I heated this up in the microwave as soon as I got home and it was so delicious! Much better than the Turkey meatloaf from SnapKitchen which I had tried before. Everything in the container (Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and meatloaf) were really bold in flavor and didn't make you feel like you were sacrificing flavor for it being healthy. For 308 calories in a dinner that is filling- you really can't go wrong! Since trying the first one, I also tried the Sirloin Beef and Broccoli (355 calories) which had a bit of heat (spiciness) to it but otherwise the flavor was just YUM. Another winning meal! The crowd was so fun and felt like family. This Saturday they will do a meet up and the first 20 or so will get goody bags.
