So everyone should find something they will like. As we walked in, we were greeted by Freddy. We told him it was our first time, and he politely went through the menu which is up on the wall. I love when you can watch the chefs make your food. The crepes are being made right up front. Takes skill to thin out the batter into a round circle without the batter running over the edge. The chef made it look effortless. After we placed our order. We got a number to bring to our table. After a short moment, Freddy brought our food over to us. My maple pecan waffle smelled like Texas heaven. And that scoop of gelato on top, was wonderful. I was inducted in the clean plate club this breakfast.
