Visited during the holidays and just realized I never posted a review. This is a cute little walk-up coffee shop, and the drinks were really good for the selection they offer. Definitely worth trying at least once. They have a couple of picnic tables outside, but there aren't any covers--when we went, the tables were damp and cold so we ended up leaving after ordering. On a nice day, though, this would be a really cute spot to hang out! read more

A cute coffee go-to in a great location (across from Harmon's). Not sure the male barista who assisted us both times but he's so chill and sweet. We tried the Willow, Colonel, Penny, Jewel, and Tex. They were all smooth and delicious. Absolutely love the Showgirl and Gilmore Girls merchandise. The cookies are a must try. They are so good. Can't wait to see what's offered going into holiday season! read more

This place is so good I went back the next day! We ordered the colonial but with white chocolate and the raspberry matcha and man it was so tasty! The service was great and was so friendly! They also have a reward system as well which is a bonus! The place is great you can go in the drive thru or walk up. It's a cute little rustic house and it's near restaurant and bar as well. Going back to the matcha it's pure matcha and not a premade latte mix. The taste and flavor was perfect for me. Order the large every time! read more

I love the little drive-thru coffee shop in Cibolo. They do have a walk-up window, but I normally just go around the small white building and drive-through. You do get your coffee pretty quickly, so it's not a long wait, especially when you're the first car in line. My favorite that I always get there is the Maverick delicious dirty Horchata. I decided to try a local coffee shop after my walk with pups at a nearby trail. This place popped up on my map and the name instantly caught my attention. When I pulled up to order, I was undecided between two choices. The barista was super helpful in helping me pick. The iced dirty horchata was delicious and I highly recommend. First time to try out Frenchie Coffee Roasters. It is located in a tiny house to walk and order at the window or drive-thru. The prices were comparable to other local drink shops. There was one person in line as we drove up and it took about what seemed like 15min to place and receive his coffee order. We ordered a fruit ice tea and a cold brew. The small iced fruit green tea was bland and tasted watered down. The small cold brew with milk was overly sweet and lacked flavor. The barista was unable to answer what the fruit was in the fruity flavored tea so she handed me the bag to read. Both small drinks totaled to $9.50. We enjoy coffee and plan to frequent the other local shops. First time in a while we didn't finish our drinks. read more

Nestled in the heart of downtown, this lill stand is a wonderful addition to downtown cibolo. Wonderful staff, great coffee. It's been a delight to enjoy the environment outside while I read. Everyone who has served me, looks me in my eye, greets me and genuinely takes the time to see me. On my darkest days I find myself wanting to come here and enjoy a beverage. Must stop by! There's a drive thru option but I recommend parking in the lot across the street, near the railroad tracks. (Yes is by a train you might hear it when ordering). read more

Cute little coffee stop in "downtown" Cibolo. I stopped in when I saw it on my way to another business and had a great experience. I did the drive-thru option and was promptly helped by a nice young lady who chatted a bit as she took my order. I got a Zelda ("dirty" chai) with oat milk and decaf espresso as well as a hot chocolate. Service was fairly quick considering the employee was on her own. I was offered stoppers to keep the drinks hot, which I appreciated. The Zelda was creamy and sweet (a little too sweet for me, but I often order things 1/2 sweet and I didn't with this drink) and the spicy undertone was a comforting and warming flavor on the cold day I purchased it! The hot chocolate was good, according to my husband. I will note that the drinks came out only kinda hot, so I did have to reheat my drink as soon as I got home. I prefer piping hot drinks so that they stay hot while I get to my destination, but that is a personal preference and I won't lower their score for that. I could definitely see us stopping in again any time we are in the area. read more

Super cute coffee stand! I had a pumpkin and cardamom latte, a flavor I have never had, and it was delicious! I recommend!

This is a small walk up or drive through coffee shop with some picnic tables. The owner is from Gig Harbor, WA, near Seattle, and I know they know coffee culture there. They roast their own beans. Their main blend is a medium roast with an acidic nose. Their coffee is on the sweet side, probably normal for most, but I did half sweet, which was perfect. Balanced. They had some fun flavors. I had the special smoky butterscotch hot, and my husband had orange vanilla which was very flavorful. Customer service of the lady taking orders was top notch, everything with a smile on her face, going above and beyond. When I asked about the roasts, she provided a lot of information and referred me to the owner for more. Restored my faith in humanity after my jarring experience beforehand at Magnolia Pancake Haus. They have a Frenchie dog theme. Overall, love the personal thoughtful touch, creativity, and service. read more
