We all know that the picture of the item you order never looks even remotely like the item you get....not today. I was handed their Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Sundae and it looked like he took the ad down and handed it to me...down to the perfectly whipped cream. It was absolutely surreal. If you get ice cream from anywhere else, clearly you have never met the owner (Jay?)....and you are not living your best life. A few weeks back I went to an older Baskin Robbins on Nacogdoches and didnt have anything good to say about it. This Baskin Robbins is the one me and my family usually frequent and we were there last night. My youngest son is allergic to cows milk so it was nice to see that they had a few options for him. The rest of us had ice cream and it was nice, quiet and clean. I kind of like that Baskin Robbins hires young kids (teenagers) to run these places. They always seem to be in better moods and usually give my kids free candy or something. We'll definitely keep coming to this one instead of the one on Nacogdoches. read more

Based on a recent experience at store # 8250 Agoura Parkway in Selma, Texas (The Forum) I unfortunately have to drop 3 stars based on a experience I had with Jay. THE STORE MANAGER. Several weeks ago I went in with a large order and upon getting home noticed they charged me for something I did not order. I simply wanted it corrected.I called and the young lady who answered apologized, took my information down and said the store manager would be calling me. I never did get my phone call returned. Long story short I finally spoke with the store manager JAY and he was initially apologetic but said he never received a message. He said he could not help me because he never received a message regarding my issue. It was then that I asked to speak with the franchise owner which was refused but did get the corporate number. Jay the store manager ended the call thanking me for not returning to HIS store. Let me add no foul language was used, nor did I raise my voice at him. I simply told him I would be making a review on Yelp and Facebook for sending me away unfairly based off one of his employees not being efficient. Worst experience ever at a Baskin Robbins. The ice cream was old and freezer burned, some of it was melted on top. The employees were rude and didn't want to be there. Spoke with Jay the store manager and was told that the reason they offer samples is for us to make sure the ice cream was fresh before purchasing it, not to make sure we like the flavor. Was refused a refund or replacement and also refused to give us his supervisors name and number. Definetely avoid this place if you do not want to get food poisoning. read more

I just left this place after craving a malt!! When I arrived I was greeted by a male employee. I didn't order right away because I had to us the restroom. I had to wait because the female employee was in there. I could hear her flush the toilet, but I did not hear her wash her hands!! I used the bathroom and when I came out, guess who was behind the counter wanting to make me a malt---the nasty non-hand washing employee!! My stomach did one flip after another. I was NOT going to let her make me a malt or anything because I knew she hadn't washed her hands after using the bathroom. There's no excuse for her not to exercise proper hand washing techniques--even if there was a sink in another area--she should have washed her hands before leaving the restroom. This is how and why germs are spread from one person to another. She is nasty and I will never go back to that store nor will others that I know!!! read more
