My husband and I live near this place in Boerne- I told my daughter to go treat herself to boba since she loves boba and I told her to go to bubble tea down the street from Us - long story short, she will never go back and neither will we - the male employee charged her drink first for what she ordered and then handed her a no good drink not the way she ordered it and told her their machine was broken after he had already charged her and didn't give her a top for her drink. My daughter sat in the parking lot while other people went in and came out with a top on their drinks! I was on the phone with her when this was happening. Zero tolerance for this kind of customer service behavior! Never going back . This employee male was not welcoming and my daughter said he looked bothered and was rude read more

Isabell is very nice and she gave my friend water when she had a nose bleed. The restroom ambiance was nice where my friend had her nose bleed. The walls were red. The bathroom is very clean and neat i felt comfortable as my friend's blood clot came out of her nose. The food was nice. read more

This place is so cute and delicious! The decor is just so inviting and the menu is easy to follow for those who have never been to a boba stand. We went 2 days in a row for my niece who's from out of town. And unfortunately they were out of lychee boba both says I'll be back later this week after their shipment though! You really can't go wrong with any combination and their boba just tastes fresh and super squishy whereas other places tend to mix in old, hard boba with fresh ones. I love that they have a curbside option along with having their storefront open! This is my first time being here since covid, but I'm happy the service hasn't changed! Staff was friendly and informative as always, which is why I love coming here! Ask them questions if you need help deciding. We got the blue coral tea with rainbow boba and the choc chip cookie dough! The tea tastes like a sweeter fruit punch, which I really liked! Stopped in with my son who loves bubble tea, however to our surprise there was no tapioca boba available. The employee told us that it would be a 20 minute wait if we wanted the tapioca boba which is really disappointing....one would think that a boba tea shop shouldn't run out of their main menu item's especially at 11am. We opted for tea with popping boba instead, which was very good. The only other issue was that when the employee handed us our drinks she wasn't sure which tea was which. We thankfully figured it out after tasting them but this could be an issue for someone with food allergies. We will give this place another shot, hopefully they will have the tapioca boba available at that time. read more

I used to live in Boerne. This place is a must stop if I'm ever in town. My grandkids love it too. They just think the boba is so much fun to eat. Not a fan of tapioca boba, but this place has a variety of flavors. I usually get the mango tea with mango boba. For the kids either apple tea or watermelon with rainbow boba. And I love their pot stickers, they make a great snack. They just take a while for them to air fry them. The place itself is sooo cute and funly decorated. They also have a rewards program where you can earn points to redeem for tea or their fun pillows, earrings, backpacks, etc. read more

My new favorite bubble tea spot! I've had the taro, bubble gum, taro/bubble gum mix, banana, and the passion fruit tea and they were all delicious! I honestly can't choose a favorite. There are lots to choose from and you can even get a coffee with whatever picture you'd like. #CoffeMugshot The tapioca is also made perfectly which is a must. It has a great texture and flavor. Love this hidden gem. I also get a large strawberry tea with double rainbow bubbles. It is so much fun watching my daughters try to carefully look at a bubble before eating it. Visited this spot today for the second time and it will not be the last! The have such a creative twist on boba and have so many flavors that the hardest part is choosing which one to get next. Today I chose peach flavored tea with blueberry popping boba and it was so full of flavor and very satisfying. If you have a hard time choosing a flavor, they will give you some tasty recommendations or you can even do a rainbow popping boba that gives you an array of flavors! They also have traditional boba, milk tea, smoothies, numerous coffee options and treats to eat. Super friendly staff, very clean and they have goodies for every member of the group! Well being new to area we were excited to try this place. The staff was very friendly but the bubble tea selection and flavor was NOT good at all. The boba is tiny and too hard. The most unprofessional business I have ever been to. Based on my experience today, I wouldn't give them a star at all. I stopped by with my husband and our 9 and 11 year old daughters. As soon as we walked through we heard one of the girls saying profanity words to two young men whom appeared to be customers. Seconds later I felt something hit my leg. I look down and there is a balled up piece of paper on the floor in front of me. I hear one of the girls laughing really loud while saying, that was not meant for you. I decided then and there this was not the place for me to bring my family. I sincerely hope no one else ever goes through what my family and I experienced at this place. read more

There was a line when I walked in--always a good sign. Most of the crowd was older folks and what looked like regulars just hanging out and enjoying breakfast. Not very welcoming but not a big dealbreaker. I honestly wasn't that hungry, which was kind of bad timing because the breakfast menu looked really good. Walking to my table and seeing everyone else's food definitely made me feel like I picked the wrong day not to be starving. I ended up just getting a caramel macchiato, and my niece and I shared a cinnamon roll. The baked goods seemed homemade, which is always nice. The macchiato was alright, and the cinnamon roll was pretty good. I'd come back for sure--just next time when I'm actually hungry enough to try a full breakfast.
