Growing up this was always my go to spot for boba! Sometimes if I was good after shopping my mom would buy us some tea. It was always so yummy! I recently visited again and here's what's changed. Nothing! Food 5 stars The drinks are always always always delicious! Good for the business name. With over 100 flavors every single one I've tried (which is a lot) has been good. The drinks are never too sweet, but always flavorful. They always put the perfect amount of Boba, which always makes for a really tasty drink. They have been consistent for the last years! And I admire that in a business for sure! Service 5 stars: After every visit here, I always felt very welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I've never had a bad experience. The staff was always super kind and they worked really quickly to get the drinks out. I've never waited more than five minutes. So nice and refreshing! Ambiance 5 stars: Inside is decorated nicely. They display their streets out front very cutely and the restaurant is always clean. I don't think I've ever even seen a speck of dust in there. It's honestly impeccable the kitchen always clean when they're making drinks and I've never had a problem with dirty tables or trash the space is really well and it makes for a happy time when drinking Boba. Needed 1 stamp to fill up a rewards card for a free drink, so I gave owner, a 2nd card with 2 stamps and she was trying to refuse it even though they are the ones that stamped the 2nd card. After going back and forth she honored the card and made the drink, which was nice. Moving forward I hope that they realize that no matter how many stamped cards get combined to make a full card, I spent money for each stamp, regardless of how many cards 10 stamps are accumulated on. read more

Just bought four drinks from our regular neighborhood Tealicious on Potranco near 1604 and just can't help finally posting this our review on a bad customer service experience at Tealicious by HEB Bandera. People there are totally consistent...consistently providing a horrible customer service experience. The young lady in the cash register was simply impersonal, dull, and snobbish. Again, we thought this was isolated but on all those several instances we visited this location, we have exactly the same sub par customer service experience. Anyway, this is just to commend the service staff here at Tealicious Potranco. This afternoon's visit is not an exemption. The staff at the Bandera location needs to learn from these excellent staff members at Potranco. No matter what time of day, or day of the week and no matter who's tending the store, the customer service at Tealicious Potranco is consistently stellar. My experience this afternoon at Tealicious Potranco made me finally decide to post my unacceptable customer service experience at Tealicious Badera. When we walked in there was already a line which signified to me the place was good. There was only one lady working and I felt bad for her. She took all the orders in the line first then started making the drinks. In total it came to about an 18 minute wait for the drinks which I believe it's too long but she was the only one. The drinks were really good! My go to is a brown sugar milk tea, idk why this one is called black sugar milk tea but it tastes like just what I regularly order! Not too sweet either. My boyfriend got a strawberry cream blend which are essentially smoothies without tapioca but he believes it was too sweet. I do think it was on the sweeter side but typically boba smoothies are really sweet unless you order it otherwise. The place was really clean and inviting. I would come again. read more

Super excited to have a tea/boba place nearby. We arrived right when they opened at 10 am. Menu is huge! I was a little overwhelmed lol My go to normally is taro or matcha. I went for the fresh taro cream blend. Being dairy free, I inquired about their drinks, the girl at the counter told me that most drinks contain creamer, but that they do offer almond, coconut milk etc. I ordered the fresh taro cream blend with coconut milk and boba. Great taro flavor, not too sweet and the boba had a nice consistency. Stating that it's fresh taro on the menu... adding actual prices of taro or ube would have made this drink a 5! This location isn't too bad, I have come about twice and every time it's young people working who know exactly what drink I want with my small explanation. The items come out super fast depending on what you get. The drinks ordered are always so refreshing, everything's served cold, for the most part unless you get something hot (obviously). They use a lot of fresh ingredients that I can see in the back. The drinks are made infront of you to where you can see everything, so that's always a plus. The vibes are chill and sometimes there are little games and items you can play while relaxing and enjoying a drink. Music is usually playing so that's a plus too. read more

Tealicious Cafe's fourth location opened in November 2020 in the space previously occupied by Which Wich in the HEB plaza off of Potranco and 1604. This location has abundant seating and standing room which allows for appropriate social distancing. They offer two large wall-mounted menus to look at - one on the wall right as you enter and another by the register. One of the things I appreciate the most about Tealicious Cafe is their consistency in service and drink quality. This new location is just as good as their other ones, so it's nice to have another option for the Westside of town. My go-to is the Thai Tea which, just like any other drink and at any other location, they make to order. The unique thing that this location does is pre-shake it for you to blend the tea and the cream. read more

I'm a boba fanatic and was really enjoying this place. The majority of the time, I ordered from door dash. I've been inside 3 or 4 times. The last time I was there, there were 3 workers on the floor. The young lady seemed to be a manager or supervisor while the young men were making the boba drinks. It was upsetting to see that while they were making the drinks, they weren't taking the jobs seriously and they dropped the cup while playing around. The guy picked it back up like he was going to fill it up but the young lady working stopped him, questioned him, and made him replace the cup. I can't help wonder what if she wasn't there? These shops are so cute and clean. It's a great atmosphere. The varieties are mind blowing, so I have a menu in the car for the passenger to look at and decide before we go in. This was our third attempt here. First time and second time both black tea brown sugar drinks were bland. They don't put enough of the brown sugar!!! (I hope they see this) Brown sugar is what makes this drink other than that it taste like a cup of milk. So on 3rd attempt it was a little better. But still not enough. You can't skimp on the brown sugar! Also it was too watery and thin. Either too much ice or possibly water. Went here today after standing in line to ship a package. I love milk tea and Boba so I was very excited. The list of items is pretty extensive and the service was great. The problem I had was that the Boba I got was hard as a rock. After I left I drove to a store and had to spit them out because they were inedible.
