Our 30 year family tradition is to do a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake had negative experiences in recent years. We even pocked up a cake once at another location that had been melted. We went into the i10 location for my sister-in-law and Maggie was a rockstar! If I could negative rate this place I would. Went in a week or so ago and got two scoops. Shop was a little dirty, but I guess it could be worse. The woman getting my ice cream wasn't wearing gloves, so I saw her hand touch the inside of the ice cream container and that was kind of gross. I asked for sprinkles and the woman handling my ice cream proceeded to open the sprinkles and then directly dip my ice cream in to the sprinkle container. If you know anything about food handling you know that this probably isn't the best practice. First off, what if someone had a severe contact dairy allergy and then you went and dipped their sorbet/sherbet into the sprinkles right after mine? Not good. Second, what happens if a drop of my ice cream stays in the sprinkle container. Welcome mold and bacteria growth The kicker for me was once she finished putting the sprinkles on and was about to hand me my ice cream, she grabbed a spoon from a container, looked at it, I guess she decided it was dirty, and she proceeded to rub it on her PANTS on both sides and then stick it directly into my ice cream. I don't know where you come from that you think rubbing somebody's spoon on any part of your clothing is appropriate, but it's not. I took the ice cream went to the register took the spoon out, set it down asked for for a new one because she just rubbed that one all over her pants. She looked at me like I was crazy and the manager (I think) was right there and didn't acknowledge it. Overall this shop doesn't hit the mark. It's dirty, the employees are dirty, and I have a feeling they don't follow ANY food handling protocol. Definitely don't recommend. read more

Bad experience. I usually don't write bad reviews but I don't want to see someone waste their time have terrible service. This location has been sub par twice for my family and even our out of town guest commented on the rude staff and sub par environment. Today, we left and didn't order as the staff did not seem to want to work. Went to a neighboring store and found great service is worth the extra drive time. HORRIBLE service tonight!! I went in and the 2 people there were arguing over a door dash mistake the girl made. Another customer walked in AFTER ME and they attended to her first. The guy FINALLY ask to help me and I asked if I was invisible. The girl said it was the store's policy to help people with only one item first! She started laughing at me and I was surprised. The guy said she has a condition that makes her laugh at people. Seriously?!? I then asked for a manager and they both said no one was available right now. I asked the girl her name, and she gave me a fake name, lying of course. The guy told me it was Kara. I then decided I wanted a refund and the guy said refunds were not available due to a recent policy change. He told me I could I paid for my ice cream and could throw it in the trash if I wanted to. I like Baskin Robbins and prefer it over Marble Slab. It's not as overpriced. I love how they have multiple sherbert flavors. If you love sherbert, you will find something here to satisfy your taste buds. I rarely come here for a scoop of ice cream. I usually buy 2 prepackaged pints for 2 for $9.99. I come here once a year, every year, to purchase an ice cream cake for my dad's birthday. This review is incredibly biased by tradition, but it's the only place from which my dad requests his cake. I always buy it on a walk-in basis and baskin robbins keeps its cake freezer very well stocked with all sizes and flavors. First and last time I will visit this location. My family and I came in at 9:30 pm. The place was empty other than the young man and young lady working. They were so busy talking to each other all through the time we were trying to order. We heard an entire conversation about a previous customer asking for as sample and once he tried it he ended up being allergic because it had nuts. The bathrooms were filthy and no paper towels and needless to say the entire place was dirty as well. You would think that because there were no customers, the location would be spic n span and ready for the next business day. Went here today, ordered a milkshake. Asked for them to make it a little thicker, and I'd be willing to pay for the extra ice cream needed. My milkshake tasted like milk and not ice cream. It was so runny that you could see the foam at the top of the cup. The employee who even made it told the other person to ring me up so she wouldn't have to see or hear me, and she walked to the back. I paid for the shake and tossed it outside.
