It says 2 slices of pizza and a drink for about $10.95, but in all reality you receive 4 huge slices which are like 1/2 a pizza! The wings were perfectly cooked which is rare to find! Crispy, juicy and tasty! The customer service was great and we really enjoyed sitting on the little patio to eat. The only thing I could not take was the smell of the interior. It smelt almost like sewer and the AC was set super low. Not sure if that was to mask the smell a bit, but i couldn't eat inside for that reason. read more

This is the absolute last time we order a pizza there. I just spent $16 for this? It was only a medium thin crust pepperoni pizza. After I dabbed the top of the pizza to remove all the cheese grease, the first bite tasted burnt. After the second bite, I flipped it over only to see it was burnt. When I flipped over the 2nd piece, that was even more burnt. I picked the toppings off but even then, it STILL tasted burnt. Although my husband called them to let them know, we opted for no replacement since there would be no guarantee the replacement pizza wouldn't be "messed with". And now, I'm back to square one. I had the pasta with avocado and pistachio cream sauce and it was fabulous. The gigantic salad that is included includes the standards and garbanzo beans and black olives. This meal also includes two pieces of bread - a bit of garlic and fresh herbs and almost crunchy - I love it. Hubby had his standby - Philly steak sandwich with fries - so big he could only eat half. The chef came out to chat and see how I liked the new entree. Very clean. Light and airy and family friendly. Clean restrooms. They scored a 95 on the most recent health department survey. I like ordering the lunch specials for myself however when someone is with me they have the opportunity to order from the vast menu options. There is always plenty of seating and I always get great customer support. The restaurant itself is open and spacious, tables in the middle and booths along the walls.Since there are a lot of options on the menu we ask questions and the employees are always very helpful. I usually really enjoy eating here I find the food to be rather good and for a reasonable price however this last time I went I was rather disappointed in my experience. Walking in the floors were dirty where we sat where a dead roach was simply just there. My soup came out rather cold however the pasta was pretty good. Food is good. My wife likes barbecue sauce on the pizza. We ordered extra sauce. They charged us 8 dollars for it by charging us the price of a cup of Alfredo sauce for some extra barbecue sauce. The last time they charged us 50 cents. 8 dollars for extra sauce on a pizza that costs 13 dollars is a total rip-off. Food- is great. You get more than what you pay for. Prices are incredibly cheap for the amount of food you get. Service- the lady and the guys in the back are friendly. They greet you when you enter. I saw an ad a few weeks ago for this place so I saved it and finally decided to stop by for lunch. They have a few specials which I happened to choose from. I got the #1 which includes 2 very Large slices of pizza and a drink for a good price. I'll be honest I could have probably shared just one of these lunch specials. The slices were huge but they were indeed delicious. I love the thin crispy crust. The place is very welcoming and the staff were great. FYI- You order at the counter then sit. (Similar to Pizza Italia) they bring food to you and will service your table for anything else needed. When you pay at counter that is the only time you get the option to tip. They are not just handing you food, you do get some table service. Keep that in mind when tipping or take cash in case you want to tip AFTER the service and not before. Food is good (not great) but I'd eat there again. Servings are very large. We like to share between a couple of us. Haven't tried pizza yet but if the garlic cheesy bread (pictured in my review) is any indication I bet it's great. Personally I'm not a big fan of the brand marinara sauce they use. Ambiance of the place is really nice. Lots of tables with comfortable seating. Many TVs for sports. I walk in and the two girls that work there are immediately annoyed that I'm there. I order a pasta and fried pickles. The food came out all at once so I didn't get to enjoy my appetizer or the salad they gave me. As well as they brought me a to go box and made me feel very rushed. I didn't enjoy the pasta so I go to order a second pasta and the server was on her phone and someone from the kitchen had to tell her to turn around. So I was in the area, tummy not feeling great, I'm a big carnivore but I searched for salads in the area. Saw they had a vegetarian avocado salad which looked great. I show up ten minutes later and was told "the chef knows his avocados are not ripe and too hard and would not serve them." She offered some grilled chicken instead of avocado, and I went for that, but in hindsight should have asked for shrimp lol. Ordered the two slice lunch special for $9.99 which included a drink. The pizza was served rather quickly even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. The person who took my order was very friendly and was the same person who brought the slices to my table. Had I known each slice was the size of two, large slices, I'd have ordered the one slice, salad, and drink special for the same $9.99. Although much more pizza than I could eat, it was extremely tasting despite the need to fold each slice, the way the traditional New Yorker does. I much more prefer to each pizza slices without being folded in order to better enjoy the taste. The menu much more expansive than what you would normally find in a normal pizzeria. The variety of dishes on the menu would make taking a large family, with varying tastes amongst the clan, out to a meal very easy; there is clearly something for everyone. The glass case was filled with a multitude of cakes of all variety. After eating 1 1/2 of the enormous slices, there was just no room to try out the deserts. Perhaps another time. read more

Parking kinda stinks as the lot is small, but its very spacious inside. They have TVs and both low and high tables. Ordered at the counter: pizza and salad. It came pretty quickly and was HUGE. We ordered fried pickles, calamari, and pizza. The fried pickles were strips of pickles, not really spears. They were ok but had too much batter to pickle ratio for me. The calamari was not great. It kind of tasted like frozen octopus- didn't taste bad, just not really good either. The pizza was the star of the show!! It was hot, crispy with a good sauce. We will definitely be back for more pizza but will probably skip any appetizers. My husband does want to go back to try the sandwiches too. The first time I ordered stromboli. Well yea, it wasn't stromboli. It was just calzone dough and I am not sure what they did with it. The flavor was good. I am still trying to figure out what that hole is in the dough. (see photo) Never saw that before. And I lived in Italy for a few years. The marinara they served to dip your stromboli in was cold. Really? Cold marinara? I order a salad to go with it. A small handful of lettuce, a tsp of mozzarella cheese, 1 cucumber slice, 3 carrot sticks, and 1 pepperoncini. (see photo). It was $5.00! I have no problem paying for good food, but give me my money's worth . The 2nd time I ordered pizza. The pizza was good. I've had better, but I've had worse. Trust me I did not order a salad this time. Now comes my major issue. Customer Service. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! 1st visit- I called in my order and must have dialed at least 5 different times before someone FINALLY answered. The lady that took the order was rude and I assume it was the same lady who waited on me when I picked my order up. Still rude and did not seem to know what she was doing. 2nd time- Same I called in an order and it took 4 times to get through. I could barely hear the person speaking and when I mentioned they got smart with me! 3rd time- I was gonna try the wings. I called in the first time I was put on hold for almost 5 min. I called the 2nd time no one answered. I called the third time...no one answered. A young lady walked out of the restaurant to deliver a pizza to the bar next door with a vape pen in her hand as she is carrying and delivering people's food. Since I was sitting there I mentioned I tried to call to order and was placed on hold, and the next two times no one answered. She yelled at me that she was by herself and then she started toking on that vape pen again and just walked off. I ordered from another restaurant. First time trying this place out with my family we found it nestled amongst other small businesses in a business center on Judson Rd with a bar not far from it. Since we are fans of Italian food and kids love pizza we destined to check this place out. Lol Walking in the door the place felt empty & huge except for a small party of people already there. There was tons of seating area. Booths, tables & behind booths were large screen TVs with a different channel on each. We ordered the giant pizza. It was huge but thin slices and it came out within a good time frame. Didn't even have time to take pictures of the whole thing we were so hungry, it was soooo good! The plates the lady gave us were too small for our giant slices of pizza, we had to roll them or cut them, It's a good thing the tables were squeaky clean. Lol. While I was eating my gigantic slices of pizza, I thought to myself how I'd love to throw a party there, there being soooo much space, but there wasn't any music playing, no real ambiance, no games for kids to play, or a pool table or dart board. I wouldn't be able to entertain my guests with anything especially if there were kids in a group. They did however have some cute outside decorating lights but that's it. Another factor that I weighed in was that there weren't any deals except for wings and that still felt expensive. Maybe making a couple of family deals, combo meals or party deals might bring in more people to stay in there and entertain. I'd love to potentially see a salad, pizza & drink deal for the family that could lure us in every weekend, if that were the case. This restaurant has so much potential, I can see it doing really well with a couple tweaks here and there. So far so good. We were on the other side of town today and stopped in at Ali's. We shared a Cobb salad which was fresh and beautiful and filled with goodies like salami, cheese, romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers, garbanzos, etc. We ordered a pepperoni pizza that was tasty with a nice crust that was perfectly cooked. Same with the supreme pizza which was cooked the same way and was good! Only thing I can say is that I would have preferred a few more toppings. Deck oven pizza is always phenomenal. We eat it probably once a week. We decided to try the chicken Alfredo this time and it wasn't very good. hidden neighborhood gem. this place is located at the end of a shopping center in a spot that has seen its share if restaurant turnover. hopefully ali's is here to stay. it looks deceptively small from the outside -the interior is spacious! focus is on italian cuisine. we have only tried the pizza here - which you can get by the pie or the slice. crust is thin and topping are tasty. their side salads are generous and come with more toppings than your usual side salads. AND...they have a dessert case - filled with LARGE, YUMMY looking italian cakes, cheesecakes & cannolis! we have tried several different ones and they have all been great. we keep meaning to try some of the other italian dishes, but the pizza is so good we end up getting that. they do have a daily special with 2 slices and a drink or 1 slice with a salad and a drink. service has always been fast & friendly. read more
