Very clean well laid out restaurant. Love the option to grab a pre-made meal, order meal prep weekly, or dine in. The food is definitely healthy and is very forward about ingredients. The food is a little bland but they offer sauce and seasoning you can apply to your meals. Honestly enjoyed my flatbread and felt very full once finished even though it was low calorie. I ordered the peanut butter and chocolate protein smoothie and it tasted like neither of those ingredients and instead had a faint aftertaste of cigarettes. Idk about yall but if I'm not at the bar with an old fashioned in my hand I don't want the taste of cigarettes in my mouth. My friend ordered the chocolate banana smoothie and it was overwhelmingly artificial banana flavored, the kind you find in the banana runts, which is nostalgic but not necessary. Everything about this place is amazing. The ambience, the customer service, and the food are all top notch. I was a bit weary about trying the pizza because healthy pizzas are always a hit or miss but it was perfect. Every food I've ever tried has been tasty. Food was delicious and the atmosphere's was calming. Felt like the wait time was super long at 30+ minutes after we placed our order but the staff was friendly and helpful when ordering and made some great suggestions. Had 2 different wraps and wish the fillings were a bit better distributed, some ends of the wrap were all meat and the other pieces were all bites of cheese :( 10/10 for taste tho! The place is a novel idea. You can buy pre prepared meals in freezers or eat in person. I decided to eat in person with a friend. I had a bowl: shredded beef, brown rice, carrots, asparagus and mushrooms. The meat was plentiful, but lacked any kind of seasoning. The side sauce I got (sweet chili) was, I assume, going to take care of that. The carrots looked really dicey in that they didn't seem very freshly made. The rice was bland as well and for brown rice, it looked rather white. I was not a fan and didn't finish my meal. My friend has a Bison burger with sweet potato fries: he liked his. I tried one of his fries and while it tasted good, it was not crispy at all. For me, this place doesn't do it, but some may enjoy it. Great new addition to the food options in the Universal City/Live Oak area. The fresh made to order items are great, especially the bowls and flat breads. There is also frozen prepared meals that are well proportioned, easy to cook and delicious. The pizzas and the Arnold in a bowl are my favorites. These are perfect if you are maintaining a healthy food plan. The space is colorful and vibrant, the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a very good app as well that offers great rewards. This place is AMAZING & the employees are wonderful and make the experience so much more authentic. The UC place has a great vibe to it, you can feel "healthy" in the air, especially by the Smoothie Bar . . . One employee went above and beyond to help me out, she could probably tell I was a "snaccident" waiting to happen. There's definitely a market for meal prepping. This business is not it!!! Today I went to buy some frozen meals and five meals costs 45.55 and when I tried to use the coupon on the app it was just for new customers. The meals are "freezer burnt" who knows how long they've been in there. Then when I inquired about military discount they said, "it's tax free" haha listen up-charging products and then virtue signaling tax free is a pathetic sales tactic. I deleted the app it's worthless because rewards are never going to offset the amount they rip you off. Better off driving across town to Zedric's or meal prepping yourself. read more

I wanted to like this place. But our food tasted "off". My entire family didn't like their food: turkey burger, nuggets, flatbread. I ordered my flatbread without dressing and even left an additional note to please double check to ensure there was no dressing. And what happened? It came with dressing. I even mentioned this was due to an allergy, so this is very concerning. I will not be going back. read more
