I haven't been to Dutch Bros before so I was definitely excited to try it out and had a free bday reward within their app which was a plus!! Service was great. The person greeted me and was super friendly. They assisted with my order and gave me a recommendation of the golden eagle. I decided to do it as a freeze, which is just like a frappe! Since it was my bday drink, I went with the largest size but didn't realize it was the size of my actual head LOL -- also got the golden eagle iced with soft top, which is their version of sweet cream for my bf. So went by here recently and was one of the few times there wasn't a huge line of cars and people. It's a small establishment really meant for a drive thru but they do have a few seats outside if you just want to sit and relax a bit. We ordered 3 drinks but one of them turned out to be the wrong order sadly and was too sweet for my liking. The sweater whether Chai drink was alright overall but probably won't order again. The coffee I did like was called the caramelizer. It tasted good and wasn't over powering taste like the Chai. The people there were nice and the place looked clean. To start my boyfriend and I just left this place a few minutes ago and we are SO IMPRESSED. I have been keto for a few months now and sometimes struggle to find a coffee with SF flavors that I can have that's not the usual vanilla or hazelnut. So after seeing a TikTok I ordered something that was SF white chocolate and SF macadamia not thinking anything of it since it's SF. The worker stopped us at the window to ask if the person in the car was keto because the white chocolate sauce was actually not keto friendly and had 15 carbs. Super thankful and they remade my order with the sf Irish cream instead for free!! I will definitely be coming back or making my boyfriend go get me my fix we are in the area! read more

Time to try the new coffee giant in town. They have a walkup window but this location is meant for drive thru service. Two lines running today with people taking orders as you enter. If you are familiar with their menu or you want a basic coffee, that works. For those not familiar ... get familiar before you come because theere is no menu until you get close to the building. The drive thru is slow. Not just because of the volume of cars ... literally I have barely moved in 10 minutes. To the drinks. I tried Chai Tea and Nitro Cold Brew. The tea had a really good flavor. I prefer mine a little stronger and hotter but it was soothing! The cold brew was spot on smooth!! The service was friendly. Bonus: They have heavy cream. read more

Friendly service and delicious drinks. Have been many times and always happy with the drinks. My only complaint is that even if the line isn't terribly long it takes 20 minutes on average. Luckily I am a pretty patient person so I don't really care but the 151 location tends to be faster even when it's busy. Regardless I come back again and again. Pro-tip: look up the menu on their website while waiting to order for a look at the many many options of yummy drinks they have! My current obsession is the cocomo. read more

First of all the long wait after you placed your order is Ridiculous. I would think the reason for the girls taking your order before you arrive to the window is to avoid the long wait. When I go to the window still had to wait forever. Then to get my coffee lukewarm and with no flavor asked for some vanilla don't think it was even added. I'll start with the fact that my Salted Caramel Dutch Cocoa was the right balance of flavors until I got to the final 1/3 to 1/4 of my cup. At that point, all the mixing and spinning with my hand that I had done to keep the caramel and cocoa from settling was for nothing. Like a coffee cup plagued with grinds at the bottom, the final moments of my previously amazing cup was thick and gooey, and not in a delicious gooey butter cake way. It's okay though, because DBC was delicious for most of the cup, and I'm willing to give it a few more goes. I'll say, the location is not easy to get to. If you're familiar with the Jackson Keller area, it's on what I would call an inaccessible corner compared to its neighbors. Personally, I had to drive into the H-E-B lot, check if I could cross from the parking lot, re-enter JK, and then turn into the lot for DBC. I guess this is built in crowd control, yet it's enough for me to wanna skip since its not quick and easy to get to company to other coffee shops with and without drive-thru's. Last thing, while I love all the options available, the website wasn't the easiest to navigate as it kept defaulting to the featured drinks rather than the full menu page I kept clicking on to check out more non-holiday choices for the person in my car that wanted something not so sugar pumped. read more

I've been to Dutch Bros in the PNW mostly, and this one is just a carbon copy of every other DB. The drink list is super extensive, and the drinks are quality. This location opened very recently, and you can tell that they're still working out the kinks. They only had one person taking orders when I went, and the line was somewhat long (which for most DB's wouldn't be an issue, but this line took about 15 minutes). I know, 15 minutes is NOT a very long wait, BUT is pretty long for DB. I imagine they'll get a lot better the longer this one is open. I got a Sweet Sunrise Blue Rebel (I love their energy drinks), and this one tasted a bit more chemically than I'm used to. Again, not terrible, just room for improvement. read more

I was so excited to finally try this new coffee place! I have heard many good things about their drinks. I was impressed with their menu because they had a variety of non coffee drinks as well. I ordered the white chocolate annihilator and the Golden Eagle Chai. Both were very good, but they are on the sweeter side. For me the sweetness is not an issue, but I could see these drinks being too sweet for some people. The only con was that the line was very long, and it did take some time to place our order and get the drinks. They could probably design a more efficient way to take orders and control the long drive thru lines. read more
