They have the option to remove sugar, sub-Splenda, or add on a variety of things (protein scoop, etc) to customize your drink. We typically do delivery via Doordash. The drinks have been correct on all of our orders, but the chips/side get left off for some reason. It's not a deal breaker though. The food quality is fresh and crisp. So I've been coming to this location for about 3-4 years now and it just continues to go downhill. They took no responsibility for how rude their employees were over talked me and honestly they are the WORST experience I've ever had with a store!
