Pork belly and house special banh mi

Worst banh mi I have ever had. Pate or the meat was absolutely rotten and smelled like rotten fish.

I ordered through the drive through and the service was pretty good. The employee was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a brown sugar tea with boba and Grilled Chicken Banh Mi. The tea was good and I was surprised that the sandwich was also pretty good. It had lots of chicken and the veggies were fresh. If I'm ever in the area I would stop by again.

Great drinks. Tried the house special sandwich, it was okay. Plan on trying the hot sandwiches, they look good! Fast service and very clean. They have plenty of seating, table games & complimentary water.

Yum yum, I got a taro milk tea with boba. It was sweet and creamy, the boba were perfectly chewy and tasted fresh. My only complaint was the one drink being almost 8 dollars

Cute aesthetics in the cafe and awesome customer service! Took my niece for her bday, our first visit. They were so generous and offered her a free drink. She got the chocolate milk tea. I had a coffee flavored milk tea. The flavor was a little bland but it's probably the drink I ordered. They offer a variety of drinks from slushes, flavored teas, juices to milk teas + more. Will definitely be back to try another flavor. Food is also available for purchase. There is a drive thru as well if you're on the go.

I've been coming to this quaint little Boba Tea establishment for months now. It has finally opened its doors and I had the opportunity to enjoy my Mango Milk Tea with Golden Boba in the very unique Japanese ambience that made my visit absolutely enjoyable. The Hokkaido Coffee slushie has a smooth coffee flavor with caramel sweetness that's great anytime. The Báhn mi cold cut sandwich has a hidden flavor that makes it savory; pâté. Yum. All of the teas I've had are amazing, with unique flavors along with an assortment of add ins (rainbow jelly, coconut jelly, etc.) and leave me craving more. Boba up and enjoy.

Boba drinks and Bahn mi joint, always a an exciting addition to your neighborhood. Even better, they have a drive thru! The place was so inviting with its decor lighting, nice furniture and wall decor. We of course went to the drive thru to see how it went. It went smoothly and we got our order right away. Apparently they have other locations through the US and their specialty is the golden boba. It tastes the same just a different color. We ordered the beef bahn mi with all the garnishing. It tasted a little dry for me. It was still good but next time I'll probably ask for extra sauce. I also got a slush milk tea with red bean and golden boba. That was delicious and I don't really have anything to complain about other than the prices. They were a little steep and we spent about $29 for just two drinks and a two sandwich. The taste and its uniqueness came through though, so I would say it evened out.

Pros - interior is super welcoming! Lots of natural lighting - THEY HAVE A DRIVE THRU!! - they have board games for friends to hang and chill - they have a s'mores tray coming soon, can't wait to try this later! - decent collection of packaged ramen for those who want a quick snack/bite - you can adjust the sugar and ice level in the drinks - we came on opening day and the people were working hard and fast to get orders out - indoor and outdoor seating - ample parking - free WiFi - they have different toppings like aloe Vera and golden boba! - love that they use crushed ice in their drinks Cons - we waited almost 2 hours for our drinks because of how crazy it was... - I don't think they went in order for the drink tickets, people who were behind us got their drinks ahead of us! Will have to pop on by again when it's less crazy! Kudos to the staff for handling the craziness of opening day!

Service was great during my visit. Ding Tea has a refreshing atmosphere. We ordered drinks for the most part and played scrabble! Hand sanitizer is provided and it's obvious that the place is quite small - the tables and chairs do take up most of the dining area, but everything is beautifully displayed.

Must try!! Very nice little place to work, they have electric plugs everywhere. Sometimes when we work from home we need a new scenery!! Bella was super friendly and knowledgeable, she recommended the Rainbow Jellies in the Pineapple Green Tea! The cold pork belly sandwich is super good!!

The 2 words have evolved into so much more, one would even dare to say it's even evolved into a belief or fantasy. The environment not only leaves a warm feeling but becomes a beacon! Cheba hut is what lamps are to moths, a light house to a sailor in a storm, a horse to a cowboy, a home run to a baseball player, a touchdown to tom Brady, a god to an atheist, a candle light in the darkness that is life. The staff and restaurant itself deserves so much more praise for the amazing and clean experience provided. If there was one word to describe Cheba hut, it would and could only be........ utopia. I'm not sure what happened however, there is ONE thin slice of turkey meat, and a CRAP TON, of lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickle and sauce, and an extremely thin sliced piece of bacon. My sandwich is supposed to be a Turkey Sandwich however, it's more so vegetables, with the slice of turkey being an afterthought. Being that each sandwich costs a little over $11, I was highly disappointed... If I wanted a veggie sandwich, I would have ordered one, being that the options were available. It's a one and done for me... sadly We really wanted something other than, Jersey Mikes... I digress

Lots of indoor seating and menu was easily visible and legible up front, near the counter. We ordered their #1 special, #3 grilled pork, a taro milk tea, and a Vietnamese iced coffee. Both sandwiches were delicious. Meats were flavorful, but what I really loved was the no skimp on pickled veggies and fresh jalapeños w/cilantro. So many places don't add or charge extra. Bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. All milk teas are non dairy-they use a non dairy creamer as the base. I love taro, but this milk tea was definitely sweet, more like a dessert. But, it helped offset and balance the savory grilled pork banh mi. My son had the Vietnamese iced coffee- beware super strong lol. He wasn't able to drink most of it. Clean establishment, friendly service, and good food. We'll be back!

We had two grilled pork banh mi and two drinks, viet coffee and Thai tea. I asked for my tea with less sugar and it had excellent flavor. My fiancé loved his sandwich. I liked mine. The bread was fresh, the vegetables were crisp, but I have a strong preference that the meat isn't wet or saucy and Banh Mi 102 puts sauce on their grilled pork. I also saw that they have a special pho coming soon and a fish cake banh mi on the menu. I wish I had seen that one before ordering because it sounded delicious! Maybe if we find ourselves back in the area, I'll try it next time!

There were a number of tables that needed bussing but the kids behind the counter weren't making any effort. We ordered their main burger- The Big Juicy.  The burger was pretty pricey for being alone, not a combo. 2 of us got combos- which was another $5. We got sides and drinks. Tots and rings. Both sides were good. Tots were nice and crispy and fresh. The onion rings were big and crispy. You got a decent amount of both. We were shocked my the size of the fried mushrooms- which is the main reason my wife wanted to come here. She had heard it was prob the best in the city. See the pic below for the incredible size. I don't know where they found mushrooms this size. Now back to the burgers. They were fine. But again, not really worth the size.  We prob won't be back except my wife did say if she was in the area she might grab some mushrooms on to go.   Extra info: Any extra sauces costs extra. Except for mayo/ mustard and ketchup. Also- they do not offer a military discount.
