The space feels more open and inviting now, with plenty of room to hang out, get online, and take advantage of the free WiFi. It was surprisingly quiet when we arrived--holiday timing probably worked in our favor! I went with my usual avocado drink, made with fresh avocado and no added sugar or sweetener. Still creamy, refreshing, and exactly what I was craving. My cousins weren't quite as impressed with their usual drinks this time around--good, but missing that "OMG, I need this again" factor. Service was still friendly and on point. We ended up taking our drinks to go, but hey, sometimes boba is meant to accompany you in the next adventure. Overall, The Dream still delivered a pleasant little boba break. Not every drink was a dream, but mine definitely was.

Restaurant: Pho 4 Star What We Ordered:…read more Large Vietnamese Egg Rolls PW5 Combo (Thập Cẩm) Mango Sticky Rice A-List Take: The food was the star of the visit. The pho was flavorful, the meats were tender, and everything tasted fresh. The mango sticky rice was absolutely delicious and ended the meal on a high note. The large Vietnamese egg rolls were crispy and flavorful, but I was surprised they weren't served with a lemon wedge, which is something I usually expect. The PW5 Combo listed bean sprouts on the menu, but they were missing from the dish. While it didn't take away from the overall flavor, I do think it's important for the dish to match the menu description. Service started off strong. Our waiter was attentive and checked on us regularly at the beginning of the meal. However, as our dinner progressed it became difficult to get his attention when we were ready for a to-go container and the check. Would I Order It Again?Absolutely. The food alone is worth coming back for. I'd just hope for a little more consistency with the menu items and a more attentive finish to the dining experience. Final Take: Great food, especially the pho and mango sticky rice. A few small service and presentation details kept it from earning five s, but it's definitely a restaurant I'd recommend. I guess it matches its name (4 s). A-List Rating: (4/5) Until next bite... this is A-List, keeping it deliciously honest.

And to my surprise I find this place called "Brew K Cafe", the term hidden gem doesn't do it justice, this place in my opinion offers one of the best coffee I've had in a long time. They offer coffee, some meat items, bubble tea, lemonades among other items. Upon entering the establishment you see a good amount of seating for the size of the place, you are kindly greeted by the people behind the counter which usually are the proprietors of the restaurant. On this episode I got a "Dolce Iced Coffee", I kid you not it was one of my favorites. If you find yourself near Cibolo and you have a craving for something unique you have to give Brew K Cafe a try. I highly recommend this place.
