It's by the medical center, came in on a Friday around 0515 and there are 3 on staff already. No issues with my order but as I stayed I noticed how efficient they are, those with mobile orders quickly had their drinks. This location gets really busy so today I tried out the order online feature of my Starbuck's app. I must say, it's easy to do if you know what you want. Once you get there to pick up your order, be sure to tell the barista that you are picking up an online order. I stood there for a good while waiting for them to call my name, and they had it ready and waiting for me! The crew works really fast--there were drinks flying out of there left and right. This was my second time going to this location and it was an absolute horrid experience. I was informed of the BOGO (buy one get one) on Saturday/Sunday until 6pm. Ordered in the drive thru Sunday @ 5pm, only to encounter someone giving me my order and closing the window and totally ignoring me. I parked and got off my car to ask why I wasn't given my BOGO order? Only to get someone who helped me but acted as if I was bothering them. She explained that the BOGO was only until 6pm and I told her it's only 5pm. Talk about the worst Starbucks experience ever! I will NEVER go to this location ever again! This Starbucks is nice and in a convenient location. I've never tried their mobile ordering but it seems like that's the way to go if you're in a hurry. The times I have gone, I notice they prioritize mobile orders so I sometimes have to wait 10-15 minutes for my order if there's a ton of people that mobile ordered. Parking can get a little tight at this location. I recommend not parking near the drive through if you can help it because sometimes people get blocked in. read more

I hardly visit Starbucks and couldn't decide as too what to order. It's my birthday so I decided to treat myself to a caramel ribbon crunch frappachino. Worst. Frappachino. Ever. There is next to no caramel or crunchy bits, like you can't taste either one. Of the area Starbucks locations this is my favorite. The accessibility and parking are notably better than the one down the way. Service is kind, but not overwhelming. No matter which Starbucks you go to, they will be busy. This location can be busy during peak-hours, but from my multiple experiences in the drive-thru, the line goes by fairly quickly. I usually get a caramel iced coffee w/soy, and it consistently tastes the same. Maybe a few times more bitter than usual, but nothing out of the ordinary. I have also tried their breakfast sandwich consisting of a bran muffin, with turkey bacon and cheese which is pretty good. It stays warm all the way from the drive-thru to my destination. I like coming to this location when I know I am short on time or in a hurry. As previously stated, they are fairly quick in the drive-thru (unless you have that ONE person who orders like... the whole menu...ugh). I have yet to make my way inside, but I assume it is the same standard, Starbucks layout. Customer service is also consistently good. This location is great! I find it easy to get in and out of, without threat of traffic from all directions. They have good seating inside and a nice patio outdoors. The baristas are friendly and have been helpful, when I am selecting a drink. I don't think I am that complicated. I usually order a venti iced coffee with 2 pumps SF vanilla, 1 pump SF Cinnamon Dolce and some light cream. They usually get it right, and if they don't - it was a quick correction. Starbucks Never ever lets me down! Everywhere I go or cities I travel to I can count on Starbucks for some coffee or refreshing drink. Their drinks are always consistent everywhere I go which is a plus. I always go to Starbucks when I want a good drink either coffee or refresher. My go to are usually the iced caramel macchiato (which I know is different from the traditional macchiato) and the refreshers with coconut milk - the pink drink or the purple drink. They also have seasonal drinks and secret menu items that are fun to try! The facilities are usually clean and staff is usually friendly. They also have really good smelling hand soap that smells like tosses. I wonder where they get their hand soap from. The lines to any Starbucks can get quite long so it's best to place a mobile order ahead of time so you can stop by to pick it up. The area to add your cream, sweeteners, dashers, etc is much smaller then other Starbucks so it becomes a bottleneck when busy. For the majority of this past year, I've been a BIG frequenter (and fan) of this Starbucks on Babcock. I love how bright this starbucks is, and the big table in the "back" is a great study place. Inside, they also have lots of small tables, bar-like tables, and couches to accommodate lots of people. Outside, there is a dedicated patio area with lots of seating as well. Definitely my top study place in the Medical Center area. Food/Beverages: Standard Starbucks drink and food menu. Full service Starbucks, so expect the hot and cold savory foods along with the standard tempting pastries. Sometimes, the staff does these cool tea and pastry pairing things - so that's fun. Ambiance: This is probably the brightest Starbucks I've been to (and I've been to a lot) - lots of natural light, which I appreciate. There are a lot of people who study at this spot as well as folks coming in to have a chat or leisurely read. Doesn't get as cold as the Starbucks on Medical Drive; however, it still can get chilly from time to time. They also have a great outdoor patio seating area where on nicer days, it's lovely to sit outside and study. Service: I really love the staff at this Starbucks. They are very friendly, approachable, and have already memorized my "usual" drink. Pricing: Standard Starbucks pricing. Make sure to join their free rewards program so you can score free drinks and food! I really can't justify going other places when I get a kick-back for being a patron. Hours: Open at least until 11 everyday, which is fantastic. Student study tip: There's a yummy Mediterranean place called Pita Gourmet tucked away in corner of the shopping center as well as Taco Madre. I walk to these places if I'm not feeling the Starbucks food. If you're in for fast food, there's also a Sonic near by. Parking Tip: If you plan to stay late / until close, I would suggest parking in the back lot so you don't get blocked by the delivery truck that comes by at night. You might also be okay if you park in the spots that are closer to the drive thru entrance. read more

I love the big table. It's excellent for communal seating or My drink orders have all been pretty good. I get a standard Americano every time but it tastes good every time. My only gripe is getting in and out of the parking can be a little difficult for me. But it's generally quiet on the weekends. read more

This location isn't that great. The drive thru lane backs up so much that it blocks the parking lot so it's hard to get in or out. The staff does not put names on the drinks so people are always going up and grabbing yours- even the food. I have been here several time and it is the same thing every time. Their service has been getting worse and worse. The last three times I've been here they gave me the wrong drink. The last two times I ordered the "Caramel Espresso Granita". I got a shot of espresso with caramel in it. (Which is wrong btw but I rolled with it). The next time I went I ordered the same thing thinking it was just an out of the blue mistake. But NO..they tried to give me some pink drink called the "Youthberry White Tea Granita". I said to them this isn't what I ordered. BTW that wrong drink has no caramel in it..I looked it up. Anyway I'm like wtf there is a big picture advertised of all the new drinks right next to the drive thru order screen. How could you not know what I'm talking about?? So the girl makes another one but starts to make the same pink drink..I'm like wtf the picture is a brown drink. And I hear two of the girls saying to each other "it's just one of those days.." Talking smack like its my fault...wow..I was speechless. I didn't even get any apologies. Not as good as "my" Starbucks in Lubbock, but it comes right after it. They are sometimes busy but this is normal for this location. We still have to work on the coffee part but this takes time and I believe that they can satisfy my high Starbucks standard as we go along.
