This afternoon visit at Tealicious on Potranco, I asked the young lady if the owners are the same on both locations, she verified it not the same. The staff at the Bandera location needs to learn from these excellent staff members at Potranco. No matter what time of day, or day of the week and no matter who's tending the store, the customer service at Tealicious Potranco is consistently stellar. My experience this afternoon at Tealicious Potranco made me finally decide to post my unacceptable customer service experience at Tealicious Badera. I'm not sure if this was an order of operations issue, honey and iced tea vs hot honey tea with ice. Unfortunately, the chrysanthemum flavor was nonexistent. I'm not sure if the tea hadn't been steeped long enough or if the flowers weren't very fresh, but I was hoping for that distinctive floral chrysanthemum flavor and really couldn't taste it.
