I used the mobile app to order a sausage McMuffin and a McCafe iced coffee. It was fairly simple to do and I was able to save them as my "favorites." I pulled into the parking spot and entered the number. Within a few minutes my order was brought out. The employee was polite and friendly. Yeah! My sandwich was delicious; hot and cheesy. The iced coffee was perfect too. Fair price for "fast food". read more

Grover has never had a problem here. Grover frequents this Macca's about five times a month. Sometimes, Grover gets mad because the line is slow, but Grover knows it's mostly college students who work here and it's a high traffic area. In Grover's opinion, the greatest thing about this Mcdonald's is that it's open 24 hours now, even the lobby. Although Grover acknowledges the sorts of individuals that loiter this location at night, Grover still really likes this. Grover wishes everyone who works here a blessed day. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE literally not two feet in the door and we are told to "get in or get out" Then once we get our food and are sitting down, an employee shoves past us and says "are you all six years old? Get out of the way" will not be coming back to this location and I've had better McDonald's. read more

I'm all for cheap burgers, the only problem is, McDonald's doesn't have cheap burgers anymore. The patties are small as fuck and without being dirt cheap, there's no reason anyone should get them. There are also a ton of weird people always hanging around. Last time I went I witnessed somebody get shot, which didn't help my appetite. read more

We pulled up this morning to place a LARGE order for our family and the guy at the drive thru was so kind and let us know that it would take a few minutes to get it done. We then realized, he was all by himself, no one helping him. Car after car had to park in the parking lot while he cooked, took orders and ran outside to deliver orders. He had to lock the door because a lot of people were walking in and had to turn around and walk back out. A lot of not-morning people were pissed! I don't blame them but it's not this guy's fault. The store is very well informed that it's graduation season so families will be in to grab a quick bite before running off to their events. AND they know very well that some of these college students are going to call in sick or be no-shows because their families are here. I'm sad that it put this much pressure on this guy to do it all! He kept himself together and pushed on through while remaining positive. This student can add to his resume: Excels in Time-Sensitive Situations. Dear Manager - you have a good one. He is preparing himself for the real world out there. I hope by this hour you have scrambled your way to get in there to help him and make quick phone calls to get others in for backup. Next year, please be prepared. Make visiting families even prouder of where their Duck lives and studies. P.S. our LARGE food order was correct and my family was happy and ready for the day. Thank you!!! Go Ducks!!! read more

I ordered a Bigmac meal as well as a 6 piece happy meal. It is thursday night on halloween so I expected it to be busy with pick up orders and deliveries. Although it's getting a bit out of hand when I'm order 1605 and they're up to 1650s at this point. I was waiting outside in the rain and I gave my number the second I got there. Any further attempts were made to be an annoyance by workers borderline slamming the doors after handing the readied order. Finally one worker who was kind enough to hear others out helped me and gave me my order. Although it was missing the drink and sauce that should've been included in the happy meal. That's on me for not checking and it was a stressful environment for them but I can't get over the 40 others getting their food not including drive through or deliveries. read more

I ordered a hello kitty happy meal expecting the custom box, and a toy somewhat related to said hello kitty box. Instead, I got a panini family box and a joy toy from the inside out 2 movie. I am highly disappointed and It is very much false advertising. I would much rather have been told if they did not have the specific boxes/toys, then waste my money on garbage that I didnt ask for. 1/5 stars, very disappointing. read more

It was 10:59am and i was ordering breakfast and it turned 11am and the girl working said we can't get breakfast anymore so she deleted my order and said i can only order lunch. So we left and didn't buy anything. So stupid. We had it literally ordered on the screen. read more

I don't usually do burgers - I was craving a fish sandwich. But I got up to the order thingy & saw a picture of the Smokey Bacon Quarter Pounder - it was . Had to have it. They were running a new special. So I ordered the meal with a coke. Well I got it & the fries were fresh & hot. Nicely salted. Utterly delicious. The coke had no ice just like I requested but it was a Diet Coke. I didn't ask for a Diet Coke. And the burger - what can I say? I couldn't even taste the burger over the smokey stuff they put on it. It wasn't BBQ sauce. The smokey taste was acrid & unappealing. I ate a piece of bacon alone. Ultra thin & limp. No real bacon taste. It was a pretty sandwich to look at - I took a couple of bites - stopped & asked myself "what am I eating?" I could not taste the burger over the smoke. It really had no taste. Other than smokey. I'll never order that again. read more

waited 20 minutes at register. only customer in line. never ordered here before. i was courteous and politely waiting. i prefer not to use the kiosks bc the interface is a headache and in my time it was much more simple ordering in person. finally went to the kiosk.. shouldve gone to 7-11 instead.. staff here seem to be extremely snobby, all im saying. read more

I don't eat fast food, but my passengers were hungry and said that they would love to stop at McDonald's so we did. A mobile order was placed, and after 12 minutes of waiting after checking in at curbside, which was less than two minutes after placing the order, I called the restaurant to tell them we had been waiting, and the food hadn't come out. I was told by the employee "oh yeah, we are waiting on your food" which is clearly the lazy answer for we forgot you we will be out whenever we want. An additional five minutes past and someone approached our car, they did not look like they worked there. They were in street clothes very messy, hair, and unfriendly. Upon opening the bag, my passengers discovered that not only were the nuggets missing three nuggets, but they were cold and hard, the fries were not fresh and unsalted as requested, when ordering, and the burgerwas smashed with a hard bun. I did contact their customer service number and file the complaint. read more

My experience at this McDonalds has always been subpar, yet today it has been brought down to negative subpar. I came asking for a double cheeseburger WITHOUT meat because I'm a vegetarian, and to my surprise, I got handed two carcasses in a McNugget box. I rarely write updates and again, I can't believe it's an update to a McDonald's. This place needs to shape up! I got hot cakes and they forgot my butter!!!!!! I just rolled them up and ate them, but damn. Imagine going back, "hey, you forgot my butter." Ugh. read more

waited over an hour for 2 bottled waters and 2 cookies. i know for damn sure those cookies were not fresh and i was dying of thirst. 1 star.

Been waiting about 15 minutes for some double cheese burgers and a fry, and workers are moving slow. Maybe better some days, not today.

went drive thru, the worker took the order without questions(I ordered a meal/nuggets, after pulling up, the cashier said they took my order wrong and could not provide fries/drink(I was charged for a burger and nuggets only), I asked ill pay for the fries/drink since it was their mistake and they told me I'd have to go back to the line and reorder. Drive thru line was long, I asked if I could speak to the manager, the worker became really defensive and refused, I asked for her name and she said "I'm going to call security". read more

Absolutely trash. Ordered something on McDonalds app for drive through late at night. Got charged online but the manager told me they only accept cash, and my order is not shown up in their system. So I should expect a refund in 2 business days. Then I search up this McDonald's on Ubereats. Says they are still open. So I used a 40% off coupon to order the same thing for delivery although it's only 0.1 mile away from me. Apparently they don't want to prepare my order. They still accepted my order on Ubereats but right after they changed to "delivery unavailable". As a result, countless drivers kept coming from long distances thinking they got an order. But once they arrived they got told there was no food and had to cancel it. The manager has really bad attitude like she doesn't care. I called her and she said it's Ubereats issue and they can't cancel it. Total nonsense! If I cancel my order, I can't even get a refund. This terrible McDonald's wastes everybody's time! I waited 2 hours for nothing read more

Hi, I wish you had a bike rack I could actually lock my bike up to. It seems like you don't want me to lock up to your fence, but the plastic thing that looks like a bike rack is inadequate for many styles of bikes (big tires, quick release, etc) and requires specific types of locks that can fit through them. I think this would totally ramp up your sales. So many of us bicycling folks are poor and would love to make a stop from the bike path to Mickey D's for some cheapo breakfast sandwiches in our morning commute. Anyway, it's a McDonald's. McDonald's seems to have a pretty consistent level of service across their locations. This one fits that bill. I like to sit in their outdoor seating area and watch the birdies that always have something to snack on. They've got a little fountain out there and I like to watch the world go by. I've never been disappointed, which is why I'm so insistent that y'all get a bigger, better bike rack. :) read more

Came here at around 9:30am and ordered a big breakfast. The cashier looked very tired. Then I found a DEAD FLY in the scrambled egg when it's already halfway finished! Unbelievable. I immediately told the manager, she said "Oh!", and told the cashier that I need a new big breakfast, then just walked away. NO apology at all!!! Was I supposed to expect a refund and apology? I had already finished half of the egg. God knows what kind of disease the fly contaminated the egg with. Terrible quality and terrible service! read more

Went to McDonalds late, as only 24 hour one. Waited in drive through agonizingly long behind 10 cars to then be told it's "Cash only" at night. THE HELL!? "Is that ok...?" Well no, like most people I don't carry cash, esp if for some reason I left the house at 145 a.m. for a snack. "Sorry we do this every night." I DON'T GO EVERY NIGHT...OR EVER. How about a SIGN about this so people like me (saw several others leave with nothing...) don't get in line and waste a half an hour of their lives (and others with cash) by simply sitting in line for nothing!? Get up a sign instead of passive aggressively telling me it's my fault for not knowing your specific and bizarre policy, that way it's actually my fault if I chose to get in line and I have no right to be upset, thus ensuring I come back another night perhaps. As is I will literally never EVER EVER give this shithole another penny. read more

It's a McDonalds, the food tastes just like every other McDonalds, which is great, because that's what I expect when I go here. It's also 24/7 which is great. So food wise, it's fine. Unfortunately, this place is clearly understaffed. Expect a 20+ minute wait time late at night in the drive-through. Half the time I come here, it seems like their credit card reader is broken or they're out of a basic menu item. read more
