My wife has been the most loyal customer for probably the last 2 years. She spends 6.50 every weekday on her way to work for coffee but will also 2 times a week get a tea or additional item she was spending 40-50 bucks every single week A gentlemen that works at the fm-78 location that will sometimes be out taking your order when driving up , he never smiles and have personally experienced it when taking her to work. Let me ask who wants to deal with a mad person with a attitude first thing in the morning. She told him to smile well apparently he wasn't going to have that be told to him that day, he commenced to blast her for telling him to have a smile on his face. He tells her that she has no business to telling him to smile and was very condescending and down right nasty. Not only did "On The Grind" lose her business and she had to be top 5 recruiter for getting new people to go there now she shares her negative story with all our friends. My understanding is she reached out to management they didn't really care much about it Note go On The Grind if people have an attitude why put them in a position to deal with your customers ? We are frequent customers (1-3x/ week). Great drinks and good vibes. Yes you will see a line at times but don't let that deter you; It's testament to how good the drinks are and it really does move quick. The cashiers always ask how you are and are super personable. Our go to drinks are an iced 6 shooter (large), hot medium Grinder with an extra shot of espresso, or hot medium Mexican mocha with an extra shoot. I'm sure the other drinks are just as amazing tho. This is my absolute favorite place for coffee. Everything is so delicious. I've even had the flavored Red Bull. The girls here are always so cheerful and sweet. HEADS UP: PSA - I tried On The Grind Coffee for the first time tonight. I had the Carmelo with some mocha & whip.. Oh it was delicious... at first. I couldn't finish it. My BF had a Hawaiian something... idk.. I was really excited to try it!! Until I saw what was in it, it looked like a mud dobler (you know those black wasp). So what's the big deal, 1 bee.. I wouldn't have been so upset & never made this review, ya know it happens. Until, we stopped at the Pat Booker location to get the phone number for the 78 location (which they're not allowed to give out ) & from the barista on Pat Booker, says that it's a regular thing that bees get stuck & die in the syrup because they don't close the bottles.. oh & it's okay cause they usually get most of them out. Is that how they're trained??? Can we buy them filters?? Yeah, never going here again. Oh & my BF accidentally threw my drink away thinking it was theirs LoL read more

DO NOT WORK HERE. Management is a complete mess. The GMs are rude and extremely inconsiderate of your life. They literally think they own you and that they can control your every move and EVEN HOW YOU THINK. Then again i would be miserable if i still worked for Mark. When I first started they told me i would be paid $10 a hr when in reality they were actually paying me $8 and on top of that they make it so hard just to get ur paystub. The Owner is a creep who LOVES to give out back massages to all of his underage employees and thats just the tip of the iceberg. The company is a complete mess. Thank god customers can't come inside because they would see you pouring the chucks out of the milk WE SERVE TO CUSTOMERS, so you might want to definitely stay away from the breves because thats chunk central. ALSO, the moldy ice with GNATS frozen into it is super yummy to extra protein :)) and get this there is gnat in the ice because all of our drains are literally holes in the ground that all the little buggies breeds in. read more

They have always been fast paced with their drinks and if there's ever a mistake they will not hesitate to fix it for you. Out there taking orders with their tablets to speed up the process when the lines are long, Everyone's really friendly and I haven't ever been disappointed here! I'm a fan of on the grind and their coffee. Prices are reasonable. But this location confuses me. There is a walk up window but when you walk up to it you aren't allowed to order. The signs says walk up but another sign next to it says you can't park and walk up. Is this only allowed for people who trek on foot to this location? Can I park my bicycle and go to the walk up window? What if I work at the office next door and park my car for work but since I technically parked, I can't use the walk up window...... read more
