The staff here are always friendly. The line has not been long the many times I have visited the location. The coffee is made perfectly every time! Even though it is located off a busy road, I often enjoy parking to order at the window because the vibe is so chill. I moved to TX from AZ in 2015 back when Dutch was in AZ but not TX! I love the variety and quality of beverages available, but more than that, I love the genuine smiles and positivity of the staff; I drive out of my way to come here most days of the week. The treatment that my puppy and I receive here consistently provides a dopamine hit to combine with my caffeine boost to start my day off on a great foot. I've always had great experiences with the friendly team members at this location but I would like to specifically call out a couple of the employees who have made my visits special. Bri was the first Broista to ask my name, to memorize my favorite drink orders, and to remember my dog's name; little touches like this really mean something to me! long wait time even when I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready and a set time I get to the location and wait in the drive though line for 20 minutes (two cars in front of me) when I get to the window my drink still aren't ready even though they were supposed to be ready 20 minutes prior! then was confusion on which of my drinks were which cause I ordered two different types of milk. Overall, the drinks weren't great and the wait was horrible for a short line. read more

After 30 minutes in the drive thru line I was finally able to get free from their concrete barriers to move along. Cars were sitting at the window for over 5-7 minutes. I had ordered and paid in the drive thru line, just a simple cold brew, and I had to pull away and leave my drink behind because the overly slow service. This was my second poor experience with Dutch Bros and I will most likely not be returning ever... I hope they enjoy the free $6 they got from my order. read more

I don't really write reviews unless it's necessary, and this is definitely necessary.... It's TWO story's in one!! The first Dutch Bros I went to was in Colorado and it was the best coffee place I had been to because the employees were absolutely amazing! They didn't have any close to where I lived so I haven't gone back. Now I live in San Antonio they have one 5 minute from the school I've been subbing for but today is my last day. When I stopped this morning I talked to them while they finished up my coffee and drove off and noticed a note on the lid. They now have one in my home town and my mom stopped this morning for the first time and she let them know at the window she had never been before and they gave her free stickers. P.S.
