About 10-15 minutes after leaving, I pulled over to eat and drink my coffee. The burrito wasn't very good, but I was hungry and in a hurry, so I ate it anyway. When I went to drink the coffee, both coffees were completely cold. I went back to the location to let them know what had happened, and honestly, the way the situation was handled was more disappointing than the food and coffee. The employee I spoke with was rude, wouldn't give me her name, and wouldn't provide me with a manager's name, phone number, or any other way to speak with someone about my experience. Things happen. Food or coffee can be made incorrectly, and that alone wouldn't have caused me to leave this review. It was the complete lack of customer service when I came back and tried to address it. For a first visit, this was a terrible experience all the way around -- the food, the cold coffee, and especially the customer service. Unfortunately, it didn't leave me with any reason to return.

When we poured out the cup at home, all of the chocolate was at the bottom. There was at least 4 people working, and they were not that busy. There was us and one other car at the time... so no one mixed it? Or is that the standard there, they just don't mix it in general. Also ordered a Blended drink, which was partially already melted when it was handed to me. It was a cold rainy day too, it would have made sense if it was a hot day. Just go to Starbucks instead
