The cheesesteak was good in which the bread was soft but not soggy and great flavoring (although it was ordered without onions (my daughter's failure)). The steak fries were good. I wanted onion rings but was told that it's a "sweet" onion which is not my preference for onion rings. The drinks had great presentation - the seasonal Italian soda (spiced pear & cantaloupe) was a unique combination but was a very good call. I would highly recommend giving this place a shot as it was priced well and customer service was top notch

There is even staff that hang out in the middle of the dining room looking around. When they see a patron leave, the staff grabs some kind of wipes and wipe down the table that was just vacated. The feeling here is that this is an elevated food establishment. Like a crossover between a full service restaurant and a grab-and-go place. A cheerful individual brings us our tray and makes it seem like he was glad to do so. This is so different from the energy outside that gives the appearance of a 3 lane highway during a traffic jam with staff working the line. However, while we are sitting there eating we do see the line moving along not too slowly. The parking for dine-in was plentiful and the interior is also well lit as well as very clean. The food is good. The chicken is hot and moist, lettuce and tomatoes cool and fresh. I don't like pickles so that was no problem to leave off. The fries are like round waffles. Not my favorite style but tasty enough. Overall, a good experience in a relaxed environment.

Over the past six months, my sister and I have been journeying from California to Oregon to visit our elderly father in a nursing home. It's been quite a challenging period for us. During our initial trip, my sister took the initiative to scout out a top-notch burger joint, leading us to discover Bo&Vine. Since then, it's become a cherished tradition every time we're in Eugene. Anticipation builds as we eagerly await another memorable meal at this fantastic spot. We were fortunate to be assisted by Ellie and Brynn, who were incredibly helpful, kind, and enjoyable to interact with. The entire staff made us feel genuinely cared for and eager to assist. Their passion for their work was palpable, as they expressed how much they loved their job, and that sentiment truly shone through in their service.
