My family and I have visited several times and all the team members have been SO nice. Even if the drinks weren't great, that would keep me coming back....BUT the drinks are FANTASTIC. One of my favorite coffee shops in the area. I haven't tried a drink that i don't like yet. My typical drink is a medium Iced White Mocha with an extra shot. my favorite part of this drink is that they make it with Chocolate milk!! Very bad customer communication, we ordered a few drinks got one a large without ice. We got a small in a large cup. I would have paid more whatever, never asked, just gave it to me then disrespected us like we were trying to get something for free and I tipped pretty substantially. I've been to OTG several times. This particular location is fast and all employees are very kind. They have several other drink options on their menu however, I e only tried their coffee. This time I had the Hawaiian which is a mocha with macadamia nut flavor. So yummy! This location is only drive thru. No inside seating fyi. read more

Customer Service here is stellar. Brooke may be this fans favorite as she's naturally so easy going to talk to! And Coleson got major points today as he gave fan favorite opinions, helped me pick a different choice and was just a well put together young adult/ kid. Customer service is a 6 outta 5, I just wish not all the drinks were so sweet, but that's probably everyone else's love for this place! Which I totally understand! So it's fair for them to do what majority likes! I'd love to see an on the grind with a fun seating area at some point, because they are doing so many things so great! I love the kids at OTG , always friendly, happy, and professional. I have a complaint. I love my drinks, but if you ask for no ice, you literally get just over half of a cup. Starbucks still fills your cup if you ask no ice. Yesterday, the ice was filled so much that I could not even poke my straw in the cup. Any restaurant you ask for a drink, no ice, they still fill it to the rim, not OTG. What gives? Maybe a little lighter on the ice please. read more

I didn't know anything about this business, but I thought I would give them a try. Boy, I'm glad I did. They are much much better than that giant national chain! Getting into this location is so easy. It's in the old H‑E‑B grocery store parking lot. Tons of parking is available, but it's only a drive through:-) One of the things that sets this so far above that national chain is the friendliest service. A young lady came to my car when I was about 2 cars from the order area. She was so nice, and got excited when she found out that I had never been there before. She explained everything to me and let me take my time to order. When I got to the window where you get your order, the same young lady handed me my order. She then went on to tell me about their loyalty program, and since I was a newbie, she gave me an extra check in(buy 10, get your next one free). That will not take long:-) So why only 4 stars? Price, although not any worse than that national chain. Will I return? Definitely, as I need to earn that free cup:-) read more

I've been the past 7 times and every time I go l'm met with disappointment. Not only is the service slow but the drinks taste like burnt coffee that they tried to cover up by putting tons of sugar in. They played inappropriate music as I was in the drive through I was with my young child. I now have to explain to him what a bj is. Terrible terrible. I usually love on the grind. Every time I come to this specific location I always have issues; our drinks never taste how they should, or this time the guy taking our order couldn't give us 30 seconds of uninterrupted service. I love that you can have fun at work, goofing and dancing around, or yelling when we are in the middle of ordering... regardless customer service is always important. When we got our coffee my husband and I dumped them because they tasted off and definitely were not what we ordered, as we've ordered multiple times from other locations. I went on Friday The 13th to try the Candy Apple Redbull drink and I have to sat. It was good. This is my second visit and it for sure will not be my last. "Paige" was the window girl and she was very polite and funny. We talked about tattoos and how she says the forearm is the most sensitive spot to get inked, she is so funny I respectfully disagree and say it is the ribs. I have a gift card I was trying to use with my daughter. She said this was a great place. I parked in the front and realized that parking was for their employees. I moved my car to the side of the building by the dumpster. No signs saying reserved for employees in they area. We aren't even at window and the guy hung his head out and said "that parking is for employees you can't park there you'll have to go through drive thru." Mind you a lady and her child had just gotten their order from the window. Not sure where they parked. We were the only ones there at the time! Sorry, but we left and I used one of my many Starbucks gift cards I had. Not sure why you have that policy. read more

This place is my favorite drive through coffee spot. They offer EVERY coffee flavor in sugar free. Most shops only offer two or three. They are always super fast and even have a stamp card so that you can get a free drink. The music inside is always blasting and the workers are having fun. You have got to give it a try! read more

I have been to 3 different ones and the staff were so happy it was hard not to get excited about coffee. I love On The grind! They have so many flavor options, the seasonal ones are my favorite. It's great the have a less sweet option so the drink is t over powered by peppermint or pumpkin.
