This Starbucks is always top notch and the customer service is amazing! I recently visited this Starbucks location and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing care of the staff. They are always super busy but they make sure to get all the drink orders as fast as possible. During my last visit the inside of the coffee shop was closed for no apparent reason and they were only taking drive-thru orders. Regardless of this little hiccup, the staff made sure the line was moving as fast as possible. Highly recommend this Starbucks location to all coffee lovers out there! read more

Paid $5.75 for their Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich and it had very little inside, other than the egg. Very skimpy on the bacon (ordinary bacon, nothing special) and cheese. Very bland and flavorless. Just bread and egg. read more

Listen, I've been known to go to a starbucks or two; I'm fairly familiar with a bunch of different locations. Although the interior layout (larger, roomier) and the outside seating options (more than most locations) here are "pros", the building design fights with the drive-thru, and my service experiences have been disappointing. If you go to this location at the wrong time - stay away from the parking lot closest to the "front door". Picture this: you actually park and go into the store (oh the horror!); meanwhile, the line of cars in the drive-thru becomes 10-12 long. The line of cars LITERALLY blocks in all the cars parked in the parking lot. You sit there in your car....a hostage. You cannot move because the drive-thru line blocks everyone. It's happened to me twice. Very poor design. Yesterday, I was meeting a friend for coffee, and as is the norm for locations featuring drive-thur - all the attention is on the window. FOUR employees behind the counter, I'm the ONLY ONE "in line" actually in the store...and it still took a handful of minutes for someone to even approach me.... Two different employees did give the frustrating, "someone will be with you in a minute" platitude. The time before I visited this location before yesterday, I ordered and waited over 10 minutes before someone told me they didn't have part of my order...and asked if there was anything else I wanted. TEN MINUTES it took to realize this. It's really a shame people who actually get out of their car and go inside are treated as secondary to the "Almighty Drive-Thru". After this trend continued for only about a week, everyone recognized me and knew what I wanted. Eventually, they would start complimenting me.. everyday. Random things, my smile, my hair, my lashes. I got a new job and moved so unfortunately I don't see them anymore but I thought I'd let the world know that these people really care about you & your feelings!!! This location was a little different on a weekend morning.. Obviously less busy and more laid back customers. My drink was pretty good! "Keto" Chia tea - a Tall Tevana chi tea in a grande cup with 2 pumps sugar free cinnamon syrup (next time I'll make it 3 as I like more zing) and a dollop of whipped cream. Less calories and carbs than their classic chai latte and delicious! Then I dared to tried sous vide egg bites for the first time ever (egg white/bell pepper) and wasn't impressed at all. They tasted like they were reconstituted from dried ingredients and were rubbery in texture. Very unappetizing! It was a waste of Starsbuck points. read more

Came in on a weekday and it was full of customers, but still some seating. The barista was very friendly and the drink tasted great. I had a basic iced coffee, but I'd have to say this one is solid! I've been to some that vary in taste, but not this one. I like how they have a ton of large and small tables -- perfect for groups or even an individual. It was clean (so was the restroom). I'd have no problem returning! Parking was not ample, but more convenient than other locations. Parking surrounding the restaurant all around. It was about 6pm and it was not overflowing. I can imagine during busy hours the drive through line could be a nightmare for those wanting to park. read more

The staff here are always friendly. The drive thru lines can be long during peak times, but usually move relatively quickly. It is pretty roomy at this location. I don't like working here because there are only four arm chairs and the rest of the seating consists of one large rectatable that seats 10, two tables that seat four, and five tables that seat two; all of which have the hard straight back chairs. There is consistently poor service if you go inside the store, especially Mobile orders. The App said my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there after 15 minutes. Nothing ready. The lady nearest me at the pick up counter finally handed the items to the person there before me. She asks me (something, couldn't hear her since she spoke softly), so I described my order. She snaps at me, while closing her eyes in exasperation, to ask my name. Then about 5 minutes later she asks me about my order items, yup, guess she didn't pay attention to my first order. Finally, I got my order. The other lady who got my order together at least apologized for the delay. I usually go to the store on Blanco and Wurzbach but today they were out of what I wanted to buy. This is the Stabucks in my neighborhood where I feel the most comfortable. It has a lot of tables for sitting and studying, and it has some of the most friendly employees of any Starbucks I've ever been to. Previously, I had a few pretty bad experiences here, but after that time of struggle, I've had consistently amazing service here. So many staff members memorized my drink, and there's even one barista that can tell you what I get at whataburger. I've been to this location a few times now (never drive-thru), and no matter what time of day I'm there, it always seems to be busy. The customer service is great and the workers are pleasant even when they're working their butts off to get out drinks! This is a nice location bit every time I go through the drive thru I get the rudest servers that look like they wish they weren't there. You can tell they hate their jobs. Just passed by now on a Sunday, not busy at all. I asked for a puppuccino and a latte, the guy grunted at me and barely gave me an acknowledgement or hi, didn't give a hoot about my dog. The "no smoking" patio is often ignored by cigar smokers. The drive thru line is crazy most weekdays and parking and walking in will get you your coffee and on your way before the line moves past the spot you would have had. Although getting back on the road no matter what can be tricky as the closest intersection is decidedly unfriendly. Like all Starbucks, I wish there were a line for "a damn black cup of coffee" because I know my order takes mere seconds. The inside is clean and easy to get around. Not too large to navigate and a few couches would be oh-so-nice. Staff are pleasant no matter the weather, crowd or time of day. Now that is pretty amazing. read more
