Definitely my go to spot for great customer service, awesome smoothies, and a great atmosphere. I each time I visit here the staff are always friendly and attentive. Side note, it's easier to place mobile or online order around busy times. Other than that A rating in my book. Definitely recommend anyone to come check this location out. read more

Five stars for Jalen C.! I was having a bad day, but her bright spirit and enthusiasm instantly lifted my mood. I told her I hadn't had a chance to eat yet, and she expertly recommended a smoothie, breaking down all the health benefits for me. As a marketing major, I was especially impressed by her upselling technique; she offered add-ons in a way that felt helpful and consultative rather than pushy. She performs exceptionally well from a front-line sales perspective. I wish every fast-food experience was this amazing. Highly recommend! read more

Updating my review due to a lack of integrity. I visited on a Friday and ordered two 20 oz smoothies. No associate mentioned that it was Free Upgrade Friday. It would have taken no effort for the associate to inform me of this promotion. ... and yes, I even scanned my app for my purchase; so the associate knew I qualified for the promotion. So trifling. read more

Thank you Smoothie Kjng for making things right but making me another smoothie which was awesome.

I go to this SK all the time that I, as a consistent Yelp reviewer, haven't even made a post about it. I'm so shamed of myself because I literally have consistently visited this SK since it opened (maybe about 7 years ago give or take) and let me tell you, I've NEVER had issues with this location. I read other locations in the city with horrible based off their reviews on here (like the Potranco location) and i can honestly say as a dedicated SK lover, each time i walk in, they greet me and i speak back. When i have to order on the app and it tells me 10-15 minutes my smoothie will be ready, it's ALWAYS ready early or on time. The atmosphere is light when you walk inside the store. The taste of my smoothie is always right to the T. I remember before it was built, i kept driving around the area saying "we seriously need a SK in this area because whyyyyy isn't there one!????" Before they built this Pat Booker location, i used to have to drive out 20 mins to the 1604 & Bulverde location and it was such a chore. So, this location holds a special place in my heart since i spoke it into existence. A 5-10 minute drive is so much better and the way my family knows I'll be more than happy with a gift card to SK, makes my heart jump for joy. I know the workers there know my order or name by now because i usually get the same thing. If it's not a Gladiator - Strawberry smoothie, I'll get: Vegan Mango Kale, Nutty Super Grain or a Slim and Trim. I'm craving SK as i type this. Thanks to all the workers that work at this location. This loyal customer appreciates you! (See you soon lol) read more

They don't open till 10:00 on Sundays. Other than that okay place. Wish they would update their hours. Bad business to do otherwise and turn away customers in my opinion. Lots of people leaving and not returning as we sit here.....waiting waiting waiting waiting and waitin read more

Quick service. Great tasting smoothie. I wish the menu would account for a non workout, regular guy who just wants a delicious smoothie on a hot day. I understand it's next to Golds gym and most traffic is from post work out peeps, but looking at the menu trying to figure out what I can drink was a bit confusing. Can't go wrong a berry smoothie though. read more

This is by far the cleanest, fastest, nicest smoothie king in town. I have been to almost all locations and this smoothie king is definitely number one. I especially appreciate how it is always clean and the staff is nice and fast! read more

My smoothie was on point today. It doesn't get better than a 32 oz high calorie smoothie on days where you need to rest and repair those muscle fiber tears! Anyhow, I was instantly greeted upon arrival, my smoothie was delicious, and the service was speedy. I recommend this Smoothie King location to anybody who wants to go! read more

This location gets very busy but they make the smoothies good. This location also doesn't have a drive though it's a walk in only.

Great smoothie king location. They are always efficient and super polite! As far as recommendations I'd go for the vanilla or chocolate slim and trim, green tea tango, vegan dark chocolate banana or strawberry hulk! They have smoothies for all walks of life including those losing weight, working out and needing some protein and just general overall well being. I love this place and come almost daily. read more

I love this smoothie king because it's right by my gym, but sometimes it's inconsistent. I love the strawberry lean 1 but only when certain people make the smoothie. Especially if I'm spending 9.00 for a smoothie. People are so sweet and welcoming, but sometimes my smoothie taste like nothing but ice. I don't want to be that person who complains. I will still come to this smoothie king! read more

Waited almost an hour for my smoothie. Mind you I only had a 32 oz Incredible Hulk. After they forgot about me the rushed thru it and it tasted very unbalanced (sh*t*) Very unhappy with the service read more

I've always been satisfied when I come to this smoothie king!! Their staff is so friendly and they definitely know what they're doing. This place is very clean and well operated. The employees there are experienced in knowing what's on the menu and what works best for each individual based on what they are looking for. Me and my boyfriend have been going to the smoothie king on bulverde for a long time.as of the past couple of months we stopped going as often cause they didn't taste as good and we thought it was just us getting tired of it. Today 2-21-20 @9:00 we came to this location and got all 3 of our smoothies so fast and they were amazing. Way better then the ones at bulverde. Idk what they're doing different here but they were so good. Thank you to the 3 employees that made our smoothies so good and fast! read more
