Not knowledgeable on what they serve unable to make adjustments on there menu items. Overall noisy typical standard fast food sit down.

Stopped by for lunch with a friend on Tuesday. It was pretty empty when I arrived but as time went on, people flowed in for lunch. The decor is pretty boring in the dining area but the bar area is cute. I ordered the gua bao buns which featured braided pork belly but they can keep the powdered sugar, it's weird. I also ordered a California Roll and it was nothing to write home about, wouldn't order it again. Something to note, I was using the metal fork provided but it was giving my food a metallic taste so I opted to just eat with my hands. The restroom was clean but the door could use a spring!

I reviewed this place already, however, I've been to a different location. I've never been to this one before, and I really love the vibes here, I had just got done getting my nails fixed and I really wanted bubble tea after, I totally forgot that Artea also has yummy food to choose from because I was also hungry. The service is really quick, the vibes are quite chill and overall the place is very clean. I really appreciated the cashier helping me decide what i should get because they have so many yummy flavors. only problem I could complain about is having so many yummy flavors of drinks to try I was very indecisive but that's not really a problem, lol!

We got there as soon as the store opened. Honestly the place was non stop the whole time we were there. With a line to the door. Service is counter... we ordered the bacon fried rice ... artea yum roll... fries...popcorn chicken... toffee tea... egg custard red bean tea and lychee lime strawberry tea. Service was great. Super pleasant staff at counter. Food was good too. Only thing kinda lame was the fries but really not a big problem. The fried rice was very good. For sure I'll be back

This is a nice place to grab a bite. Tasty, well prepared dishes, with generous portions. You walk in and order at the register. Grab some silverware on a shelf and find a table. You need to go up to pick up your drink order (when your buzzer goes off), but they deliver your food. It is a bit noisy inside, a lot coming from the drink station. Also odd that an overhead speaker for music right above the register you order from, so a bit hard to hear. But overall clean and bright, family friendly. Folks working there are courteous and helpful. Many boba drink options.

Best stop for boba I've come across! They offer really cool flavors such as red velvet, crème brûlée, and hakido tea. They always taste sooooooo good. They are sweet, cool, and refreshing. Service is good! With lots of kind workers it's easy to come back. There is lots of seating including cute outdoor section. 10/10 definitely stop by!

I like the concept. Their menu is interesting, kind of like Asian fusion. Their boba is the definitely the main event and its a lot better than their food. The ramen and the udon was 5/10. Not good and not bad. Not real ramen and the udon was okay. It just tasted like soy sauce. Service was great. The lady was very nice and helpful with menu items. Food and drinks came out fast. Also lots of room for dining in, doing work, or just hanging out. They provide free water and board games as well. Overall, I would not come back for food. I would only come here for their boba and maybe try their shareables.

My husband and I tried Artea for an early dinner and the place was crowded! As you enter, you grab a menu and place your order at the counter. They have quite a few options from food to creative drinks. We each placed our orders along with regular black tea. I believe I had the chicken teriyaki and my husband had a bento box. The food was hot and the flavor was very good. I we both enjoyed our selections very much. It is very crowded and it can be a little noisy. However, the staff do their best to stay on top of cleaning off tables for the next guest. They are busy but helpful if you need a to-go box or would like something cleared away. I would definitely recommend.

Came out to try the new Poke Nachos. I was absolutely blown away with the presentation and the array of complimenting flavors! There was quite a line but it moved quickly. Melanie was so helpful with describing the menu it made ordering super easy. Plenty of seating inside, but once it cooled down we moved outside. The Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken was wonderful, moist, spicy, and crunchy. My go to is anything Mango or Coconut, but I must say the two together is amazing. The patio offers a nice breeze and a wonderful city feel while enjoying our drinks.

Very fast service. Food is good, but we come for the Boba teas mostly. It is always well kept and clean in here. Atmosphere is great. The heater was on for some reason in the front which was a bit odd, don't know if the ac was out or it was set that way.

I always hesitated to try this place because the name made it sound very tea-focused, and the meals looked too small for dinner. But we decided to try it today and we were honestly BLOWN AWAY! First of all, I've walked into the other location before, and this one is WAY bigger and beautifully decorated. So clean and made for a larger crowd. The food was prepared quickly, served immediately while hot, and the staff was the most patient and cordial I've ever met. It's counter service but the kitchen runner brings your food to you, and you get your silverware and boba when it's ready from the front counter. The set up is a bit different but totally user friendly. We got 3 appetizers, 3 teas, and 5 entrees and only paid 125 before the tip. Pretty darn good considering the massive serving sizes and amazing flavor and quality. I highly reccommend the teriyaki chicken don and tonkatsu ramen. Also get their mobile App and sign up before you go! Good rewards program. Props to everyone who made our experience amazing. You all rock!

Good tea to try! Service was okay. Little help for it being the first time. Ambiance was nice. Organized process. Lots to choose from.

Located amongst several other eateries, this place is a must try. You order at then counter and pick a seat. Our order was prepared quickly. We started with the Spicy edamame which had good flavor. Drinks are prepared in a boba style cup, pretty small but I can't remember what "size" we ordered. They have drinks to go and some come in reusable bottles with screw on lids. We tried the ribeye fried rice and it was delicious. This is a $25 bowel but a large enough portion to take leftovers. Kids ate a California roll and a bowel ramen noodles, no complaints. High chairs and a changing table are available, restrooms were clean however there's only one per gender.

A few years ago it was Pho. So, I do have a favorite, but I still need to try new places. Well, I am, & this place is pretty phenomenal. The inside is so sweet & simple. You feel real comfortable & peaceful being in there I found them just by driving through the parking lot looking for Holy Pops for a Yelp Elite event. I wanted to try them out, & I'm so happy I did. They exceed my expectations. I walked in & was greeted by one of the waitresses, I let her know it would be a to go order, but I've never been there. She explained how things could be ordered. Steamed vs fried, for example. I regret not snapping photos of the menu, but they have one online. For that matter my food was consumed before a single photo was taken. (That's how you know it's good! At least with me! ) I went with an order of pan fried dumplings, an order of pan fried pork bao, & one order steamed pork bao. Do not be in a rush when you come. Everything is made fresh. You want it to be. Oh my goodness. These bao are amazing. The dough is the perfect thickness, IMO. The meatball inside though mine were a little larger than a golf ball. Juicy, flavorful & couldn't get enough. Made me want a dozen!. Just don't have the stomach to eat that many. Means I'll have to make more trips. The dumplings, pan fried - were so delicious. Again, piping hot! I'd say the little meatball was about half the size of the bao one. I ordered the shrimp, pork & lamb dumplings (I think. ) They had shrimp in them though. And they were amazing Okay, so me saying all my food was piping hot - here's the thing - this place is on Stone Oak, I live in the Brooks City Base area, it was still piping hot when I got home. Y'all know the traffic in this city right now! Don't waste anymore time. Go check them out. Wanna know about the staff? I'll continue! So, my order took about 25 minutes. Okay I ordered a lot, the place was full also, & again everything is made fresh. Oh! Also, you can watch them make it all. The two waitresses & the waiter checked on me often, - (when I came in. I sit in my car most of the time & inform them. Then, I just come sit down.) They apologized & I explained I make this food, I understand & am happy to wait, just means it'll be good. And boy was it!!!!

Small store front but I really liked the glass partition so that you can actually see the kitchen work. The service was great as well. Now for the food. The soups my husband and I ordered were great. Flavorful broth and tender braised meats. The only minor complaint is the pork rib soup had the meat on the bone. I know this is to be expected with ribs, but would be nice if they cut it off the bone to serve so you don't have to use your hands as much. Now this probably wouldn't have even been an issue had my husband not had a rib slip back into his soup as he was fishing it out and then splashing broth all over his white shirt. Soooo no more stops for us after dinner. I also thought the scallion pancake tasted a bit oily. Next time I plan to try their dumplings! But I will definitely be back for the soups, and I will make sure my husband comes prepared with a dark shirt.

Artea is a pretty decent chain with a wide variety of loose-leaf teas, milk teas & lattes, frozen milk teas/drinks, and a huge selection of specialty drinks such as "cucumber lychee bliss", "strawberry lychee lime green tea," or "mango coconut paradise." They also have a big selection of toppings. I love how they have basil seeds and red bean (2 of my favs). I'm pretty picky about my milk teas, but Artea's has been consistent and not watered down like most. Their food menu, although is quite pricey on some items, are pretty tasty. We tried the $24 ribeye steak fried rice and was pretty happy with it. The bento boxes are a bargain. Parm garlic aioli fries were good. Tonkatsu ramen was with "udon" like noodles, which was different. Lots of finger foods/appetizers to enjoy with your boba. They have a small dessert selection (fried oreos & matcha ice cream). I would say it's one of the better boba joints in San Antonio. My only complaint is that they run out of items on a regular basis--happens more often than I would like--ex: wintermelon milk tea (which is hard to get nowadays, unless you go to KFT).
