First time at this location and what stood out the most was the service. The manager was so friendly and kind. Although I was just picking up my food to go, she made sure to check on me and offered me water. I also LOVED the variety of desserts/sweets! This location is completely different than the Express one on Wurzbach. This is more of a sit down spot so I recommend you order ahead for to go. This place is pretty yummy! Good for a nice solid Mediterranean restaurant. They have lots of options and it's so pretty inside. They have lotssss of dessert options and the staff is kind. The manager is super kind and she always makes herself know and is always helping out. Very good service and responsive to our questions and needs. We ordered the Sultan Kebab trio platte, Shawarma platter, veggie platter, and sides. Overall, the chicken kebab skewer and lamb chops were the most flavorful and delicious items plus the Mediterranean rice with large raisins! The beef kebab was overcooked. The food is pretty stellar. I always like to build my own bowl and they always turn out good. There is always two portions worth on my plate, so I definitely think it's a good deal. The Cornish hen is a bit of a wait because it's made fresh, but it's spectacular. The hen could have a bit more freshness on the plate, so I recommend getting a salad with it. Dolmas were savory and delicious. All the desserts are pretty great, but I recommend the pistachio baklava and mix fruit tart if I had to pick. There was a bit of an issue with one of my desserts, but Ava did a great job handling the situation and her and the manager were very kind. Overall, a great place for a date or a family get together. The tables can be a bit tight, so accessibility can be a little bit of a struggle at times, but still relatively comfortable. read more

I couldn't even hold it with two hands without the meat falling out of it. The bread was too thin that it kind of just fell apart every time I would pick it up. The flavor of the chicken itself was good, I'm thinking I may have been better off getting a bowl. Overall portion size was also fine. The fries were soggy, but I'll attribute that to ordering delivery, maybe they're better fresh.. It was like as soon as my hunger subsided I realized what I was eating wasn't very good. Sigh. Pasha has fantastic food, great service and a nice ambiance. Their flat bread is amazing and huge! They give you a dipping oil for the pita bread and it is delicious. You'll have to pull yourself off the bread because it's so good you'll fill up on it before your actual food comes out. Guilty. Everything I've tried here is tasty and filling. We wanted to try a new place with great reviews and stumbled upon this amazing place! It was easy to find and the parking was vast! Once we arrived we were quickly greeted and seated. The waitress was great and we ended up ordering the Sultans Kabob Trio for 2, which comes with 3 kabobs - Beef tenderloin, saffron chicken & beef koobideh. It's served with basmati rice, cranberry rice, Mediterranean salad, grilled vegetables and sesame bread. Once we finished we were stuffed and everything was amazing!!! We were genuinely looking forward to eating at Pasha based on the reviews.  We enjoy Mediterranean cuisine & have experienced it personally at many Mediterranean restaurants in the US as well as in Mediterranean countries. This experience was EXTREMELY disappointing & the worst Mediterranean food we've ever eaten. Overall the food was bland & overcooked: Domas very mushy & bad mouth feel; moussaka bechamel grainy taste & lumpy; lamb kabobs had no seasoning & so overgrilled/charred as to obliterate any lamb taste, dry & hard; kibbeh dry & flavorless; lentil/raisin rice had no flavor & no raisins; mounds of bland pickles on dishes; unseasoned, poorly grilled vegetables. 1 star given only for tzatziki, naan & plain basmati rice. What an amazing atmosphere. So many delicious treats to choose from, they have Dubai chocolate, many different kinds of baklava. Macaroons, different little jelly and marshmallow treats. I have never seen before. You can sit down and get a delicious dessert, or use their friendly counter service to go. We had many treats for several days. read more

Pasha never misses -- fresh, flavorful, and absolutely satisfying. The hummus is next-level smooth and rich, with the perfect balance of lemon and garlic. Seriously, I could eat it by the spoonful. Wow! I was truly pleasantly surprised by everything. The restaurant is much bigger inside! And has a small bakery area, with a display of desserts. The service was great, we were immediately seated, and given a giant Naan Bread, delicious, fresh, and warm. My mom and I both ordered the Chicken Sheesh Tawook Plate, and my husband ordered the Chicken Kabob Plate. The portions were great, and we were brought over more Naan. All of us were completely stuffed, and had leftovers. The chicken was juicy! And all the food was good, I only have positive things to say. The prices were also reasonable. I've always loved the atmosphere and food at Pasha, but our recent experience at the I-35/Selma location was very disappointing. Our waitress, Dolores, seemed more focused on her phone than her tables. She went to the bathroom for over 15 minutes and kept forgetting simple things we asked for--ketchup, feta for the oil, and water refills. Rather than checking on us directly, she appeared more interested in texting at the front and telling other staff to check on us. It made my husband and me feel unwelcome at what should have been a lovely dining experience. The food and setting were great, but the lack of attention and professionalism really took away from the evening. I hope management addresses this so future guests receive the service they deserve. read more

We went here to celebrate our Mother's Day with our little girl. Services was decent and didn't blow us away but the food really stood out. We asked for the lamb to be medium rare and it came out easily medium well to well done but still had good flavor. The garlic hummus was super creamy and tasty. The basmati rice was a good compliment to the lamb chops. The homemade pita bread was so soft and melted in your mouth. The gyro plate was a good size and the tzatziki sauce was thick with a nice flavor. We had to get an extra side which they charge for but it was worth it. We will definitely be back. read more

We hadn't been to Pasha in a really long time because our previous experiences weren't very good. Last night, we decided to give it another try. However, the rice served with the chicken kebab plate was not basmati rice; it was a mixture of long grain and basmati. The plate was mostly filled with rice, and there were only four pieces of chicken. Additionally, the veggie kebab included just one piece of bell pepper, one jalapeño, and one mushroom. It seems that this restaurant has deteriorated over time, and they might need a new manager. read more

This place was great! I forgot to take pictures of our meal and forgot what they were. I had a chicken plate and my husband had a beef based plate. They were both super delicious, but that dessert case was mesmerizing! The service was great and either the owner or the manager checked on our table and asked us how our meal was which was really nice. The ambiance was nice as it was quite compared to other places.
