Artea is a pretty decent chain with a wide variety of loose-leaf teas, milk teas & lattes, frozen milk teas/drinks, and a huge selection of specialty drinks such as "cucumber lychee bliss", "strawberry lychee lime green tea," or "mango coconut paradise." They also have a big selection of toppings. I love how they have basil seeds and red bean (2 of my favs). I'm pretty picky about my milk teas, but Artea's has been consistent and not watered down like most. Their food menu, although is quite pricey on some items, are pretty tasty. We tried the $24 ribeye steak fried rice and was pretty happy with it. The bento boxes are a bargain. Parm garlic aioli fries were good. Tonkatsu ramen was with "udon" like noodles, which was different. Lots of finger foods/appetizers to enjoy with your boba. They have a small dessert selection (fried oreos & matcha ice cream). I would say it's one of the better boba joints in San Antonio. My son and I came here for lunch one day after running some errands. It was super busy, I think every single table was occupied, and there was a line almost to the door. I had to tell him what I wanted and then stalk people as they were leaving to grab a table. They also packaged the chicken in a brown take out container, covered the outside with plastic wrap, and placed it in a plastic bag. I have never seen such detailed, sealed packaging! It is not leaking at all, that is for sure. The jasmine green tea had a light refreshing flavor. I got 30% sugar, which I thought was perfect. The drink still tastes mildly sweet.
