Let me start by saying we came on Valentine's Day with reservations. Service: Fantastic! Our server Alizae was great. Very friendly, happy, and attentive. She knew portion sizes, flavor profiles, and made sure we were happy with food selections. Ambiance: place is trendy. Decor was really nice and the place felt welcoming. My spouse and I could converse in a regular level and never felt as if we needed to shout to be heard. Food: Delicious! We opted for the 7 course prefix meal and it didn't disappoint. We added the shrimp and Brussels sprouts appetizer (which we took home). As this was our first time, we don't realize they had different menus. Everything we had was phenomenal. We will be back. We finally decided to check out 375 Social Kitchen, and I'll be honest... I was a little hesitant at first. I had heard service can take a bit longer than your typical brunch spot. But once we sat down, it made sense. Everything is made to order, and you can taste the difference. There was only one server handling the entire floor, and when a rush hit all at once, it definitely got busy fast. But here's the thing... she handled it with grace. Even when you could tell she was juggling a lot, she stayed attentive, kind, and kept checking in on us. That kind of effort deserves recognition. Now let's talk about the real star of the show... The Texas French Toast. Oh. My. Goodness. Thick, golden, perfectly cooked slices topped with homemade whipped cream and fresh berries that tasted like they were picked that morning. It wasn't just good, it was indulgent in the best way. Sweet without being overwhelming. Rich but balanced. I couldn't even finish it (which says a lot), and happily boxed the rest up. The only regret? I ate all the berries first. Rookie mistake. My husband ordered one of the hash plates and said it was solid comfort food... hearty, flavorful, and filling. He couldn't finish his either, so I'm definitely sneaking a few bites later. Overall, we left impressed. The food feels intentional. The flavors feel thoughtful. It's the kind of local spot you want to root for. And the fact that they serve pork lumpia for lunch? Say less. We'll be back for that. If you're looking for a cozy, made-from-scratch brunch spot in Universal City, this one is worth the wait. Good food takes time, and this place proves it. ***This review is based on my taste buds. I found my new breakfast joint when I have to be in this area. I can't believe I'm only now finding this spot! I walked into a chill and modern vibe restaurant with a very nice little bar adorned with lovely plants and beautiful lighting. I sat down and checked out the wide variety menu. There were so many great options it was hard to choose at first. I ended up doing the early bird special of an omlette with bacon and a side of potatoes and toast. The portions were very generous, and if you get there before noon during the week, you can get all of this for $10. You heard me right....only ten bucks and I couldn't even finish mine. The bartender was very sweet and made great conversation with myself and others. She was a cute petite lady with a smile that brightened the whole room. I'm sure I will be back soon for great food and great service soon. read more

Very disappointed by my experience. I was looking forward to trying this place especially since they had a new menu. When we were sat and given water without a word, every table was sat and had food already. To our surprise another party walked in after and got their order taken right away. I'm not sure of the system but it was an unfortunate experience. We came to The Brunch Spot right up the road. read more

The service was bad. We arrived and were a party of two and a toddler. I was very much looking forward to having the waffles but the service was very disappointing. We sat down and the waitress was doing fine until the waitress refused to take our main order and then proceeded to turn her attention to a bigger table and take their order instead. We were ready to order but she refused and only put in our appetizer, saying it would come out faster and then delayed our order by attending to the bigger table. We decided to leave as we did not want to be stuck because a waitress decided that taking the order of a bigger table and delaying us is acceptable customer service. They need to either adjust their kitchen priorities or retrain their wait staff. read more

I have a friend who loves this place and comes here often. I had to check it out when I was in the area. It is such a fun and intimate place, with tons of decor and it feels very cozy. They have a full bar, brunch, lunch specials, and a regular menu. Everything sounded so delicious, so it was hard to decide. I got the garlic protein bowl, which was so amazing! Tons of flavor, made fresh and a huge portion! My parents and my toddler loved their meals too! I am glad we got there just before the lunch rush because it got packed, quick! The restaurant isn't super big but it's great to see other people love it. I'd love to come back and try other menu items or even brunch with some cocktails. This place is worth trying as you can taste the love put into it. read more

First timer here and the place is unique, well decorated and spacious seating. I went during their breakfast hours and had one of their pancake, egg, bacon, and potatoes. Must say that the portion wasn't a lot but they do give you a lot of small round potatoes that will definitely fill you up! Also had their tea. The waitress was very nice and attentive. She also explained the lunch menu in case we come back for lunch. Overall, nice and neat place to check out and to visit, in case you want something besides ihop or Denny's. read more

Recommend: Maybe. This is my second time going. The first time I went was when they first opened and I enjoyed it. It wasn't as good this time around. Food, I ordered the Firecracker Shrimp. The shrimp tasted as if they were recooked and super greasy. I only ate a few. I was also recommended the Korean Wonton Nachos with Beef Bulgogi. The beef was tender and very well seasoned. Loved the cheese and peppers on it. The only downside was that the plate ended up being a little on the dry side. Not sure if it was due to the use on the wonton vs the typical nacho chip or maybe it needed more cheese. Service: Service was great. I was immediately greeted and sat. I was given recommendations and the menu was explained to me. Ambiance: The ambiance was good, plenty of seating, music playing in the background, nice establishment. read more

My food was so good, however... man! Talk about slow service. Which they warn against when you walk in. Which I'm okay with slow service if you're cooking my food and it's yummy. But geez, we waited forever for our receipt!!!! She brought our boxes, which would have been a great time to bring our receipt. Nope. Twenty minutes later! After I asked. With only two other tables in the restaurant! So frustrating. Also, not to mention they were out of kimchi cucumbers and edamame!!! read more

Ok this is not fusion it is an attempt. I recieved something suppose to be similar to bibinbop. It was a giant bowl of white rice with cucumbers Italian dressing and no type of fusion. Plus it took 1/2 hour. Not a spot I would put on my list as a must try. Sad amd this giant bowl of plain white rice cost $35 with a 4% military discount. never again read more

Me and my family were here and order a lot of food I order the birria tacos and asked for no cilantro or onions on my tacos they came out with exactly what I didn't want on them I told the server she took my plate and came back and said the kitchen said they couldn't fix it because they are very strict about certain things the manager was rude asf and rude to the server and told me I need to be more clear when I order !! I've been here twice. Atmosphere is bright and fun. Each experience was very different. Both visits the service was great. However the food varied greatly. On our first visit the food was hot and fresh. It seemed high quality and made fresh in the kitchen. Then the second visit the food was vastly different. We ordered the same appetizer platter as previously, this time it was lukewarm, felt and tasted like it had been under the heat lamp for a while, and that each item had come from the freezer. I will try again and see if it was an off night read more

Loved this place! By that I'm referring to the way it was decorated, the way we were greeted and how quickly the food got to us. We decided to start with their 3-Way Let Loose apps. We went with the pork lumpia, Krab Rangoon and the Truffle Fries, each with its own sauce. The lumpia and the fries were very good. We also decided to share the Southwestern Garlic Fried Rice paired with the Bang Bang Shrimp. The garlic fried rice was amazing...a garlic lovers dream. It paired very well with the Bang Bang Shrimp. As mentioned, service was quick and we were well attended to. My daughter has dined here a couple of times and I totally get why. read more

This use to be one of our top places to eat. The quality of the food and choices were always amazing. The menu has completely changed. My husband saw that they added breakfast so we decided to try it. We love their lunch and dinner and we adored the breakfast. We went as soon as it opened at 9am, and it was perfect. Others came in around our time, and it was steady. I ordered an unsweetened tea, SIR MONTE KATSU SANDWICH, and a biscuit. It was cooked perfectly and paired extremely well with the waffle, cheese, and egg. My dad ordered an unsweetened tea, and UNCLE BILLY'S VEGGIE omelette, he was disappointed the veggies were not inside the omelette but cleared his plate and loved the flavors. My husband ordered CLASSIC BREAKFAST, and he was super happy with it. Very basic but still amazing. Our server kept our drinks filled and got our requests very promptly. As always the decor is like the home you wanted but didn't get. Comfortable and inviting to sit and talk while looking beautiful and wondering how did some stuff get there. read more

Service was friendly, the interior was cute and they played good music. The menu had some decent accommodations towards low carbs and gluten free options. We ordered two birria omelette plates with no potatoes and free water and totaled over $42. For an omelette over $18, the portion was underwhelming, with only about 3 bites taken before snapping a picture. I asked if we could sub our potato sides for anything else and they said no that they're "really strict" about any substitutes. Which I can't be completely mad at, but not even able to sub a WHOLE side for a small portion of avocado seemed a bit unreasonable especially with such a high dollar dish. My husband's omelette was a lukewarm as well. If you have dietary restrictions, this may not be the best choice for you. Also why are the tipping options starting at 20?!?!?! read more

This place is great! The atmosphere is cool and the music can be heard but it's not overwhelming. The food is AMAZING!!! Service was great!

It's Daddy-Daughter dinner, and we ventured to @375socialkitchen for dinner. Happy hour ends at 7pm. There are food and drinks on the happy hour menu. Dad had Lemonade, and I had the Swinging Upside Down Pineapple Drink. We started off with the Street Corn. I think they overdid the chipotle sauce because it was too salty. Thankfully, Ally took it off the bill. We had the Pork Lumpia. So crunchy and meaty. I'll have to nominate it for the lumpia throwdown. Dad and I shared the Crispy Shrimp and fries. The fries was tasty, but the shrimp had too much breading. We had hoped to try the Bao Bun, but they were out of the pork belly. We'll have to go back to try it. It was nice for Will to stop by and check in on us. read more

Giving it 3 stars for great service, decor, and cleanliness and semi decent but not great food. First, the rangoons were not consistent. Half of the order, the inside was pure white cream cheese. Then others were speckled and had crab. It was weird. The Korean bowl was huge and a lot of food. God value for the money if you're mostly looking for quantity. The rice was hard and undercooked. For being an Asian fusion restaurant the rice was just plain white rice, not jasmine or anything like you would expect at an Asian restaurant. The wontons were an odd addition. I added pork belly and the pieces were too crispy, hard, and overcooked. The wonton nachos were not good. The combination of ingredients on top of a wonton were odd and the flavors didn't mesh well. The green beans and cucumbers were good. The cocktails were good. Overall, I wouldn't go back. It's pretty basic food but the parts weren't done well for me. Our waiter was nice and attentive. Food came out fast. And for these reasons I'm giving it 3 stars. read more

Showed up around a hour after opening (11:00Am), restaurant was decently packed and we were seated almost immediately and the service was good.It seemed almost like the staff were newly trained. My drink came out on time but was to sweet to be drunk tasting like whatever syrup or sweetener they use. While waiting for our food to arrive the ambience and environment were good in the restaurant but it almost seems like things were placed everywhere and didn't mesh together well. We ordered the poblano chilaquiles with the volcano chicken and the bacon and pineapple fried rice with crispy chicken katsu.Fir the chilaquiles the plating was good but can be improved upon the cilantro was cut into very uneven pieces with large pieces of the stem included, whilst there was a random 5 pieces of grapes in the corner of the plate. Also for this dish the poblano sauce did not taste super fresh and like the tomatillos were from a can, the volcano chicken was good and seasoned well but the only complaint is that they did not go well with the dish. For both the dishes the portion sizes are huge and easily would leave you with leftovers, if you choose to.The fried rice itself was under seasoned and could've used a bit more soy sauce or salt whilst cooking, the overall plating of the dish was not that presentable as it was topped with, more uneven cut green onion with the addition of the dish having a pool of oil in the bottom of the bowl.I also observed that the manager was walking around and asking tables about there experience but he did have a airpod in whilst working which gives me the idea of the type of workplace and environment it is behind the scenes. read more
