Passed by after a friend and I had Thai Buri next door. We had planned dessert here afterwards! I ordered an Fresh Avocado Cream Blend Smoothie with Coffee Jelly as I wanted something more than regular Boba Pearls. I asked if they put actual fresh avocado and they do! It was perfect, smooth, creamy and so refreshing. Good portions too! My friend ordered the same smoothie but added Taro Pudding and Boba Pearls. They were busy on a Sunday afternoon so we patiently waited. There's iced juices, frozen Mochi that I believe is from Bubbies, the Hawaiian brand, coffee blended drinks, hot or iced tea drinks, milk foam toppers and a variety of tropical fruit smoothies including durian, soursop, papaya, taro, kumquat and even a champagne grape blend smoothie! Their Vietnamese iced coffee is simply one of the best and simplest around. When other shops add ingredients that do not need to be in drink, they keep it simple. Condensed milk, coffee, and hot water. As I get it with light ice, they ensure its toped off with extra water to ensure that you're still getting a full drink which has not occurred at many other places. The staff is always nice and knock out our orders incredibly fast. Prices are good and their reward program gets you a free drink after awhile which is always a perk. The concentrated coffee is pretty bold so if you like it less strong then full ice is needed as it does get watered down pretty quickly if you like to drink it slow. The light ice helps keep it at least full strength until about a quarter left with the ice melting. Their ice blends are great and the fresh fruit ones are amazing. The strawberry is one of my favorite and is bursting with flavor. read more

Love that there is a tea cafe in this area in North San Antonio. My "go to" is an Oreo Milk Tea and a Oreo Smoothie for my girls. We've also had Black Sugar Milk Tea. The menu is extensive but I recommend trying a basic milk tea to start off if your new to boba tea drinks and then try other flavors like taro, etc. Boba is a good addition to any drink. I also recommend the coffee jelly as well to any milk tea drinks. This would be a great place to hang out after school. The black tea was much darker than usual and had almost no ice. Upon tasting it, something was definitely off. It was much more bitter and had a strange tangy taste.
