I stopped in at this adorable little smoothie shop today and was immediately greeted by the friendliest staff! They were extremely informative and gave personal testimonials to overall health and incorporation of their nutrition products into their busy lifestyles (yay! I could use a little inspiration...) It looks like they have mostly Herbalife products to purchase for home use, in addition to the smoothies and teas they make in-house. I had the 'Healthy' package which includes an aloe shot, an energizing tea (served hot or cold), and a smoothie (normally $8). The smoothies are low in calories and packed with protein to keep you satiated longer (only 200 calories & 19 grams of protein). The flavor menu is quite extensive so I had a hard time deciding, but I finally settled on the Blueberry Muffin flavor. It was a beautiful deep shade of purple. It tasted just like a blueberry muffin and was quite filling, with just a slight hint of grit in the aftertaste from the protein powder. I choose the cranberry aloe shot which was also very good--light and refreshing, plus great for digestion! The Pomegranate Energizing Tea was a little bitter and not as pleasant to get down, but within about 10 minutes I felt a little something coursing through my veins. I liked the energy boost and the taste of the tea becomes more palatable about halfway through drinking it, so give it a chance if it's a little energy you're craving. They have wellness coaches available for advice and support meeting nutritional goals and also offer free wellness evaluations. Smoothies and shakes are perfect for meal replacements and you can order ahead. I will definitely be back to try some of their other flavors!

Turns out they have a curated selection of fresh juices (all priced at $8 for 12 oz), they also serve a small menu of snacks, non-vegan hot breakfast sandwiches ($7), all-natural snow cones ($5), and even adult brunch drinks ($4-$8). There's also free wifi and plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating. My "Heavy Green" was just what I was craving, a Popeye's power-up with several living vegetable juices and a pinch of Himalayan salt. My partner went with the sweetest option on the menu of the day, the "Peach Punch" with pineapple and watermelon, of which he saved half to make a perfect cocktail later. The manager, Jeff, was super-friendly and someone I'd love to see succeed as a small biz owner.
