent costumer now and I'm so happy that this store location made a huge improvement. During rush hours you will have to wait but nothing out of the ordinary. Usually they don't have a lot of cars and every order I placed it's been correct and tasteful. So if you're an extrovert who enjoys positivity and conversation vomited on you this is a great place for you!! Another great coffee shop has opened in the Alamo ranch area and finally they have opened a Dutch bros coffee! Quick tip, to make things easier when ordering make sure you download the dutch bros app on your apple or android phone. This will make the selection process much easier since they do not display the full menu. Like other coffee places, downloading the app also allows you to attain and save up points to redeem later, you will also get a free drink of your choice on your birthday. read more

The atmosphere, albeit it's in your own vehicle for the most part, is amazing with the way the staff just engages with you. I think I've heard that it's a part or their training to do so, but that's a training tactic that's missed by most establishments. Now, to the good stuff. They do rival Starbucks in every way. The key be the aforementioned staff, but even more so with their products. I have tried many so far from here but the best (for me) had to be their Caramelizet Freeze and their Americano (yes I'm basic lol). read more

Just wasted my points for a free drink. I ordered a large hot chai and for the second time at this location it tasted like plain hot milk. I don't understand why it's never consistent. The Potranco location makes hot chai drinks actually taste like chai. The staff is friendly, I will say that. But this business of asking for a tip BEFORE you get your drink is ridiculous. I'm so glad I didn't add a tip for this lousy drink! Never ordering a chai from this location again. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Supposed to be hot chai but sure as heck doesn't taste like it! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Came through around lunch time and the line was pretty long but went through it fast. The staff was so friendly and offered my pup a cup and a treat! It was my first time there so I told them to surprise me with a drink; their favorite, a popular drink or something spontaneous but don't tell me what it is. When i got to the window they handed me my drinks and had a lovely conversation with them and what I was given was this AMAZING Snickerdoodle Chai Latte. I can definitely understand why it's so popular! read more

Always friendly service and decent coffee prices. Far better than the (you know who) giant chain where the innocent coffee goes to burn slowly to it's grave. I'd recommend the annihilator with an extra shot, iced is my go to but hot was delicious as well. read more

Best coffee I've ever had! Love the caramelizer. Definitely my new coffee spot. Staff is super friendly too

First time here and first time trying out Dutch Bros coffee super chill place and employees are chill nice experience!

Pleasant personnel. I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew as it is a personal favorite of mine for a decade or more. The plastic cup of Nitro Cold Brew was handed to me full of ice. Nitro Cold Brew does not come with ice ever. Nitro cold brew is typically served chilled, as ice damages the foamy top. This completely destroys the entire concept of "Nitro" (adding nitrogen into the coffee to get a smooth creamy texture). Nobody adds ice to a Nitro drink ever. I was disappointed and will not be returning unless you can serve the recipe as it is supposed to be. Without ice... read more

Horrible service. I was given the worst attitude when trying to place my order. What's worse is that when I specifically asked for the special, i was given the complete opposite and was charged almost double from what the special was supposed to be. read more

Mari & Danae were wonderful! We aren't from here, so we're not familiar with Dutch Bro's coffee. Mari was very helpful in coming up with great options based on her experience.
